Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a good massage, and I cannot recommend the masseuse Sunny any more highly! She is the best masseuse I’ve ever had! And I don’t say that lightly. I was dealing with a really stubborn lower back injury from lifting, and she was incredibly knowledgeable on how to massage the body to alleviate the pain. Her technique and knowledge about how the pain is connected to other areas of the body is something I’ve never experienced with any other masseuse. Not only that, but you get the feeling she really cares about your pain. She gave me tips to use at home to help with pain, and hoped I won’t need to come in again, while other masseuses are rushing to sign and charge you for follow up sessions. So best massage from an amazing woman who really wants to treat you rather than just secure a return customer. TLDR: If you’re dealing with a sports or lifting injury, this is the best location and you must book with Sunny!

I went here for the first time and had a massage with Victoria. She asked all the right questions to ensure she knew a little about me and what I was looking for. Throughout the massage she did quick check-ins to make sure things were okay. She gave a GREAT massage overall as well. Will definitely be back!

I did a prenatal massage at 38 weeks with Cody and she honestly did AMAZING! I really appreciate her asking what I need done and really focusing on those areas which now feel a lot better. I had a previous c-section with my 2nd and with my 3rd about to be born, having them 20 months apart is making the pain pretty excruciating. So glad she was able to help alleviate some of that pain. On top of that, my massage literally was from SCALP TO TOE! I highly recommend Cody for prenatal or any massage in general. I will be back after I deliver!

I had a lot of soreness and tightness from everyday life, stress and working out. I called and they were able to get me an appointment quickly. Yun performed the best deep tissue, trigger point massage. It had been a while since my last massage so she was able to extend my massage time from 60-75 minutes to accommodate my needs. I have used Massage Express multiple times usually at the Keller location but this time I was seen at the Basswood location and they are both very accessible, nice locations. Staff is amazing and very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them if you are wanting a massage for any reason!

I recently had a prenatal massage at this establishment and I must say, it was truly the BEST massages I have ever experienced! Cody, my massage therapist, was absolutely amazing. I am currently about 6 months along in my pregnancy and I was pleasantly surprised by the specialized cushion they provided for me to comfortably lay on my stomach. The cushion had indents for my breasts and stomach, making the experience even more enjoyable. I cannot speak highly enough of Cody. She was attentive to any requests or adjustments I made during the massage and ensured that they were all met. Her thorough and precise technique made the massage truly exceptional. Additionally, I was pleased to learn that they accept FSA and HSA cards, which was an added bonus. I am definitely looking forward to returning to this business in the future and specifically requesting Cody as my therapist once again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

From out of town and wanted a deep tissue massage. Checked various massage online reviews and decided to go here. Reviews did not disappoint. From the time I walked in the door until I left, staff were courteous and professional. Yun's deep tissue massage was absolutely amazing! If I lived here, I'd definitely be her regular customer !!

This place is amazing! Client oriented, great people and the scalp massage is a must try if that’s your thing. Victoria did wonders on full body, prenatal massage and very firm pressure on my head was 11/10. She was very informative as well. I’ll be coming back!

We called last minute for a couples massage and they were able to fit us in. I had Megan and she was great. She checked in with me to make sure the pressure was good on different areas of the body and was thorough working out my knots. She was friendly but not too chatty. I was so relaxed walking out and I think we will definitely go back!

Aaliyah is phenomenal. Hands down best massage I’ve had in years. I get a lot of massages around the country since I travel for work. I highly recommend her…first time booking an appointment with her; will certainly not be the last time! All the employees here are very nice.

I was given a gift card for a 75 minute deep tissue massage; this was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while—-Sunny was attentive to my aches and tensions and she even provided advise on follow up activities to prevent lingering tension. I intend to go again

My daughter and I went in this morning. It was our first time and we're excited and nervous. The atmosphere was very clean and calm. My daughter chose a foot reflexology and I chose a deep tissue massage. Darrian was very attentive and kept checking to see if the pressure was comfortable. Sunny was also very accommodating for my daughter. We enjoyed our time very much and will definitely be back!!!

Went for a first time massage with this business (prenatal/1 hour) and WOW - I scheduled with Cody and had a great experience! Cody made sure to check on me/pressure used during the massage, but kept talking to a minimum (at other businesses, I’ve had not good experiences where I’m talked to the whole time and that was not relaxing at all) they also had a pregnancy massage cushion where I could lay comfortably as if I were laying on my stomach and it was a game changer. I’ve had side-lying massages at other places and it was not for me, so I appreciated very much they had the cushion! Overall service was great and I love that there are no membership requirements! I will be returning again!
