I'm picky about massage and facial treatments. I am a huge fan of Massage Heights. It's economical without sacrificing quality and pampering therapeutic treatments. From front end staff to the owner who introduced herself to me yesterday, you are treated with value. Mariah is the absolute best. She is a skilled therapist and makes you feel completely comfortable and blissed out.

I paid for a 90 min massage , didn’t get the full time , was shorted nearly a third of my time, I was told over the phone and at the front desk when I showed up that I was going to get a “ Free “ Foot scrub because it was my “first” time there, I asked could I also get a foot massage aswell added on , sure thing they said so there I am believing I am about to get a 90 min massage , a “free” foot scrub and a foot massage. Rebecca was my massage therapist, she was very nice and she didn’t do a bad job but they hustled me on time and I don’t appreciate it at all , I was looking for a full time massage therapist too , I wasn’t just a stop in , I came really needing help and they hustled and lied to my face and here’s the kicker , I told the dude at the front desk and even showed him the time as proof as I was standing there , having gotten dressed and am standing there and it was still 10 mins before my 90 massage appointment was to end 3-430, and then no free foot scrub or the foot massage. The dude didn’t even apologies, charged me full price and that was it. It’s cool tho , I paid it and I wish them a merry Christmas and all the best but I will NOT , EVER come back ! I didn’t deserve that ! Shame

I was a member here a few years ago and recently decided to return and try a new therapist. I booked a massage at $79.99, but just a few minutes later, I received a text saying they would still see me but at a rate of $159.99. When I was a member before, they never mentioned that returning members would be charged the highest rate. In fact, they assured me I would always get a good rate if I came back. This place is dishonest. Don’t trust them—they’ll change the terms on you at the last minute.

i have been a member of massage heights for 2 years now and live closer to the briargate location now. i got a facial by sherri and she took care of me and some!! gave me so much good advice for my adult acne and left my skin feeling so amazing!!! will definitely be back to see the lovely sherri

As always, Massage Heights went above and beyond. Front of house staff is super amazing, knowledgeable, friendly. Just makes you feel so comfortable. I wouldn’t think of ever going anywhere else.

My massage with Rebecca was great! I slept wrong and all that pain settled in my shoulder. I had a 60 minute massage with the CBD add on. We focused on my neck and shoulders that whole time. I feel fantastic today. She gave me some excellent recommendations. I will definitely be back.

The staff is always friendly and helpful! Yesterday was the first massage I had from Deborah and it was amazing! She asked where my problem areas were and went right to work. Already booked my next appointment with Deborah!

This place is so comforting, soothing, and relaxing from the music, lighting, the aroma of the essential oils they offer, to the massage table. My therapist was unavailable, so Parker did my session. He was very professionaland did a fabulous job.

I have enjoyed two separate visits to Massage Heights, with both of my appointments being with Massage Therapist Debbie. The location, environment, and professionalism of the business is world class. I began to relax as soon as I entered the front door. In addition, Debbie is one of best therapists I have ever worked with. She is a consummate professional, very attentive to my reactions to various pressure/pain points and is always willing to adjust to focus on any problem areas I highlight. In short, Debbie is a rock star!

I was randomly assigned to Danielle for my first massage at Massage Heights. I am THRILLED that I was! I was looking for a deep tissue massage to help with low back and neck/shoulder pain. She was phenomenal! Her pressure was intense, but manageable & she knew how to move away from a tough spot and come back to it. She hit all my “trouble spots”. She definitely knows what she’s doing and is well versed at her craft! She matched my pace with chatting. I felt so relaxed when I left. This morning I’m a little sore in certain areas (as I would expect), but feel like a million bucks! I will definitely be going back to see Danielle and highly recommend her for this type of massage!

If you decided WOW what a great deal, let me do it. BEWARE !! first off it is a years contract so you will be locked in for a year, you can count on that. But wait when that year is up you better keep a very close eye on your bank account. I have them a totally different payment method to use for any additional charges to use and said do not use my other account for any more billing then I canceled my account. 3 months later and I am charged for a month of service, imagine my surprise when I was paying for my groceries. What gets me more is THE MANAGER is the only one who can do anything for you and if she is not there, her staff will call her and she will call the police on you when you file a FRAUD report on them with your bank in the lobby. Thanks for having the police leave a detailed message for me because now if I ever see a charge from you again I will have every legal rite to sue you for the services your company still owes me.
