Today I decided to take myself out and treat myself. Marquita did a wonderful job servicing me with a 60 minute full body massage. When I say full body, I mean full body. She went the extra mile and really helped me out with some of my aches, from chronic conditions, during this cold winter season!

I recently got a massage here for my birthday. My therapist was very uncomfortable with my disability. She made several comments about my body as she was massaging. I also was supposed to get a hot stone elevation and the service was less than 60 mins. It was my first time here. The front desk girl was very nice and welcoming.

I recently had a massage experience at Massage Heights Ironworks. Aether, the massage therapist, was highly professional. She took the time to ask about my preferences, areas of concern, and my overall comfort. What really stood out was her approach, which was with concern, and explanations about what she was doing. It is clear Aether is passionate about her craft and genuinely cared about my well-being. The facility was clean and welcoming. Rahel is a top tier massage therapist! I went to Massage Heights specifically for some lower back pain I was having. I needed it to be gone because I had a job the next day that I may not have been able to do with the pain and tension I had in my back. I told Rahel what was going on and she made sure to focus on that area. Her hands are heavenly! Not only did she work the pain out she gave me advice on what to do on my own. The next day when I woke up the pain in my back was reduced my 95%. She’s truly a gem in this industry!

Aether is the massage therapist of my dreams. I connected with her by chance when I got to Indy and made another appointment with her two days later before I had to fly home to NH. If I could teleport I would see her at least once a week. A healer above and beyond the typical masseuse—and the best massages I have ever had. She is a gift to this world.

Availability for a couple massage was very very limited. I answered 10 minutes of questions on the phone just to book the appointment . We arrived 10 minutes early. We had to wait for an open iPad only to answer 10 more minutes of the exact same questions. I’ve answered less questions to have surgery than to get a massage. The masseuse called us back as we were handing the iPads back to the front desk, so I know they never even reviewed it and then asked us all the exact same questions or a third time . The amount of time it took to answer all the questions was then used to cut our massage short.

I scheduled massages for my wife and myself over a month ago for our anniversary. I was notified by text and email confirming our appointments and we were traveling from Ohio for the night. We showed up and they didn't have us in the schedule! What a disappointed! I even showed the staff out confirmations to no avail. This the second issue I've had with this business when it pertains to scheduling and we will NEVER be back. Do not go to this place.......there's better places in Indy.

If I could leave 0 stars I would I'm real big on great customer service and I don't appreciate my card being charged an additional 50 bucks I specifically said it was for a gift and that I didn't want to add any enhancements or upgraded this is terrible it's unprofessional and has taking my account into a negative making the situation way worse cause I had no idea 😔 the lady over the phone even made it clear that if they did want anything extra that they would ask for a different form or payment this was mean I was looking for forward to booking for myself but I can't support a business that does stuff like this!

Kait is amazing and truly a professional at all that she does. Her deep tissue massage and cupping together have given me a ton of back pain relief. I highly recommend her and trying the cupping as it has been a game changer for me.

Lovely atmosphere and massage therapists, but I do not recommend signing up for a membership as there is no way to cancel -that I have discovered yet. Unfortunately they are not upfront about this process when they first get you to sign up. I'm experiencing a hardship and trying to cut costs but they will only allow you to "pause" payments for 90 days, but they still "have to" collect 12 payments before your "membership" can end. Do your research into their membership contract so you don't face the same issues I'm now dealing with. Also check out their BBB rating of a D+. More you know!

Typical bait and switch tactics. They convinced us to pay for four sessions in advance (approximately $500) and multiple employees assured us that the sessions would never expire. After taking a year off due to the birth of our child, we attempted to use these credits and were told that the credits expired 90 days after purchase. Essentially, the employees and managers verbally communicated the wrong information, then fell back to "policies", "system limitations", and "employee privilages" to prevent issuing a refund or using the credits. I will be elevating this problem to the Better Business Bureau, but people should be aware of their business practices.

Very disappointed.. My appointment that I made in at the Ironworks Massage Heights was canceled not even 10 minutes after booking. I understand things happen, but don't have same-day availability if you're going to end up cancelling. Glad to take my business elsewhere
