Go see “lucky” she does one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She works so hard to make sure get a great experience! She is the best at walking on the back massage as well.

I called 2 hours early to book 35 minute foot massages for 3 of us at 12:45. We showed up at 12:40 to only 2 open spots. My boyfriend was brought to the back, where they started to give him a body massage in a chair. He had to stop & remind them it was a foot massage. At checkout he had us at $120, even though 3X$35 = $105. He attempted to argue but eventually put it at the correct price. Honestly- just unprepared & disappointing.

OMG, this is the best Spa I have ever had a massage in, clean and the technician is good, I would recommend it, it's worth a visit for everyone.

The environment here is good, quiet and sanitary. The masseur's technique is very good. I went for a massage after work and fell asleep on the massage bed. Feel relaxed and comfortable after massage. Return it next time.

The environment was pleasant and the workers were very pleasant too. The masseuse was a woman and I’m sure she had good intentions but I’m in pain right now. Multiple times I asked her to take it easy. For 10 minutes straight my back massage was torture. My shoulder and my left foot is killing me. I’m popping muscle relaxers like candy. But her intentions were good and she explained to me about my ligament in my left ankle and my tense shoulders/back. So I allowed the pain until I couldn’t take it anymore. I stopped the massage early and didn’t give a tip. In overall this business is legit and if I needed a deep tissue massage this would’ve been a great experience. I would still recommend this place over others

Environment is great, this place is good only for minor massaging fluff and buff, I didn't get what I ask for which was a deep tissue, after, I was force to give a large tip just because of the time I not quality, I notice all the good massager no long work there.

The hubby and I popped in here for a foot massage and chair massage combo. The place was clean and everyone was very friendly. The foot massages were excellent and the chair massages were surprisingly good. Both of us had woke up with tight shoulders and upper back pain and they worked out all the kinks. We will definitely be back again soon.

I won’t be a returning customer. I had a foot message and when I sat down the masseuse asked me if lavender oil was okay, I said sure, he sprayed it on me and then said “that’s $10 more dollars”. Not okay. The actual message was not worth the money, he was massaging in a very lazy way and talking to his co-worker the entire time. I took my family to get treatments as well, when I went to pay for all of us I tipped 20% for each individual treatment…my masseuse and one of the others asked for more tip!! I was shocked. The treatments and customer service didn’t deserve 20% and they asked for more. Will not recommend and will not return.

I'd been having trouble sleeping because of back & neck pain, I called & was able to schedule an appointment same day. The spa is clean & inviting. I was greeted right away. The massage was just what I needed, I left feeling like I had a new body. Jenny was very professional & kind & worked on the massage for the full 60 minutes plus. The hot stones & warm lotion are super nice! I will be back!

We have been coming to Massage & Foot Spa since my daughter was 3 for mommy and me (couples massage). My daughter and I feel so special every time. They listen to what's going on, and they do the best Chinese styles with some Thai elements. I feel very much healed, and my daughter feels totally relaxed and focused after their sessions. They also help her arm which has nerve issues. This is an excellent place, staffed with kind and talented professionals. We wish we could come every week!

I had a terrible experience at this place and that is the reason I gave it a one-star rating. When it was time to pay and check out after my 90-minute massage, I was not pleased with the service. I had requested a massage with oil, for which they charged me an additional $10. This seemed unreasonable to me, as I believe that massage oil is essential for a good massage. Initially, The total price was $110, which I thought was reasonable for a 90-minute massage. However, when I went to the front counter to pay, the lady had already entered $135 into the machine and asked for a tip. I questioned this, and she hesitantly changed the amount to $110. Then, when it came time to tip, the lady refused to accept my $20 tip, insisting that I also tip the other massage therapist who worked on my back. I had not requested two different people. The first massage therapist informed me just 15 minutes before the end of my appointment that another therapist would take care of the rest. The reason was, she had another client to attend to which felt unprofessional to me. After a back-and-forth discussion, I left a $30 tip and promptly left. The only reason I did that is because I didn’t want to make a big scene. I was extremely unsatisfied with the service and will not return to this place. I would not recommend it to others. They provided bad service and they were dishonesty at the end.

I recently visited this massage store, and while the massage itself was okay, the overall experience was disappointing. The atmosphere wasn't very relaxing, and the staff seemed a bit rushed. To make matters worse, they tried to charge an extra $10 for each oil application during the massage, which should have been included in the service. On top of that, I was rudely asked for a tip at the end, which made me feel uncomfortable. A good massage experience should be relaxing from start to finish, but this one left me stressed out and put off. I won't be returning

My girlfriends and I were having a girl night out, and we decided to go get a massage. We picked this place to try out because we haven't been here before. We picked the one hour full body massage, and my massage therapist was great, but my friend wasn't too happy with her therapist. He didn't put much pressure to help with the knot on the area that she told him from the beginning. Anyways, the reason I'm giving them a 3 stars because they didn't tell me the up charge. I'm also a technician in the customer service field, and when I try to sell my clients something, I will tell them there will be extra charge for the clients to feel comfortable to pick and choose what they want. With this place, she was asking me if I wanted to use essential oil and hot stones, i didnt care about the hot stone and in my head, "Don't you need oil or some type of lubricant to apply for massage?" I'm okay with it. During the massage, she used the essential oil and the hot stone, so I thought the hot stone included in this massage, I didn't say anything. By the time she checked me out at the register, I was surprised by the price. The total came out $90 for one hour full body massage when it was supposed to be $70. Yes, I paid for it, but I was not happy about it. I was planning to leave her a big gratitude because she did a good job on my lower back. Because of the unexpected up charge, I have to cut down on her tip, but I did tip her because I know how tired of this type of work. The only thing I would tell the owner is, please advise your technician to be clear about the pricing, so the customer should be more comfortable with what they are getting. Even though I'm not happy with this unexpected charge, but I'm willing to give them another chance when I'm on this side of town. Of course, I would know better next time.
