I booked a 1hr massage with medium to firm pressure. I was able to get in for a same day appointment and was serviced by Danny. I feel like I lucked up because she was kind, detailed and an excellent masseuse. Her schedule should’ve been booked if you ask me! I will be back to see her in the near future. Check in was easy, the facility was well kept and the receptionist was pleasant. Definitely a great experience and a special treat for me! ❤️

Great staff and Dani is by far the best masseuse I have ever had. She has an amazing personality and can go from light to a real deep tissue massage.

I have been woth Massage Heights for 5 years, but at Cinco Ranch for only 2 years ans there there is a great therapist called Dani - she does great and is concerned about the service and ask questions all the time I'm happy to her her as my therapist, I highly recommend her.

DO NOT….I repeat DO NOT sign up for a membership with Massage Heights…. I have had a membership with them since 2014, and have since managed to save up 33 hours of massages (crazy I know)… anyway… they are FORCING me to start paying 30$ more a month, or else I will lose all 33hours that I have PAID for and saved over the years!!! They have forced me into a corner, saying that I can either pay the extra 30$ a month, and start trying to use them. OR give me 90 days to use them….Do the math… NO way I can use all those hours in 90 days!! 🤬🤬🤬 Ohhhh and then, when I told the manager, this was going nowhere, and we were talking in circles, he proceeded to tell me if I don’t have an answer for him in 30 days. He will cancel the membership and I will lose the 33 hours!!!!!

Called in twice to inquire about booking a massage and to get more information about signing up for a membership. First call went unanswered and second call was answered by woman at the front desk who seemed less than interested in assisting me with booking. While I was asking her a question, she asked me to hold. After holding maybe a minute I disconnected and booked a massage with Spavia. I understand that not everyone has a bubbly personality but acting a little bit interested in a potential customer who is looking to give reoccurring business should be standard practice.

I’ve been going here for over a decade and the therapists are incredible! Susana, Carrie Ann, Bruce are so professional and work so hard. Highly recommend for a relaxing hour or two.

Book with Bruce or Troy for a deep tissue massage. Bruce will talk you through everything and explain why. Troy is a silent killer. Both are equally amazing.

Susana is the best massage therapist. She is very knowledgeable and knows her job perfectly. She is the main reason for me to keep returning to massage heights. The front desk staff is also very polite and welcoming.

Troy is amazing! I have been searching for a masseuse that will do a proper deep tissue massage for over 20 years and I finally found him! The immediate and long lasting relief I got just after my first session is more than I’ve gotten from any other masseuse or chiropractic treatment. If you need strong hands, Troy is your guy. He can also do relaxing, soft touch massage, but that’s isn’t what I need. I always look forward to our sessions.

My name is Mari. I went to an appointment with Danelis Otero. She is the VERY BEST!! One of the best massage therapists I have ever have. Amazing. She aleviated my frozen shoulder condition. I was in quite a bit of discomfort and could not sleep well. I had a great massage. She is strong and very knowledgeable about pain relief. Excellent massage. If you are an althelte she is the the very best. For sports massage, relaxation, stress relief. Lymphatic drainage, stretching and Neuro Muscular therapy, chose her. You will NOT be disappointed I hope my review helps anyone in pain. I found out She works at the Fulshear location also.

This location is great! The atmosphere is very calm and the staff is very polite and welcoming. Therapist Melissa is amazing and always focuses on all my problem areas. I definitely recommend her always.

Area Director’s customer service is absolutely unacceptable! I was charged for a missed session despite me calling stating that I never received a call or text confirming my appointment. I have been a loyal customer for more than 3yrs. I have always received a call / text within 24 hrs to confirm my appointment. Instead of the area director (Noel) resolving this 1x problem, he decides to be a stickler and allow EGO to win. He refused to give me his regional supervisor/managers number. I will most definitely be cancelling my membership TODAY. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS OR LOCATION!!

Don't fall for these fake reviews, as this place is a total scam. They want you to be member and if you want to cancel. you have to give them advance 30days notice lol. massages are below average and never start on time. out of 8 session, only had 3 satisfying sessions. waste of time and $$.

I gave only one star because zero was not an option. Do not go to this location! I took my girlfriend for a relaxing sweedish massage. She came out hurting more than she went in. She was scratched on her back with the therapist's nails. She had red welps on her back. The therapist never asked if the pressure was ok. The therapist did not know that aromatherapy was requested. The requested areas were not covered. Certain areas were not massaged with oil and it was very uncomfortable. There was more bad to the experience. I would not recommend this therapist or location!

This place has Excellent massage therapists! Great service from the manager/owner and front desk. It’s always clean and I feel so relaxed when I’m done with my massage/facial. I’m always happy with the results from my favorite therapists! My favorites are Bruce, Dinna and Sussana. Bruce is the most knowledgeable and amazing! I have been a member for several years and am so thankful for this wonderful place.

Beyond irritated. I booked an appointment for a full body massage with Dina at 2:00 pm. I arrived to my appointment and gave them my name and appointment time. Then the woman asked if I had a mask, I said no. She provided one which prompted me to ask if I had to wear it during my massage. The answer was yes. I had to wear a mask while I was getting my massage. I canceled my appointment and made a new appointment at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. The reason I am so upset, besides the fact that I didn’t get my massage, is because I was not informed of this ridiculousness when I called to make the appointment. The mask requirement is DEFINITELY something y’all might want to disclose to customers before they waste their time driving to their appointment. Two stars because the place was clean and pretty and the girl at the front was nice about it.

Had a couples massage booked for today. Amy calls me to tell me their couples room is broken due to a leak or somthing and that my husband an I will have to be in separate rooms for our couples massage. I say that's fine and we hang up. I thought about it and end up calling back to cancel, because why book a couple massage in separate rooms when I only see my husband a week a month, right? Amy proceeds to say , "OK bye" and hangs up on me... it took me by suprize because I've worked customer service for a long time and I've never had anyone do that before. I call her back and she answers and I asked why she hung up on me? She begins to throw more attitude and I ask for her manager.. she said the manager isn't in. Then I ask her for her managers name and what time he will be in, she said he's not coming in today. After many times of me asking,, she finally tells me His name is Noel. Then I ask for corporate # she says they don't have a corporate number. I unfortunately called her a few names which is totally out of my character but her attitude and disrespectfullness towards me was mind blowing all due to my cancelation of mine and my husband's appointment, due to their problems and lack of trying to make things right for their customers or for our case, potential returning customers. Amy does not need to be working in customer service and because of her, we will never spend money in a massage heights ever again...

I booked a prenatal body massage appointment at 11:30am at cinco ranch location. I drove for 30min and took a break from work for that appointment. After reaching there they told me that it is a website error and they don’t have prenatal body message professionals available and they had to reschedule my appointment. Why haven’t they look at their coming appointments earlier and inform the clients if something is not available??

My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage.  Our massage therapists, Liliana and William were amazing!! They listened to our concerns about the areas we felt needed extra focus. They really helped us feel more comfortable and relaxed.  This place is definitely a true gem in the area! Thank you!

RUN, fly, dance, skip, anything but walk, to see Iliana at Massage Heights (Cinco Ranch). I've had my fair share of massages over the years, but they've got nothing on Iliana. You know how you can tell when someone is just going through the motions at their job? Yeah, not Iliana. You could tell that her goal was for me to leave there feeling relaxed, renewed, and a bit less freakin stressed. Mission accomplished, ma'am!
