I recently had the pleasure of visiting Massage Heights Addison for a therapeutic massage and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and incredibly peaceful. Nicole at the front desk was on point with customer service. She was so friendly and professional, making sure I was comfortable before the session began. My massage therapist, Carol, was fantastic! She took the time to ask about any areas of tension and tailored the massage to meet my needs. By the end of the session I felt completely relaxed. The entire experience was top-notch and I left feeling like a new person!

Stuck in a year long contract but after that never returning again. I signed up for a membership with my mother earlier this year. For personal reasons we are no longer speaking and I guess she canceled her card that was paying for both our accounts. I only realized this after I got charged $79.99 twice on one of my cards that they have strictly because I forgot to bring cash and wanted to tip my masseuse, otherwise my card should not have been used for any other reasons. I never received a call about any of this and am glad I realized because they for sure weren’t going to tell me. After realizing I made NUMEROUS calls and they either didn’t answer the phone or it was always something like the manager isn't in and that they would pass the information along. Only for me to wait a week with no change and having to go out of my way to once again reach out. I even asked my coworker to call them because for a second I seriously thought they were blocking my calls (that’s how often they don’t answer). FINALLY, I get someone and she tells me the manager approved the refund for both charges and that they have the card info I gave them for the new card to be charged. I check again two days later and I only received one refund. ONCE AGAIN I CALL and they inform me that my mother has not updated her card info and that until then they will charge my card…. LIKE WHAT??? What does that got to do with me be for real. I finally speak with the manager and she said my card was used for both accounts (the old one) and that-that was the reason why they charged me for her account too. LIES. Which I call her out for and she puts me on a hold to check if that’s true, which it is because I have only ever used that card for a tip for MY masseuse. She comes back on and tells me my card will receive the refund soon. No apologies btw until I say that this was unacceptable and she then gives me an extremely sincere and honest apology 🙄(this is sarcasm btw). I worked in customer service facing jobs all of high school, college, and in grad school and if we ever messed up this bad both my manager and I would be apologizing and doing our best to make things right. The manager I spoke with today could not have cared less and I could tell I am just a dollar sign to them and not an actual person. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND I URGE YOU ALL TO FIND A BETTER PLACE WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR PATRONS

Crystal is incredible! I requested very firm pressure and therapeutic work on my hips, and she delivered more than I had thought possible. I left with my pain greatly reduced. Highly recommend!

Great experience, location is very clean and the ambiance is great as soon as you walk in the door. Zohra was my masseuse, she’s great!! She took care of all of my problem areas, I left feeling amazing. Definitely recommend this location.

My friend purchased via Groupon and I was invited here as a guest. Experience with Jasmine was great so I purchased my own deal via Groupon. As soon as I mentioned Groupon and Jasmine - Nichole would not allow me to book. Stating that Groupon was for first time guests only and I had to purchase a monthly membership. She's extremely rude and appears to have some false sense of superiority. Not only am I a first time purchaser, but the Groupon deal clearly states that you can purchase the deal up to 3 times. Thankfully, Groupon did refund me considering the deal does not state for first time users only. I don't recommend this place at all. Unfortunate.

I always have a great experience here. The front desk team and the massage therapist, Wendy, have been great. I bought a Groupon a few months back -- the experience was so good that I purchased a membership. Wendy listened to me -- as I have been rehabbing a problem with my neck and my shoulder by through physical therapy and massage. She's the first person who I've seen who actually listened to my concerns and develop a plan of attack. Really appreciate it!

This place is amazing and the customer service is 5-stars! I instantly feel relaxed when I walk in the door and I’m always greeted with a friendly face. The facility is always very clean and tidy. The beds are heated and the sheets are buttery soft. Very high quality and I definitely recommend.

I had 3 credits two months ago, right after I canceled my membership. They just disappeared. They also change massage therapists easily. The woman with whom I canceled my membership was pretty rude too. I will not ever go here ever again. Don’t waste your money. Oh and after I was told that my credits had just “disappeared “, the front desk woman had the gall to ask me, “well did you want to book a massage with us anyway?” You must be joking, right???
