Edward is the best!! He’s very kind, accommodating, and informative. He also makes sure that you understand why you may be experiencing tightness or pain in the areas of concern. Edward tells you what you need to do when you leave him in order to maintain the relief that you just received from his massage. He’s very thorough and shows great concern for his clients. I HIGHLY recommend Edward.

I don’t remember the last time I’ve had a massage. Boy did I need the deep tissue massage. Brian was great if you like deep tissue massages don’t hesitate to book a massage with Brian you won’t regret it!

Horrible customer service, This location has no respect for customers time when you call in to have assistance with your appointments. The hold time can take up to an hour if they even answer you. If not they just ignore your call. Aside from the fact that this location can’t be trusted when scheduling in the phone. I called in to cancel my appointment the same day and ended up with a second appointment at 10:15 pm that same day when this locating closes at 10:00 obviously I was charged an initial cancellation fee And when I Called back to cancel the mistake the had made with the 10:15pm appointment they ignored my call for over an hour. So they could charge me another same day no show fee!

Took a chance with the Weston location as it was a little ways from me but it was more than well worth it! From start to finish, the staff was very professional and courteous as well the location was clean and smelled good. Now about the therapist, Samantha’s technique, pressure and flow was nothing short of amazing. She understood the assignment as far as the type of pressure that suited me and focus areas I wanted addressed. Great personality also. Highly recommend this location. It’s a little hidden in the plaza, but not hard to find.

Ann Tamar is a great massage therapist. I always book my massage with her. However, I would appreciate it if they provided a lotion warmer, as the cold lotion applied to my body is unpleasant.

First time at the Weston location - staff was helpful overall and attentive. It was a busy Monday and they handled it with care. Got me in same day with no issues. Anna - my massage therapist was excellent. Intuitive, listened to body and my verbal cues. Very effective! Love it, will be back for sure.

I went to treat myself for my birthday. The massage was great, the people were nice. I paid part gift card/part credit card and tipped 20% on my card and received a receipt. Fast forward a month I looked at my credit card bill and was charged an extra $13. When I called they said I pressed 20% tip which was apparently for the normal rate which I paid a promotional rate. Had they sent me a receipt via text like the tip amount I would have realized what happened. $13 is not going to make or break me but I don't like the feeling of being scammed.
