Nancy took great care and made me feel so relaxed. The aromatherapy was entrancing. My face massage was also very soothing. Overall, this deep tissue massage did great targeting a problem area on the left side of my neck and shoulder and the rest of it was just as relaxing as I could have hoped. Quite a praise-worthy service that Nancy provided. Many thanks.

Overall very average experience here. I understand that sometimes it takes some trial and error to find a therapist that you like but after 2 mediocre massages with different massage therapists, the non member pricing just isn’t worth it imo

Ester is a great therapist! She always has just the right pressure to get into the muscles but I'm still able to relax. She's my go to whenever possible! And, the staff is always so kind and knowledgeable. Oh, and they have some great CBD products to choose from. I highly recommend Massage Heights, Carmel Valley.

I enjoyed my massage and facial with Esther. Esther is an excellent massage therapist and esthetician. I spent 2 hours in total bliss and relaxation. The massages was great, and my facial left my skin hydrated and beautiful. She really knows what she's doing. I highly recommend her. Sarah

Had a 90 minute massage with Esther and it was spectacular. Perfect pressure based on our initial consult and she found and worked out knots that were causing me pain. It was so relaxing, that I fell asleep. I highly recommend Esther for anyone whose feeling stressed and wants to decompress (and take a nap!). 5/5 stars. CB

I went to Massage Heights in Carmel Valley last night because I was having a lot of pain in my back after traveling. Lisa listened to my concerns and was absolutely amazing! I was locked up but she was determined to get me relaxed and have the relief I needed!! I added dynamic cupping and cbd to my treatment and I recommend that to everyone! THANK YOU LISA!!!

I've been having some soreness in my back, shoulders and neck. I think it's a culmination of boxing, strength training, and working from home. I've never been to Massage Heights before, but I booked an appointment for a 90 min swedish massage and it was amazing! Booking was super simple (I just called and they had an appointment as soon as later that day, and even openings the following day on Saturday). I got a massage from Kim and she is nothing short of phenomenal. I feel so much better and I feel like so much tension has been relieved thanks to her. I was comforted by the fact that she has a background in martial arts, so she knew exactly where I was coming from and what stress I was putting my body through. Additionally, she was super kind and encouraging and friendly. 10/10 customer service :) the ladies at the front were also super nice! I am considering going back for more, but the pricing seems high if you don't sign up through a membership.

Massage Heights Carmel Valley is a great place to go for a relaxing massage. The interior is very clean and nice. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. From the moment I stepped inside I felt more relaxed. My massage therapist, Nancy, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to understand what I needed and checked in with me regularly to ensure I was getting the most out of my massage. She was conversational but not overly so, letting me relax quietly when I needed it.

Erin is a magician! She hits the right spots, senses intuitively how much pressure to use, but also asks if the pressure is right and makes any adjustments perfectly.

Excellent service! My husband surprised me for my birthday with a couple's massage and it was wonderful. So good in fact that we ended up purchasing a year of monthly massages. My masseuse was Lisa and his was Hulu - both were exceptional. Alli at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming. We're excited to keep coming back!

I’ve had a membership for several years and always have amazing therapists. This week I had Nancy for a deep tissue massage. Her 20+ years of experience spoke for itself, and one of the best massages I’ve had!. She intuitively found all my problem areas and applied not only great pressure but also knew where to spend more time to not just brute force through it. I will be brining my ballerina daughter next who needs this level of therapy.
