I was given some massages for Christmas. I live by the Safari work full time and have a baby. It is not easy to get to these locations. Beware that if you are gifted massages they have expiration dates and are not flexible. The whole point of this gift was for me to go when I actually could drive out there after work and get child care so I can do this. It’s not flexible and not a great option. I would not go here again not because od the great massage therapists (they were awesome) but the overall lack of flexibility when you get a massage package. There are sooo many caveats that I won’t ever go here again or bring any work related business to them. Very disappointing.

Way too over priced. Like bad! More like 50 mins. (60 min) $180 ????? Or $269 for 90 min??? These prices are like high end for minimal massage from probably new graduates…..Place is VERY clean, staff are wonderful. Just too costly. ):

My girlfriend was given a gift card for this place. We live in Tijuana, so we made the accomodations like getting up early and crossing to make it on time. They cancel on us as we were crossing. This has happened TWICE now. This place has left a bad impression. If I could give it zero stars I would. Extremely unprofessional.

I am disappointed with this place. When my husband and I went for massages twice, we liked everything. But when we bought a membership, everything went wrong. The first time they didn’t turn on the heat, didn’t do aromatherapy (all this is included in the subscription) and after the massage I got really sick. Today I had an appointment for 8 pm, they called me 2.5 hours before and asked me to come at 7.30. I came, but no one was waiting for me. They said that it was a misunderstanding, wait and we will give you a facial massage as a gift. While I was waiting before the massage, the administrator came up to me and offered to pay a tip in advance, although I had not yet received the service. This is some kind of nonsense. The massage lasted about 50 minutes, although the price list says 60 minutes. No one warned the masseuse about my gift and she started to leave. I told her that I was given a facial massage! Then she gave it to me for 3 minutes. After the massage, the administrator stopped me and insistently asked me to leave them a tip. But what if I don't want to do that? In general, the price for the service does not correspond to reality. Sort out your service.

Had a Facial today by Elizabeth A. I see her regularly. I used to see Mia. Elizabeth blows Mia AWAY! Elizabeth truly cares about her clients and does an AMAZING FACIAL!!! She deserves a raise!!! If she ever leaves, I will Cx my Membership with Massge Heights.

A massage experience that started out amazing which slowly declined after becoming a member… A year ago my husband and I moved to the area and excitedly booked a couple massage at Massage Heights. Because of the initial experience we decided to both join the monthly membership package and the first couple months were great and then, it wasn’t. Not only were there never any openings when we wanted to or were able to go together, (we both work full time), it was always one thing or another with this place. We would book appts and then quickly get a call, on more than one occasion, that they could only take one of us (not much of a date day together), or they had to reschedule us, or worse, couldn’t take us at all. Frustrating. I had the same masseuse for months that I loved and when she left I wasn’t notified or anything until my next appt. Unprofessional. The massage heights experience I have had has made me believe that this business has been super successful in growth and client acquisition but then the internal business hasn’t grown to match the success. The customer service and over all experience is now lack luster as a member. Newest frustration is that I have been trying to cancel my membership now that the year I committed to is over and guess what? It’s not something that can be done over phone or with a push of a button? Shocker. It has to be cleared through management. Again, frustrating and disappointing. Put a button on the app that allows you to unenroll when the contract is over. Donna at the front office, you are a gem and care about your job. That’s evident in my interactions with you. Still recovering from the massage. Former athlete with hundreds of hours of good massage, but today was the worst I've experienced. The therapist ignored the areas I asked her to focus on, and neglected the rest. My hour treatment was condensed into an abrupt 40ish mins and customer service was reduced to up selling membership. Glad I had it so that I can recommend other places

The staff was very helpful and friendly! Jessica was my therapist and she has a gift of healing touch! I felt incredible when I left :) Highly recommend! Also it is easy location and there’s always parking. :)

I always love my time at this Massage Heights. The massage is great, the facial was amazing and staff are always so helpful and friendly!! I book late usually so do not get the same massage therapist each time and have enjoyed each one. They are each different so ask for what you are looking for and they will help you find a massage therapist that is like that.

It is a completely professional, friendly and relaxing experience every time I have come in for a massage from Maricela and Dana. By the end of my session, I am practically asleep and my body pain consistently feels diminished after every visit. I always look forward to my next appointment with both of them. They both specialize in medium to firm pressure and also do active release for people like myself who suffer from sports related injury and chronic pain. 5/5 Stars for both of them at the 4S Ranch Massage Heights!

Love my massages with Abby! Abby curates treatment plans specific to her clients and educates along the way. I love Abby for her deep tissue massage and cupping but there’s really nothing that she doesn’t do. Even got my husband going to her too!

Massage Heights is a very nice Spa. Today I had Selena as my therapist. She is the best Therapist I have ever had. I have frequent massages and am traveling in the San Diego area so getting Selina as my therapist today was a real treat.

This is definitely a place for people with deep pockets, but make no mistake, this is a top quality massage. Likely one of the best I've ever had. Definitely worth one visit, or try to find a discount on Groupon.

Unprofessional, lying, and cheating. DO NOT MAKE A MEMBERSHIP HERE. As others have noted, I also cancelled my membership and was charged for the remaining month. I left the country due to the passing of a family member, and was initially told that I would have a credit for my remaining 1 month that was charged to me. No additional conditions were noted. When I returned a couple months later and requested this, I was told it had expired, based on an expiration date that was never noted, and even though I was explicitly told I would be able to utilize this 1 month- WHENEVER. The passing of a family member didn’t even stop them from cheating me through this paid service that was never provided. When I returned and reached out to re-initiate service, I was stalled and ignored. I kept calling to ask about the status of my request and was constantly met with statements that the supervisor would get back to me. As for the service itself, first two massages were good, I will not lie. However, every massage after that was done by unprofessional beginners who provided very low quality service.
