Going to a chain vs local-owned business, I truly enjoyed my visit. Andi was my masseuse and she listened to what I needed. I highly recommend her. I walked out feeling great!

Overall experience was good, however, it was super pricey. I wouldn’t recommend it for the price. They were trying to sell me a membership and was like no way. Especially after hearing horror stories about people’s experiences with the membership. Do your bank account and hard earned money a favor and go on Groupon and get a wayyy better deal. Wasn’t worth it to me.also the lady at the front desk was a little pushy on selling me the membership after I said no. When I came in, the lady was asking me medical questions in front of other clients in the lobby. I saw another person in the reviews had this same experience. So unprofessional.

The masseuse was really nice, but the service was awful. There was an upgrade that was $15. All it was was some kind of icy hot, and it made me break out all over my body, remaining massage I was shivering cold. The manager wouldn't offer to do anything for me and just referred me to the corporate office.

Service was good. I asked for a firm massage and was given soft to medium if anything, not pleased. When I called to cancel subscription, Veronica the manager was so rude. She couldn't get me off the phone fast enough, to the point that she left me talking and hung up on me mid sentence. Even if I wanted to go back I wouldn't just because of her attitude.

I am out of town handling family funeral services, message envy continues to blow up my phone because they need alternative payment for membership fees. No regard to me, I will never return poor customer services. The only reason I even went to them was because I had a great experience in Phx location. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

2 stars because the therapists are good. The membership is genuinely a scam. The only honest thing about it is you pay to get a massage. There are so many rules and tricks to get you to spend more money or to inconvenience you. You cannot transfer credits easily. When you manage to transfer a credit you are charged ten dollars on top of what you already paid. You can only transfer one credit to a person every six months. This means You can’t freeze your account unless you pay 20 bucks a month. If you truly manage to freeze it, you cannot use your credits. You can’t cancel and use your credits easily because they expire. I blame myself for not reading the fine print, but just also blame them for how they don’t mention any of that upon signing up. They part you just sign the dotted line. Do yourself a favor and find a better company that doesn’t have such a greedy business model.

I have been to different therapists at different locations in town and they have all been great. Sometimes I choose the location closer to my home on 22nd and Imdian Trail and more recently I went to the location on Kolb and Broadway. I get wonderful massages from lovely people and I definitely plan on going back. I signed up for the monthly plan, but even if I hadn't, I would still go back. I really like being able to book an apt online, too

I had an absolutely wonderful first time experience here. I booked an open session 40 minutes before the appointment for a prenatal massage as I was in a lot of pain throughout the day, and I was not disappointed. I was massaged by Gary, who I will now book regularly, and felt so comfortable and relaxed. My whole experience was so wonderful that I signed up for the membership, which has some pretty neat perks in it. I was checked out by Alexia who was kind and informative and I unfortunately didn’t get the girls name who checked me in, but she was lovely! Overall, I’m incredibly happy with my impulsive decision to get a massage and can’t wait to keep going back.

Just had an excellent one-hour neck massage at ME Broadway and Wilmot, massage by Mannie, aka "Immanuel". I highly recommend Mannie, as well as Gabe, and TracyS at that location as well as Marty at River Road ME for good neck massage, which is difficult to find anywhere usually. Too many massage therapists are afraid of the neck.

Marcus (S) is the best; he gets to know his clients and prepares the room with pillows or cushion props needed for your session. He writes down essential things to remember for the next appointment. He's on it!

The massage was wonderful, I came out with stars in my eyes. So much that my head wasn't able to process any serious transaction afterward. Unfortunately the receptionist tried to sell me a monthly subscription at that time, which made me fall back to earth rapidly. I had to stand for my ground and say that this wasn't a good time for me to make this kind of decision. It left me with an unpleasant after taste of being pushed and manipulated. I understand the business process behind it, but it actually made me react in the opposite way and sadly ran away.

didn’t even get to experience it because it could’ve been a simple fix, turned into no one answering the phone for 20 minutes at the location on old Spanish Trail, Lady over the phone at the Broadway location was super sweet,I didn’t catch her name. but overall for first time experience this was terrible. edit* when I finally got a call back from the old Spanish Trail, they told me that there was nothing they could do for me even though I called continuously for 20 minutes and they said that over the span of 20 minutes not one person could get the phone. Terrible customer service, extremely rude lady at the front desk of the old Spanish Trail

I have not lacked massages in my life but, today was 2nd to none. Tracy gave the best experience I have ever had. Her care over fixing my knotted problems was tremendous. My neck is loose and free to move. My hip, sciatica down my left leg is non existent. Thank you Tracy.

I tried out a massage for the first time. The masseuse was friendly and professional, but the constant sales pitch in the lobby was the opposite of relaxing. Their pricing doesn't make a lot of sense. And this bothered me: the receptionist/salesperson I spoke to in the lobby came up to me with a clipboard and started asking me personal health questions in front of the other people waiting there. That's inappropriate and unprofessional. Later, when I was paying, she tried to get me to buy a subscription by weirdly quoting back what I said earlier. It's hard to describe, but it was like talking to AI. Also, like most healthcare providers today, they wanted me to sign a tablet without showing me or letting me read what I was signing. And again, as I have to do with most healthcare providers, I asked to read it or get a printed copy, which they couldn't accommodate without a manager and a long discussion. I'm getting off-topic here, but guys, please never sign anything without reading it. That's ridiculous. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend it or go back. It's just not for me.

I am beyond thrilled that my membership is finally done. I regret having signed up and when I use my last credit I will never spend money here again, despite some overall good massage experiences. Be aware, if you cancel you do not keep your credits (that your monthly membership fee paid for!!). It’s extremely shady, and I was misinformed about this initially. They will “expire” after you cancel so be careful. The massage therapists leave often so don’t get attached to your therapist because if they are good, they tend to leave quickly. The facials are fine but the creams used had a heavy scent which was somewhat off putting to me. The front desk folks are pretty mean at this location specifically. I’ve had several difficult conversations with them and they are a huge reason I’d never go back. Just argumentative for no reason. Further, they aren’t all trained in policies so can give wrong information then get angry when you confront them about this. The massages may be good, but the monthly membership was anything but.
