We booked a package of sauna, facial and massage, only good things to say about!!! The service was amazing and after we finished we were so relaxed!!! Very good spot and people very nice!!!

Isabel was amazing. She massaged the stress points so well that I felt as if I was in massage for so long and not just an hour. She is a very sweet and full of positive energy. I will definitely come back to her.

My husband scheduled a couples massage for us on a Wednesday evening….and I have nothing but good things to say about Massage Green Spa (Pembroke Pines), from the staff which are very professional and deliver excellent massages, to the tranquility of the rooms, everything was a treat. Delilah the manager has outstanding customer service and really cares about the experience of each customer. The spa is clean and welcoming, and this marks my 3rd visit within the past month because of the good service. My husband and I will definitely be returning customers! Thanks Char

Worst experience, signed up for an hr facial and was finished quickly within 25 minutes, no change in clothing, the person doing facial hardly spoke a word of English. Tried to speak to manager and failed to help instead argued , had left my card for deposit which they charged more money then it was suppose to be. Tried calling corporate office with no luck. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!

Since Dalila has become the manager, this place is the best. She really cares about the customers and staff and is very professional and friendly. She even cleaned the AC vents, which were very dirty. I have asthma and I appreciated this very much - the air now smells so clean and the whole place is nice and clean. she is much, much better than the previous manager. Had another massage last week and while waiting in the reception area to be called, I noticed that the area rug was different - it used to be black, but now was different shades of brown and looked nice, so I asked if the rug was new, and was told it was the same rug but was cleaned! It sure smelled better too. Another improvement from the new manager.

I love this place the atmosphere is amazing, and prices are good. I use to go to another massage place but they increased their price to an extreme for the same service. Massage Green is not cheap but isn’t too expensive for the service they offer. Would definitely continue to come here.

My first time going to get a facial at this place was amazing but this second time experience was deplorable. I was left with a painful face as expected but also no extractions and no deep cleaning was done. When I asked, I was told I didn’t need extractions and to my surprise when I got home, I realized my face was in almost the same condition. I contacted the location and spoke to the manager who was very nice and understanding, who offered a complementary massage for my disgust. I’ve called the place at least 6 times to book my massage appointment and either no one answers or I get placed on hold to then be hung up on. I had real high hopes to turn my experience around, but now I know I will not be going back to this place since they do not appreciate my business.

This place is the absolute worst in customer service. I had a gift card to which I had set an appointment but had COVID at the time. I called and spoke to someone and explained that I had tested positive but didn't want to loose my certificate. They advised I would be ok but if I had tested positive it was best I didn't go. They never offered to reschedule my appointment. In December when I decided to try and finally get my appointment, they told me my certificate had been used due to cancelling my last appointment. There was no manager available, I have called and emailed corporate i dont know how many times and left message for no one to return my phone call or emails.

As always, this place never ceases to please. They are very attentive and always treat you like a celebrity when you walk through their doors. The staff is highly trained in all aspects. The facility itself looks like it was just opened yesterday, and their pricing puts a lot of the nearby competitors to shame. This has been a go-to massage spot for me and will continue to be.

Horrible customer service from the manager. Was refused to use my gift card that was purchased in another branch although they advertised you can use it anywhere!! Gave a customer number that no one answers or lets you leave messages!

Just finished up an appointment with Lucy. I paid for 1 hour and after finishing and getting dressed I look at my phone to notice she only did like 45 mins. When she called me back it was 2:05 (not to mention after that it took some time to get undressed) and then when I left the place it was 2:55. The massage wasn’t awful but it definitely wasn’t great and felt super lazy. She even used a massage gun at one point. She also said my neck was tense and massages it for no joke like 2 minutes. Kinda disappointed and probably won’t be back

Some businesses ignore than having good customer service is as important as offering a good product and can make or break the experience. Today I received a text message with an offer for 15% off a massage which I saw online was $59. Text said to call or go online to book, no other limitations or disclaimers. I always prefer to book by phone to make sure I'm getting the right therapist for my needs. When it was time to pay the manager refused to honor the offer because I was not a 1st time customer and because he claimed it had to be booked online; he got downright confrontational. Nowhere did it say that was the condition. Whatever happen to "the customer is always right"? The difference was $10 but I really dislike businesses being gimmicky and out of principal I will not go back or recommend this place. He lost a good opportunity to please a customer and make it right. I notice other reviewers complaining about poor customer service at this location, so I'm not surprised. They made an extra $10 today but lost a customer for life. That's what happens when you are not the business owner and just a low-paying employee who doesn't care about return business but just a paycheck. It totally ruined a good massage experience with my therapist, Yazmin, who was very attentive and targeted my problem areas. Sadly, I will not be returning to this place.

DO NOT GO !!! WORST massage spa I’ve ever encountered. On the website it offers a 120 minute massage which I booked online. When I arrive at the spa, I was told by the receptionist that they don’t provide 120 minute massage because it’s too long and I would have to do the 90 minute massage. After I told her that’s not what I booked and desired so I was leaving, she assured me I wouldn’t be getting charged. But the day after they charged my credit card $80. Trust me corporate will be hearing about this early tomorrow morning.

I have been a member at this location since they opened, years ago. The past few months, no one answers the phone when you call and they don't return any voicemails. I have called 9 times today to make an appointment because the website has been giving me an issue and no one picks up the phone. I am mindful enough to call at times where they are not checking clients in, and still no luck. I shouldn't have to drive to their location every time I need to make an appointment!!! When they first opened, if you called and didn't leave a message, they still called you back to try and book you. If you tried to make an appointment online and left the site without scheduling, they called you. What happened to that level of customer service? I hope the owner/manager sees this and takes action. I understand that it is hard to find employees in the current job market, but there is no excuse for not calling your valued clients back.

If you want to get scammed... this IS the best massage place for you. I did an upgrade for CBD and ends up being that they do not use 100% CBD. They mix the CBD oil with their own oils giving you the minimum (if any) CBD benefit. Waste of money! Once your massage is done, they also provide you with the CBD oil bottle. It was 95% full. It was such a waste of money! I expressed this to the manager (Mario) and all I got back was "thanks for the feedback". He was very rude and careless. Terrible customer service. If I can give them a 0 stars, I would. Any other massage facility, if you upgrade to CBD, they ONLY use CBD oil/cream. Another thing to note, you don't sign any consent forms. I'd say: RUN! Do not book here unless you want to get scammed. "Spa" doesn't even smell like a spa. They don't even offer you anything to drink.

I’ve had a gift card here for a year and a half and have never been able to use it. It’s for a couples massage. They either don’t answer the phone when you call or are always booked with no availability. The customer service isn’t so great either and I’ve heard they’re not the nicest in person.

This was my Mother's day gift and I loved the 60 minutes massage. It was so relaxed and happy with the service. However I didn't receive the positive vibe in the front desk.
