my massage was great & the lady was so sweet, but the front desk put a higher tip on my credit card than i advised them to add, and i don’t know how to feel about it.. i came in just for a quick 30 minute massage after being reluctant to spend the money, but really needing the relaxation & pain relief. but the actual massage was only about 20 minutes. i asked the front desk to add a 20% tip when i was finished, but she added a $20 tip instead (which was more than 20% of the cost for the shorter service). i really wanted to enjoy the experience & find a place to be a returning customer at, but unfortunately i just regret spending the money😫

This place was well worth it! The front desk was friendly and helpful and my massage therapist, Jennifer, was excellent. She was knowledgeable, detailed and professional, creating an overall experience that will have me returning.

My fiancé and I recently got a couples massage at the Scottsdale Rd Location in Grey Hawk. Michelle and Jennifer were amazing! Very nice ladies from the quality of the massage and the customer service. Made us feel extremely relaxed and renewed. Highly recommend these two if you come to this location!

I have been going here for years and highly recommend this place to all my friends. I’ve never had a bad experience, everyone is always super friendly and professional and the therapists here are terrific! I was very grateful during my pregnancy when I found out I could still get massages by some of the therapists who could do pregnancy massages. Kayla was amazing,, definitely recommend her.

Went today full of knots and luckily Dino was available. He is one of the best therapists I’ve found in the valley! Highly recommend!

Got me right in, which was super nice bc I happened to be in the area. Ask for Jennifer if you want a great deep tissue massage!! They don't push memberships, which can be really uncomfortable. I'm not saying you shouldn't get one.. I'm just saying if you want a great massage, come here 😀

Great massage for a pretty good price. Really loosened me up and helped the joints. Great atmosphere and really quick turnaround on more appointments. Recently missed an appointment and they have a no show fee of about 2/3rds the cost of the massage. So be aware of that if you're a busy person, have schedule issues, or forget things often.

Great place. I've been a regular for a few years. For a more relaxing massage, try 90 mins or 120. Should try getting a massage from a master. Won't be disappointed!

This company is a joke and the owner does not know what he is doing. He wants to blame brand new therapists that are hired for his failure to make sure they are made aware of their appt bookings so they can show up for them. I was really, really looking forward to starting at a new place, but I was treated like crud, blamed for things completely outside of my control, lied to, and I likely won't get paid now for the appts I did, as I spoke with another therapist who had worked here and she was not paid for an entire week of her working at the Peoria location. Beyond upset. Search elsewhere for your massages. He won't be able to keep a single person on staff with this unprofessionalism. It is so beyond anything I have ever experienced. I have never been treated this badly by a potential employer. Unacceptable. He also took an unacceptably long time to have me fill out proper paperwork to become officially on his staff, and never bothered to ask for a copy of my state massage license. All of this should greatly concern clients of this business.

I decided to stay low key for my birthday and have a spa day. Being new in town I was looking for a spa in the area that was nice and budget friendly. After doing research and checking reviews on Yelp I decided to try Massage Haven. Besides it being my birthday I get massages pretty regularly and was hoping to find a place to frequent every other month. Massage Haven was modern, very aesthetically pleasing, staff was very nice and the whole place smelled wonderful. I had my cake with me when I came and they were very accommodating and held it in the refrigerator for me until I was finished receiving my services. COMBO ONE $95 -- 1 hr massage, hot oil, aroma therapy, eye treatment, foot soak, mini hot stones and foot scrub and I added a full body scrub. I had already gotten a facial from my esthetician but next time I come here I will try one of their facials. This is my new place. I will definitely be back.

My wife has had a frustrating experience, overcharging her for services despite having a membership, attempted to cancel and they kept on charging per month either way. Poor management in this regard.

This place needs to hire more Reliable therapists as they are ALWAYS cancelling last minute. Wouldn’t recommend if your actually looking forward to your massage

Claudia was amazing and I am so happy I found this place!! I felt like a new person after the massage. She really got deep into my muscles in my neck and shoulders which not many massage therapists do. Probably the best massage I’ve ever had to be honest!! I can’t wait to go back.

She is above all other therapist in the world in my opinion .. from a person that has been getting massages for 20 plus years . Amazing person ... amazing therapist ... she will find knots you didn’t know you had!

I’m a big fan of the arrowhead location. I would like to try this one, I really would. I stopped in on my lunch today, and no one was at the desk. Waited 5 minutes but no one came out. I called several times as well, and it goes to voicemail each time. Very challenging to make an appt if you can’t get ahold of anyone.

Let me start by saying that the owner of this location is supposed to be calling me according to a receptionist I talked to yesterday. Now, I went to this location twice: First experience was absolutely PERFECT! Wonderful, skilled massage (A THOUSAND THANK YOUS, CLAUDIA!), receptionist was pleasant, warm and inviting (sorry, I didn't get her name. I can say she was blonde, but that's it :( ). Claudia actually was waiting on me when I walked in the door @ 8:59am for a 9am appt and once the initial paperwork was completed, she got right to business. Since it was my first time there, I received membership pricing which was a very nice surprise! After the massage, I definitely wanted to come back and had thoughts of becoming a member even though it is a 45 minute drive from my home! Second experience (2 weeks later) was... not so good. Claudia and another employee were waiting outside the business when I drove up at 8:30am for my 9am-10:30am appointment. Turns out, no one showed up to open the place. Hey, people have lives and things happen... Just call your people to let 'em know you aren't coming or you're late and all is well. No worries, right? Well, not really. An employee from BOTH neighboring businesses came out to A) offer the 3 of us a seat in their businesses to wait on the opener, and 2) comment that this kind of thing happened regularly at MH and the opener usually comes screaming through the parking lot in her car to hurry and open the doors. Anyway, one of the ladies called the owner and he had to send someone out to open the place because no one else that was called was answering their phones. This was at approximately 9:25am. At 9:45am, I decided I'd waited long enough, got in my car and began to drive away. I just happened to look in my mirror as I pulled out and saw a brunette opening the front doors. Now, I'm told by his employees that Dino, the owner, is a great guy and a great person to work for - all great things. BUT...I'm also told that this happens too often for someone to keep their job (not told this by his employees, so take that for what it is worth). I will be going back as I'm hoping this is not a recurring issue, but I definitely will hedge my bets and get a later appointment time with Claudia.
