Karen was my massage therapist and that was one of the best massages I have ever had in my entire life. I’ve been so stressed out and it helped a ton. If you ever go to this location, I highly recommend going to Karen!

Not only was the front desk girl very nice but Karen my massage therapist was amazing! Great pressure and found knots I didn’t even know were there!

They cancel on me last minute and then charge me 50% cancellation fee. This place is poorly managed and not interested in customer care.

I was in so much pain and discomfort before I had a massage with Zaida today. Now I am feeling so much better! She has wonderful hands and energy and I’m so appreciative of her work. Highly recommend! Front office staff was also very welcoming and helpful.

Didn’t even make it in for a service, had to call a million times, no one answers the phones. Prices are ridiculous, when asking about the aromatherapy it’s premade blends (not customizable like other places) and it’s over $10 for them to put a few drops of it into the oil! They say they have hot stones online but hardly any therapists actually do it. I just don’t see how this place is running. For how much they cost it should be way better customer service and higher quality add ons.

I am so thankful for the 2 Massage Therapists that have helped me survive and deal with my chronic pain over the past 5 years - Freddy and Shannon. I need really deep tissue work and both of these PHENOMENAL therapists are so skilled at finding and working out the exact trigger points, knots, pinched nerves and sciatic pain that I’m suffering from each time they see me. They each have made such a difference in my life and my ability to get through some of my really bad days. In addition to the fantastic work they do on me, Shannon is so cool and easy to connect with, and Freddy is kind and caring. I’m so thankful for both of them and can’t say enough about how amazing they are!! God bless them both and the staff that makes my appointments possible. Thank you!!!!!

This review is for management of this location. I have been calling for 2 weeks trying to get help with my account. After having an account with them for six years, I had to cancel recently. Shortly after I canceled, I found out I was pregnant. I tried to call and have them transfer my last credit to my husband, since I was denied service because I was pregnant. I called and spoke to the front desk many times and was reassured I would be getting a call later on in the day. However, no one ever contacted me, and now my credit is expiring and I will lose out on the money I paid. As someone who was a loyal client for 6 years, I shouldn’t be working this hard to get my last credit transferred. Not only was this a waste of money, but a waste of time. Shame on you for making someone have to struggle this hard to get respect after being a loyal customer for so long. I warn anybody about signing up for a membership, as they do not take you, your time, or your money seriously.

Had a bad experience the first time but didn't want to be too quick to judge but had even worse experience the next time. I think that is why they always have appointments available with some of their massage therapists as early as next day. Money wasted !

I am in town for a conference and had a little time before it started. I called in and was able to get in due to a cancellation and it was AMAZING! I had Tiffany who has been there for 15 years and she really has healing hands! I even picked up some self healing pressure point balls that can be heated or cooled and a hook based on recommendations. Would absolutely recommend!

I don't know. I've been to this place a couple times since I've been living in the area; I treat myself on my birthday. My first massage was better than my recent one. Neither guy focused on the areas I requested. They were more interested in talking. I'm not going to complain, be rude, and say, "Hey, Ole Boy, how about you just shut your face and work my calves and shoulders, eh"? Who does that? Everytime I went to pay I was always pressed to buy oils, or a package, become a member! Hello, I just want to pay and leave. . . I don't recall if they have military discounts.

Iliana or something sounding similar, very rude and tasteless. I had to cancel last minute to take my dog to the emergency vet. I asked if it would be possible to wave the 50% charge for having to reschedule considering the circumstances - which for the record I pulled something in my back and needed this massage, but my dog possibly having a broken back took priority . I completely understand any business with a strict cancellation policy so it didn't bother me a whole lot when she stated that. HOWEVER, professionalism and class would have made her mouth stop after that. Instead, Iliana decided to be condescending and tacky while she dragged out how the "staff needs to still make money", "because this is how they make their living, you know so they can live". She repeated this 3-4 times with the same condescending tone. Her lack of empathy and tackiness in a moment she could have been a professional representation of Massage Envy is why myself and my family will never come to this location and will be canceling our subscription/monthly passes.

Inconsistent skill level among their massage therapists.

Nice people and place but It's been a nighmare trying to book sessions. I've been unable to use accululated sessions and they expect me to continue paying every month for the "priveledge" of lower hourly rates. I gave a session to my girlfriend who showed up only to be told the person she scheduled with was out sick that day. I gave sessions to both my daughters during the holidays. One actually had a massage but the other was sent home because her scheduled provider wasn't in. No luck rescheduling so far. Should I pay another $90 to have a chance of benefit from the $300 worth of unused sessions? Seems like good money after bad. The manager keeps talking about benefits of membership as if I might be interested in something other than resolving a problem. In order to enjoy these amazing benefits I must first bring my account into "good standing" by paying for another session and then pay $20 a month in order to compete for times to use them. Stress reduction has never been so stressfull but writing this actually helped me realise that throwing good money after bad simply isn't an option. Dear Tucson Foothills Massage Envy manager...take yourself & friends to an amazing dinner on the money I wasted on unavailable service. You can now afford Wild Garlic Grill on my dime! The food is amazing and they never over promise or under deliver. All The Best, John

While the people that work there are nice the company is awful. You would think they would give time to use credits. They do but if you miss the date too bad. $75 out the window and there’s no getting it back. Why massage envy? You should be more accommodating rather than just trying to make money. Don’t get scammed.

Beautiful views , wildlife are abundant, saguaro cactus bloom is magnificent. Hiking or walking for every skill level . You can literally pull up park and there is the trail . Don’t take Fido sadly not allowed in either Saguaro east or west .
