I had a Massage with Sara over the weekend and let me tell you, she’s awesome!!! She listened to my needs and made me feel extremely comfortable. I suffer from endometriosis and almost had to cancel my appointment and I’m so thankful that I didn’t. I left feeling so relaxed and relieved. I will be back!!!

Angela N. Is wonderful! She is always attentive and a great listener to where my areas are that need worked on and I always tell her if you find a knot please work it out, and she goes right to work! Very thoughtful and such skilled hands have been very helpful in dealing with Fibromyalgia daily! I always feel better after my visits! Massage Envy team members are the best! Always on point at making sure you leave feeling better than when you enter! Great experience always!

Therapists so far this time around have been great. But I’m so tired of paying for their 10 minute break because of y’all’s policies. 60 minutes is 60 minutes not 50, 90 minutes is 90 minutes not 74 like the last time I got one. DON’T come back at me with oh well it ls slotted time for you to change, why would I want to pay someone just so I can change my own clothes. Moving forward every massage I get to explain why I will no longer be tipping because I’m already paying for their break that I’m guessing policy doesn’t allow. Appalled with policies of this place yet again. What a terrible business model, optimized for profit not care. Should never be a commitment time, 2 out of 30 therapists aren’t even close to have the amount of skill necessary for charging the 75$ and before you say that price is low, it is but the high prices other charge they aren’t worth either. I want out they won’t let me out without paying some astronomical price. The only good therapists they have quit and go on their own cause they don’t pay them. The whole system is rigged so the owner and sit and sip with her elites while robbing from people that need care. Same day canceling shouldn’t apply to same day scheduling especially if the employee is there anyways.

Chris2 is a miracle worker. I've been getting massaged regularly for 4 years due to a very physically demand job. My right shoulder and neck hold all my tension and just get tighter and tighter. Chris2 is the only masseuse that has been able to give deep pressure (90 mins) consistently and give me relief. I book with him every time I visit my daughter three hours away.

I was having some serious pain in back and muscle tightness. Angela did a very good job of helping to alleviate these issues. I would definitely recommend her and I am planning to come back again. Also, the front staff was very nice upon registering.

Mediocre massages. Overpriced. Poor management. I gave Massage Envy West Wichita a try because I was away from my husband on his birthday for a family medical emergency. It was back in April and they were running a Mother's Day special (buy one get one 1/2 price). My husband was so not impressed by the first one. So, we almost forgot to use the other one. But he got one just before our Christmas travels. How is it that between the two 60 minute massages plus a brief tension relief session, they have charged $275?? Where is the 1/2 off? I have tried several times now to reach a manager to straighten this out. I keep getting told they are unavailable and I will get a call back. No call yet.

Nice counter service, and nice waiting room. Regarding the massage, the pressure was not consistent. On some parts, the pressure was perfect, on others much too light... constant fluctuations in pressure. Prior to the massage, she asked about facial and scalp massage, yet neither was done.

This massage was just what I needed. Great experience and Katie was super good. The pressure was perfect. 50 minutes flew by. I didn’t want it to end. It’s been 24 hours and my body is still feeling the effects of a quality massage. Thanks, Katie!
