I had a very unpleasant experience with Amber and will not be returning. I had chosen a deep tissue massage rather than a prenatal massage, but put on my form that I was pregnant. She reprimanded me harshly and loudly for this with dramatic hand gestures, instead of simply saying, let's change this to prenatal to be compliant with Texas Law. Then I shared that I selected that because I'm just 4 weeks pregnant and didn't want them to think they needed pillows and such to prop up my belly- she continued to have a very terse and harsh demeanor instead of staying professional and letting me know in a calm and kind way that it was against their policy to do massage in the first trimester. It was a really odd way to speak to a customer as though I was wronging her and should have known better. It was so overboard and dramatic. I left crying because it was shocking and stressful. The young man at the front desk was very pleasant and the manager handled it gracefully, so I appreciate that.

My experience with Massage Heights was nothing short of superb! I would give them more stars if I could. From the first moment in, until the moment leaving I felt completely relaxed and it was very pleasant. The place was immaculate and clean, the massage therapist was very helpful and explained everything to me. The ambiance was calming and relaxing. The massage was so nice and I never once had to ask her to change anything she was doing. Very thorough and just allowed me to take t all in. At the end of the massage she gave me some tips to help with what I had been going through with my neck and shoulders. I will definitely return and I appreciated their service very much.

I have been a member since this location opened and I’m very pleased! They have some wonderful therapists; Brenda, Adam, & Amber are fabulous! Ryan did my deep tissue massage today and I feel so much better! Very professional & addressed all my ailments and concerns! I’m not sure where Patrick & Joe find these amazing massage therapist but THANK YOU!!! They are the BEST!!!

Ryan was INCREDIBLE and provided such a thoughtful and skilled massage. If you’re familiar with Reiki, you’ll LOVE Ryan’s techniques. This was the best massage I’ve ever had and I would 100% recommend coming back here. Thank you, Ryan!

Just got a facial from Riley, she is awesome! I came in feeling stressed and a bit tense and it all melted away. She even massaged my neck and shoulders which made me so much more comfortable. My skin feels amazing, best facial ever! :) Thanks Riley!!

My son and I have been coming here for a few months now and have had the best experience! From walking into the front doors and being greeted to the massage therapists to our skin care expert - everyone is just so lovely at this location. I could write a review about multiple employees, but I have to give a special thank you to Riley who handles the custom facials and chemical peels. I've been to fancy med spas and resorts for facials and Riley is one of the BEST I've ever encountered! She is so knowledgeable and helpful, and both my son's skin as well as mine has never looked better. While I come in for anti-aging and hydration, my son is seen for severe acne. Rily really has customized our very different treatment plans, and we are so grateful for her guidance. She creates an environment that is welcoming and comfortable for anyone who sees her. She recommends amazing products best suited for your skin, but never pushes anyone. This has been a great investment for my son and myself and I highly recommend Massage Heights in Dripping Springs for any of your massage or skin care needs.

I’m glad they worked me in last minute and my technician was super sweet, I just didn’t like that I got pitched to sign up for a membership during my facial. My biggest concern was that my face was dull and dry after pregnancy. When I drive home, my face actually felt tight and dry, which was the opposite of how I thought I would feel. Maybe it was the products 🤷‍♀️

This was the best massage experience I ever had. I suffer from chronic pain and a muscle disease. The experience was so incredible and they worked with my body not against it. it was truly incredible. I visited while on vacation and I wish I lived closer because I would be getting a massage all the time! Highly recommend!!

I love this location. It’s new and beautiful plus everyone here goes above and beyond. The massages are great and I love the upgrades that they offer. I bought a subscription and I could not be any happier to carve out time for myself each month!!

this is the second massage I’ve received in the past year, and it was much more enjoyable than the first one at a different place. Regina focused on the areas that were bothering me without neglecting the rest of the body. I’ve had a pinched nerve in my shoulder and neck from jiu jitsu and after an hour and a half massage I can barely feel it. I honestly feel so much better and I think I’ll probably be going atleast once a month to stay in optimal shape and keep training! The mobility in my neck and shoulders is so much better now. Regina used a variety of techniques and It never felt repetitive. They offer deep tissue, relaxation, sports, trigger point therapy, cupping and more! I highly recommend this place.

Massage was nice, very gentle. However my “1 hour” massage was only 45 minutes! When I asked the receptionist twice why it was only 45 minutes when I had paid for an hour she just completely avoided the question. Disappointed. It’s unfortunate as I live two minutes away and this could have become my regular spot.
