My experience with this location over the course of a week was overall unpleasant and chaotic. I scheduled a facial and had to late cancel, totally understood I'd be charged 50% of the service because of that. I was charged 100% and had to call to request a refund (which they did provide.) I came in for my rescheduled facial to find confused employees who said their opener never showed up, and then the alarm started going off. The aesthetician told me she'd need to reschedule due to the chaos. No problem, stuff happens, I rescheduled. Came in for my facial the following day, and I had added on a hand exfoliating treatment. Near the end of my facial, the aesthetician said she realized she'd forgotten about my hand treatment, apologized, and said it would be taken off my bill. Again, okay, stuff happens. Went to pay and (this is my fault), the card I used was declined for insufficient funds. I used another card, paid, and left. I noticed a pending $277 charge on my declined card, but figured it would drop off as I'd paid the full amount with a different card. The $277 charge cleared. Called to request it be removed, was told a manager needed to review it, called a few days later, manager finally calls back. I sent her a screenshot of the partial charge and she acknowledged I had paid in full with another card, but kept saying she couldn't "find the charge" on her end, and would do a "deep dive." Never heard back and had to report the charge as fraudulent and cancel the card. Suffice it to say I won't come back. An off day or interaction is to be expected, we're human... but there is unfortunately a pattern of disorganization and incompetence here. I'm only giving 2 stars versus 1 because despite the multiple issues, I really do feel like it was a nice group of people who are trying. But I definitely do not recommend this location.

I signed up for 6 month contract , talked to 2 people that said I won't be getting charged anymore beacuse my 6 months is over ... 10 months later I'm still getting charged 80$ a month these people will screw you over

I was given a massage therapist that acted like I had leprosy,, barely touched me.. i asked for firmer but did not get the experience i was looking for. I've had better massages from the massage school and they didn't even know what they were doing. To top it off, she was sniffing the whole time as of she was sick.. ? Just overall,a terrible experience for the amount they cost. Thanks..

Ryvian is by far the BEST massage therapist that I have ever had! And let me tell you I’ve had massages from all around the world with the most beautiful sceneries, but nothing tops when your therapist listens to your needs and caters to them. Keep up the great work Ryvian! I even joked with him and told him if I ever get rich(I sure hope so lol) would take him with me lol yes he’s just that good! Try him out ya’ll! Especially my athletic folks.

I'm confused, how is there no mention of Ayana as the best massage therapist!!! I can't begin to describe the way I felt afterwards, her movements/modalities were unlike any I've experienced before, and from an avid massage connsueiur, I will say, the best, yes, the best massage I've ever had, period! She, along with the front desk staff, were friendly, professional, listened and Ayana found stress knots in areas never found! I've been a member for several years I've had my favorites some have left. I like calling in to see if they have new therapist there was two. I tried Bethany, she was excellent probably one of the better ones I've had. Next week I'm trying the second therapist Great place!

Jessica does a good job. She got my leg feeling much better. She loosened it up and improved my gaite tremendancely. She knows how to relieve your aches and pains. She is an true professional. Takes her work very seriously.

My massage was amazing as always. When I went to check out front desk person was showing a possible new client the advantages of membership. She paused her speech to check me out. When they were charging me for something I should not be charged for she said she needed more time and went back to client to finish what she was doing. After several minutes I said I was leaving. Front desk attendant was rude. She chose to finish her chat to get someone to sign up before checking me out. I am a member. It is a long chat to sign up a client. They were obviously understaffed. Not sure I will continue to come back to this location. Super unprofessional

I despise this place. I was talked into signing up for a membership, when I went to get a massage one day. The girl who promoted this membership, assured me that I could cancel anytime. This is not true. I have reached out by phone, no answer. I have emailed corporate 3 times, requesting immediate cancellation. They informed me they would inform the local location. It has been weeks and no word but they sure do keep trying to collect those fees. The practices here are predatory and misleading. They make it impossible to cancel the membership and they have an email address that is full and not accepting new mail. I'm disgusted at how difficult this process has been and sick with anxiety due to the extreme life changing circumstance that have happened to me, and made worse from the monthly payments being taken from my account. This is not how to win customers at all.

This is such an great Massage Envy. I receive my facials from Katherine. She is very knowledgeable and always does a phenomenal job. I leave there with my face feeling so soft and rejuvenated. Katherine’s facial have made such a positive difference over time. I recommend the facial services offered here at Massage Envy and I higher recommend Katherine’s services. 💕

I had a great experience. I used the birthday gift card someone gave me. I wished they would've given me to cover the cost, which I feel was a little on the expensive side. I probably won't go back, not because of the treatment or service, but because I think they are a tad bit pricey

This Massage Envy always takes care of me. The front end staff is always polite and helpful, Angela always makes sure my appointments are scheduled. Joey M is a great massage therapist, he ensures that each session is tailored to my needs. I love to end every visit with an appointment with Katherine! She is a wonderful esthetician and ensure my skincare is on point. She helped me find the right products for me with the PCA skincare line and I'm extremely happy with the results.

I have tried to schedule two different appointments for my husband and myself both on Saturdays. Both times I got a call canceling the appointment because the therapist called off. I am really frustrated to try again.
