Amazing staff everyone here is very kind! Meghan was wonderful! She was very gentle around the more sensitive areas of my back but has an amazing touch! Will most definitely be back!

THINGS HAVE CHANGED!! Booked online massage light/medium with Scarlet in Tucson on River rd. Started off on feet/ legs and I told her she could go more firm if she’d like. No response or change in pressure. She moves to neck/ shoulders, again I asked if she could go a little harder please. No answer or change. She went to my back and literally started doing karate chops on my back. I finally could not take it when it felt as if she was just resting her hand on my back. I told her to go harder and she said that’s the hardest I can do. So I just tell her to stop then because it was doing absolutely nothing for me. She then asked if I booked by calling the office of online. I told her online and she tells me that next time I should call the office because they would let me know exactly how much pressure she can apply. When I went to the front to pay they asked how it went and I told them I was severely disappointed. All she said was “Sorry about that, it’ll be $140” or whatever the charge was. I will never go back to this location. They raise the prices but not the service. I will relay my experience with anyone within earshot. It was the absolute worse.

First, I've had only good service experiences at this massage envy location. Nicole is my go-to therapist for both massage and assisted stretch - highly recommend. My service experience at this location is 5/5. All said, I do not recommend signing up for a membership. My lower star rating is due to my recent experience in trying to cancel my recurring monthly membership. Due to this, I also will not be visiting this location again. My husband and I both went in-person to cancel our memberships in November 2024. Upon reviewing our finances in January, we realized the cancelation had not been processed and we have both been charged for December and January. I found my charges before his so went in a couple of weeks ago and the staff on duty was very helpful. They immediately processed the cancelation and processed one refund (frustrating that this didn't occur the day I canceled). They left a note for the next day to process the second refund for December, because they can't do two refunds same day. I still have not received the second refund. Today, I found that my husband's membership also was not canceled so we now have to go in to go through this process again. This is completely unacceptable and unfortunately overshadows the positive experiences I've had with Massage Envy. TL,DR: Go see Nicole for massage and stretch, but beware signing up for a membership (she's totally worth full price)! If you do sign up, watch your account statements like a hawk when you cancel.

Services are spot on. Relaxing environment and front desk crew are amazing and very friendly and approachable. Had my facial done on a heated table with quiet music playing. Esthetician knew her stuff. Friendly and outgoing. Will come back. Monthly membership is worth it if you like massages and facials every month.

I have never been here. My Son booked a massage for me as a birthday gift. I ended up not going to my appt because I woke up sick that morning. I did not cancel the appt because frankly, it did not cross my mind since I was at an urgent care & was unwell. When I called them a couple of days later & explained my situation, all the receptionist could say was, “I’m so sorry, it’s our policy, our therapists need to get paid, you should have called to cancel, I’m so sorry”. I told her I had proof of me going to urgent care & could show her but all she said was, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry”. Massage Envy charged $80 anyway. As a NEW PATIENT with that LEGIT reason I felt Massage Envy could have been more understanding. They offered me no other alternative. Not a good business at all.

First and last time going here, even though I have money left on a gift card to this location. I guess my first mistake was booking online, according to the lady at the front desk. I didn't add notes when I booked online, I was told I should have called to book because they will add notes. I was confused on this because I filled out information on areas I'd like to focus on and areas not to touch when I arrived for my appointment. I also confirmed with the massage therapist the specific areas I'd like to be focused on which included my lower back. She did not work on my lower back at all,didn't touch my back at all,even though she confirmed full body massage before she started. When I asked the front desk if I filled out the form wrong she said I didn't add notes when I booked online. Then got an attitude when I said I did not want to sign up for their monthly plan. The 60 minute massage I booked was 45 minutes of having lotion lightly rubbed on my shoulders and legs. Worst massage I've had and I wouldn't even call It a massage.

I went today and had a lovely massage by Brianna! I asked for a lot of pressure because I have not gotten a massage in years and she delivered! I love how concise the consultation was. Super relaxing, definitely go with briana if you need a deep tissue massage!

Okay so when I called to make my appointment I was unaware when I hung up that they wanted 50 percent of the costs if cancelation of appointment 😞 I was super disappointed when I called back to cancle. But they should have better ways to solve this problem maybe get more information to people thur email policy and agreements. Like most places.

Got a massage for my spouse. Here’s what he said — I would not recommend this location to others, especially anyone lgbt. The massage itself was poor, not thorough, and did not offer the amount of pressure requested. Time was wasted stretching me while clothed even though I advised my pants were too tight for that. The massage therapist spoke inappropriately and with profanity the entire time about her job and gay/lesbian people. I was clearly trying to focus on my breathing but she was too busy talking to do much actual work on me. Forced conversation with a stranger is not relaxing. Waste of money and time. On top of this, she misgendered me as soon as the door closed calling me “girl”. My wife scheduled this massage for me for Father’s Day and advised I am a transgender man so there wouldn’t be any surprises. My profile with them states I am male, and my name is traditionally male. Terrible experience, I am so disappointed and insulted.

They are so helpful. I had a headache for a week and nothing helped so decided to try them and it's been 2 weeks and still no headache. I couldn't be happier with the service. Give it a try you won't be sorry.

I love being able to get massages every month. Everyone at the front desk is so sweet. Most of the masseuses have been amazing. The only thing I was not a fan of is that they raised the price $15 a month with no warning. Overall I would recommend them as I’ve had a lot of great experiences!

My boyfriend and I had a massage there about a week ago. Towards the end my messages started falling asleep. Told the front clerk and she said she would tell the manager. Monday will be a week and still haven’t heard anything from the manager. Guess they don’t care. My boyfriend said his therapist was having muscle cramps so she didn’t do much. But that’s far better than me having to awkwardly wake up the lady working on me.

I have had a lot of issues with Massage Envy since they reopened after covid. I live in Los Angeles, but was talked into starting my membership about 4-5 years ago when booking a massage. They are franchisees, so don't try making corporate complaints about innapropriate behavior. They send you straight back to the location, who says they "put it in the notes" but don't. I called River Road West on October 14th to cancel my membership. The GM, I forgot his name, said I had to call on the day of my renewal on October 31st. Thought that was weird that I couldn't cancel ahead of time, but I set my reminders in my calendar and called. He was out sick and there was no note. I was informed policy was to cancel in writing ten days before, and I would be charged again today. I checked and I was. I TRIED TO CANCEL TWO WEEKS BEFORE. What a scammer. I would like to have good faith, but he was the manager giving me this misinformation....to get one more payment out of me. I know times are tough, but that is theft.

Not a place I'd return to environment wise. Didn't feel like the service received was anywhere close to worth the money. Definitely not a classy or spa like environment at all. Hadn't been to a message envy before but wouldn't go to one again on the assumption this is the standard environment.

Don't waste your money. This was the most unsatisfying massage I have ever had. I couldn't wait for it to be over. I have no idea what kind of technique the masseuse was using, but she was going over the same areas over and over and over which did not feel good, and neglected other areas. Nothing relaxing or beneficial about my 50 min on the table. Wish I could get my money back.

I have booked massages at different Massage Envy locations with different massage therapists irregularly for the past 10 years, but I first went to Sandra when I started a membership 7 months ago and have not switched to anyone else since. I refuse to because Sandra is that amazing. She is a gem and Massage Envy is lucky to have her. ☺️
