Had the pleasure of receiving a massage by Javier and my facial from Skylar. Both services were top tier. From the service at the front desk when I walked in to when I checked out I felt very well taken care of. I was in need of a self care day and this was the perfect place to go! I got two amazing people to perform my services! Thank you Javier and Skylar!!

I had a great experience with Dylan! I had some back pain from arthritis and felt much better afterwards. He was very kind and asked lots of questions to make sure I was comfortable. Great experience overall. I'll definitely be back.

Liberty was my masseuse today and I couldn’t be happier that she was. When I met her, I asked if we could focus more on my shoulders and neck. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more deliberate and effective massage to date. She was very knowledgeable about the areas around my shoulders that have been bothering me, and had some excellent techniques to melt away my tension and discomfort. I’m not usually a review leaver, but today I feel she deserves some recognition for being amazing at her job. Thank you! I can’t recommend her enough.

Had a terrible experience with this Spa! My husband and I have both been members for almost one year. Suddenly, our membership was canceled by the manager unexpectedly and without any explanation. We were told that the massage therapist had not received any of our tips that we had been leaving at the front desk or on her bed, which we ALWAYS did. They were probably stolen. I spoke with the owner and also the manager and was told this information. I would not recommend this massage spa whatsoever. Very unprofessional!

I went here because I was gifted a gift card, The massage was not good- so light pressure I got no benefit/relief. Then they would not take my gift card because they said they are location-specific but there’s no way to know that. He told me it was expired but when another location looked it up it was not. Just overall not a good experience.

I have been going here for quite sometime. The staff is friendly and accommodating when I want to book two sessions back to back. However I love Dominique! I was bummed when she left last year but she came back! She is one of the estheticians there that I have been going too since I bought a membership many moons ago. She is sooo gentle that she puts me to sleep everytime. Snoring and everything 🤣😴. It's very relaxing when I book a session with her. She will evaluate your skin and recommend what you need for ur next booking. She is great.

I've been going to Massage Green for years and am happy to be one of their long term clients. I've been helped by many talented Massage Therapists including ones who relievd a lot of my knee pain and got my knee going again, plus more. I refer many to them. I've also taken advantage of the sauna! Great local small business!

My go to for massage! I've been a customer here for years. Absolutely love the staff & Kimberly and Kay are my go to's for massage! Hot stones, deep tissue, cupping & more. They really take the time to customize you're massage to your needs. I have hip & shoulder pain & between massage and infrared sauna, I get the relief I need. I even managed to refer a friend! Not to mention getting my other half to come in too. They offer plenty of other services too. Easy to find, in the shopping Plaza at Hodges and Butler. When you find a place you love, you stay!

Great massage, but I only came here because I was given a $75 gift card (which on the back says "This Massage Green Spa gift card is redeemable at any Massage Green Spa location") but because the gift card was purchased at a different location, they wouldn't accept it. Plenty of spas offer great massages without the shady business practices. Don't come here.

I LOVE IT!!! I have gone many times and have had INCREDIBLE massages each time. I do not make it a regular thing but each time I have gone due to carrying alot of stress in my shoulders and have come out feeling like a new person. I highly recommend Matt he attended to the areas that need the attention and gave me suggestions to help in preventing the muscle tension. Remodeling has taken place and it is so inviting and over all beautiful! The atmosphere is so relaxing and each time I am on the verge of sleep. I would HIGHLY recommend this spa and Matt!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Wonderful experience! I am in Jacksonville to take care of someone doing a program at the Mayo clinic. Was given a gift card to get some "relaxing" time for me!! Had an appointment with Javier on saturday. He was wonderful. Gave a good relaxing massage which i asked for. Cant say enough good about him. He was very good. Had another hour with Kim this morning. WOW! she was amazing. I asked for a good, deep body massage with emphasis on my sinus' and face. I cant said wow enough. She was excellent and gave me an excellent massage. If i lived here, i would be making an appointment weekly! Thank you so much. If ever here again, I will be back

Had my very first massage there on 03/10/2024. The room was dim, and I loved the ocean sounds softly playing. My massage therapist was Lala. She was incredible! Our talk was about where to focus. She asked me during if the pressure was ok. I appreciate her consideration and kindness. The hot towel, hot stones and eucalyptus scent truly made it an incredibly relaxing experience. So much so, that I signed up for a membership and booked with Lala again in 2 weeks. There was some confusion though when signing up for the membership. Online, it makes it sound that the massage/facial/sauna membership would INCLUDE all 3 each month, and any additional would be at the membership rate. The girl at the front desk seemed confused and said no, that I'd just get one of them each month, then anything extra would be at the membership rate. If I'm right, please educate the staff. If I'm wrong, please word that better on the website.

I had my first massage in years with Jen this week and after having so much stress and travel impacting my neck, shoulders and lower back, I can HIGHLY recommend Jen for relief and professionalism. She was very attentive to my sore spots, knots and other areas where my tension stores, and I felt so much better that I will join Massage Green's monthly plan. Can't wait to try a facial! Matt was the best!! He has an amazingly calm demeanor and is great at the deep pressure massages! I’m a hairstylist and hold a lot of attention in my neck, shoulders and back and after just my first session with Matt, I felt a huge relief :) can’t wait for my next appointment with him!!! I 10/10 recommend trying the infrared sauna treatment for circulation- this brings the relief to next level! Also special shout out to the front desk for always answering my one million questions <3

Don gave a great massage then I tried the infrared sauna. What an experience! Make sure you hydrate really well before and after...I promise you will sweat places you didn't know you could sweat from...head to toes! But, I felt great when I left. Thank you Massage Green Spa for a wonderful experience. I'll be back for sure!

Please do not come here for a couples day out. I’ve been to the location in Fruit Cove and they understood the assignment very well - I love it there. Also interested in doing a facial? Save your money and go to an actual company that specializes in facials. I left out the same way I came in ….. make that make sense :/

Terrible massage experience. My massage therapist was nice, so I’m not going to go too much and depth on a review. But from the massage being half done it felt like to paying for a 90 minute and not receiving the proper amount of time… this spot just isn’t it. To the point that I had to book another massage for tomorrow elsewhere. it’s like she felt the knots I had, and then just went around them. Which caused more tension in my body. The reason I gave it two stars was because of the receptionist

I got my first massage ever here at this location with EMMA. I was in absolute paradise. She gave me a full body massage. Price is extremely fair. Emma made me feel comfortable and rejuvenated. I felt/ heard popping and crunching all over, no pain at all, but I knew I needed a good massage, and she was working out all the knots. Not one part of my body is tight anymore. The only thing I wish, was that the massage was 4 hours long... HA. I will 100% be back to see Emma.
