I got my first ever massage here yesterday. After having a baby recently I just needed a calm and relaxing massage, nothing crazy. Amanda was super nice and made me feel very comfortable and knew exactly what I needed. Will definitely be going back to her!

I had a wonderful experience with Justine today. I highly recommend her.She is amazing with attention to detail during the massage. This location also provided great customer service at the front desk and throughout the facility.

Massage Envy is the best cleanest most professional massage facility around. Guys and girls, you need to book your massages there because they are worth it! Easy to schedule and staff is Over The Top Good!

Massage was nice but unfortunately I did not get to fully relax after a long week of final exams.My masseuse talked the entire duration.(small talk at the beginning is fine but the entire time eh).I didn’t want to be confrontational or rude so I’m kinda just taking a L.Also , the music didn’t not work which led to me using my own music.Dont really know how to feel . -10/4/24 12appt

I never leave reviews…Sabrina was the best massage therapist ever!!! I told her all of my problem areas & she massaged until nothing hurt anymore. This was the first time I felt good to have pain because she took care of everything!!! She’s beyond 5 Stars…I recommend 5 Million & that’s still not enough

Just had an amazing massage from Chris!! Chris intuitively found all of the places I needed addressed with the pressure I desired and well executed techniques! I will be back to see him again. It was definitely a 5 star massage. I only wish all of the poor staff there didn't have to try to sell so hard and I really hope it's not a commission type pay situation. All of the staff were so nice, respectful, and helpful and I hope they're receiving fair wages for being so! ❤️

Logan is the absolute best! She listens when you tell her your problem areas and works to release the tension. Very personable and excellent at her craft. I had a crick in my neck for 2 months that physical therapy couldn’t get rid of but in one visit Logan did. Highly recommend.

Never get a membership with this place I have called to cancel multiple times and they still renewed my membership for another year even after calling and telling them multiple times that I didn't want it renewed and I wanted it canceled. The manager apparently never listens to voicemails and will only attempt to contact you once but then still renew things and not listen. If I don't get a refund withing the next week I will contact corporate this is rediculous. Update to add: still have not been contacted by any managers I have filed a mischarge with my bank and contacted the BBB. I guess the manager is affraid to call because they know they have done people wrong. This is a shady place and I would recommend going to any other massage envy but this one

I had a 60-minute massage this week and was not very satisfied. First off I don't think I actually got a massage for the whole hour. He did not massage my scalp which I always get during my massages and spent very little time on my calves and thighs. For $125 I expected a better job. I will not return.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Been a LONG TIME member in another area and moved here 2 years ago. Tried several therapy’s here and have yet to find one who is even remotely decent. Further I’ve had 3 Apts canceled by them same day for “emergencies” and yet when I needed to cancel an apt made same day due to an unexpected dental emergency I was charged for the apt. I spoke to the “manager” who expressed no empathy, and despite seeing where I had 3 of my Apts cancels by them said “it’s policy. I hope you come back”. Poorly owned, poorly managed and poorly staffed.

it took me a while to actually write this review, I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I recently visited massage envy to use a gift card. I received a massage and ended up with an injury from my therapist. I had never had my lymph nodes pressed on so hard in my life, three days later I had six swollen lymph nodes in my neck, I had to go to the emergency room later that night. With the lymph nodes finally going down the doctor has told me it has come from an injury. Not only did I walk into the facility in person, told them about my experience and that I was actually in the hospital for this, they told me that they would speak to the therapist and let her know. After walking outside of the building I realize they didn’t even get my phone number or name. Very disappointing.

A great place to have a membership. We travel so we have choices through the net work. Most insurances cover the services. Price is fair and quality is generally pretty good.

I booked appointments for me and my boyfriend. The young ladies who provide us service was so sweet. After our service the front desk clerk Joy swindled me and my significant other into a membership. misled us by not telling us that their membership was a 12 month contract. $150 was take removed from my card. I called to the store to get a refunded and to cancel my membership. The assistant manager did not help me. and told me if they didn’t get a payment be unable to refund my payment I’ll let her know that I wanted to cancel my membership but wasn’t able to do it online. She told me that I wasn’t able to because I was in a 12 month contract, which I did not agree to, I got a callback from a young lady name Nylah. Who went over and beyond to get my refund and get my membership canceled. I give one star because i dont being lied to at all and especially not for commission.

I can’t speak for any of the other therapists but I highly recommend Will for deep tissue. He was tenacious in working out the knots in my shoulders and has some good techniques for the upper and lower back. If I was local I would definitely be a regular.

I had a 90 minute massage with Will, and that's just what I needed after a 500 mile drive the day before! I see him when I'm in Virginia Beach. Excellent massage therapist; I should know: I get massage regularly and I'm also a massage therapist!

OMG ! I have to say that when I came to this guys I was hoping they could help me with the pain I was having. I literary couldn’t walk normal from the parking lot to their door. Then I met CHRISTINA and she said she would do her best to help and boy did she. The deep tissue massage that she took time to work on my back and hips and not to hurt me more was really great and appreciated . I could not lay on the work table fully flat and by the time the hour was over my stomach could touch the table and I was able to walk normal and without pain. Wow ! What a relieved that was. Well I joined the spa and I will be a client for long time. No more chiropractor for me. Thanks again Christina and friendly staff at Message Envy. You will be highly recommended to everyone. Grey job ! Love you guys !

This was the location I started with but I've sinced moved, they have set the expectations of all massage envys very high. I would always have Will as my therapist, he was great and I highly recommend him! Hopefully I can find someone as good as him at my new locations.

Be aware that they do not offer the introductory price here so the prices on the website are wrong. I scheduled a 90 minute massage and got a call the next day that they don't offer the quoted price so I'd have to pay $180. I have never had to pay that much for a massage anywhere including at the medical treatment places I have gone to. I had to cancel the appointment because I couldn't afford it. Ended up scheduling a 90 minute at my physical therapy office for $100. I didn't know what to do with the star rating here since I never actually got to have a massage. I'm not angry, just trying to make people aware this location doesn't do the introductory rate.
