DO NOT sign up for their membership it’s not worth it. Poor communication, average service experience, poor management, and money hungry. When I first signed up I knew it was a 12 month contact but no matter what happens they won’t let you cancel or pay a cancellation fee to stop. I moved to a different state and both locations near me are far away but one location is a few miles short from their policy of 25mile radius even though it’s in the opposite direction of my home and work. I followed up about when my contract would end around August (they do auto renew) and front desk staff with poor phone adequacy and professionalism answered and stated that it ends around December and to call and cancel then. (They saw at the time I had packages/sessions saved up and offered to get me scheduled and I told them why I was wanting to cancel because I can no longer come and receive services. When I told them this they failed to mention that they would be forfeited) December comes around and I call to cancel. Summer who is the clinical manager follows up with me and we play phone tag for a couple weeks and then never heard back so I had to follow up again. Front desk told me she was unavailable and she was not in, then told me “hold on” then get handed over to Summer. She sends me over the cancellation paperwork and I find out that the front desk told me wrong and that my membership already auto renewed in November so I made an extra payment. As well as I have 9 packages/sessions to us in 60 days of my cancellation date or else they get “ Forfeited” even though I’ve paid for them.(if I knew this I would’ve been giving them out all the months in between my first call to now) When I asked about giving some away she stated that I can only give 1 away each month so I’m only able to get 2 out of my 9 away because of the 60 day policy. As a licensed esthetician I would never recommend coming in and receiving a facial sooner than 4 weeks let alone any service they provide should have an appropriate time in between each service to allow the body to recover in between and they tried to get me in as much as possible to use all 9 once I stated I wanted to cancel. I recapped to Summer why I tried to call and cancel back in August and was told that I could not. I explained my full situation in detail. Summer in which fully stopped responding to the email thread. Please do not sign up for a membership it’s a joke and a money grab. They must have a high turnover over rate because every time I did go in there was always different front desk and no one really knew what they were doing and every time I called in it was chaotic and stumbling around and didn’t even get accurate information. I will never spend my money or recommend massage envy let alone this specific location.

went for my 3 pm facial esmeralda was amazing!!!!! we talked about a lot connected on a deep level and i still was relaxed and she did amazing my face feels amazing and i felt a lot better going out tiped her 70$ ask for her at the east locations !!!!! she’s amazing and worth the money i want her full time. well worth the 170$!!!!!!

Canceled wife's membership a few months ago. Company continues to attempt to charge our credit card, sometimes multiple times a day. Charges are blocked by our CC company, but continuing attempts to charge our card are being done without our permission and we feel it's beyond annoying.

Megan always does a great job! I was getting ready to fly and I got an oxygenating treatment so that my face would feel hydrated. I left glowing and I felt like my face was "drinking" up all those lovely products! Will be back post trip! 👌🏾
