Ali Cabarcas is fantastic! She helps me de-stress AND gets out all the knots. Definitely worth the membership. Ambiance, cleanliness, temperature, and music is all on point for a therapeutic and relaxing experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Exceptional customer service from the masseuse to the front staff. Very knowledgeable, attentive and detail-oriented. You're not treated as just another customer, but a part of the family and this is much appreciated, especially for someone who just moved to the area.

I wanna start by saying coming to get this couple massage was the best decision ever. Bae and I really enjoyed it. 🙏🏽🙃 Toma has wonderful hands . Walking into Massage Heights I was under all kind of body stress. But understand me when I say walking out I FEEL SO RELIEVED. She did a spectacular job on my body massage! Kai also has wonderful hands as well. Bae say he feels good his about ready to take on Tyson lol 😂 . So y'all know what that means. The factory was clean and nice inside. Everyone we spoke to was nice . 10/10 recommend . Not to mention soon as we walked out the room we had complementary drinks. 🍷 it’s my man birthday weekend and they made it nice.

Ress was amazing! This was my very first time getting a massage and he made me feel very comfortable & welcomed. I will become a member next month and request him each time I come. If you haven’t been here look no further 11/10! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The guy at the front desk was so amazing!! Extremely welcoming and was super friendly! Unfortunately, I wanted to like this place so much but my massage was not very good at all. I felt like the therapist did not listen to my feedback and did not ask for any feedback on pressure etc during the massage. The first part of the massage really didn't do much for me, didn't get into the muscles etc. It really felt more like a back rub than a massage. When I have went to other places, they have said with Sciatica you need to have medium pressure because if you tense up that isn't helping relieve the tension. The massage therapist here told me that to make progress on Sciatica she would need to use very hard pressure and she did to the point I couldn't relax my muscles very much. I was a little disappointed because this was my first time here and the pricing was pretty high.

I walked in with tension/lumpy upper back, Dyllesia smoothed out my back and shoulders with her magic hands and forearms. I felt as if I got a factory reset. The entire staff is awesome!

Such amazing services today, highly recommend. Alexa did my prenatal facial and it was so relaxing and hydrating, will definitely be going back to see her! Also, her treatment room was so tranquil and festive, loved every detail. Brooklyn did my prenatal massage and it was delightful! She made it so beyond comfortable. These ladies made this mamas day!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I came into the establishment to make two appointments which the owner helped me with, I had confirmed with him several times how I wanted one at 10 am and he went ahead and said the first one was going to be at 9 and the other one at 11:30 which i was satisfied with it since he mentions he only had one employee working that morning. So the next day I showed up at 9 am and it turns out that all of a sudden my appointment got moved to 10 lol which was the original time I had asked for at the beginning and my second appointment was after that. Which i was also going to be okay with it ( a bit annoyed) but still willing to take the appointment. he had talked to me about his promotion of $110 for a 90-minute facial, and all of a sudden they were going to charge me $239 lol..insane! That's when I decided to go ahead and cancel but the girl at the front desk said I was still going to get charged for cancellation even. though they were the ones who made several mistakes. I do not recommend this place, and if you do go please make sure you get all info correctly and double-check. I GOT CHARGED $195 FOR CANCELLATION AND DID NOT GET ANYTHING LOL

The 3 stars reflects only the receptionist/check in process. Tristan (the massage therapist) did an amazing job! I do recommend him if you go. I was able to get a last minute same day appointment. I was quoted the wrong prices on the phone (the receptionist said they were new). So when I go to check out it is a different receptionist and my total is 20$ more than expected. I was even more upset because when I arrived 10 min early, there was no one in the lobby, the receptionist made an appointment on the phone for someone before checking me in (cool, I understand), but it affected the length of my massage. I got into the room about 10 to 15 min late, so I only got a 65/70 min massage. My appointment was for a 90 minute massage at 1:30, the massage ended at 2:50. For these reasons I will not return.

My entire experience today was honestly perfect, from check-in to check-out. I had Eriqa for my first time and I would love to ask for her again! She had amazing control when releasing my tension in my shoulders, back, and even feet and hands (I didn’t know I had so much to release there!) and made every second worth it. Thank you!!

My massage and masseuse Kai were both great but I feel like I didn’t get my complete massage. Once I flipped over on back, she massaged my legs and feet, and that was it. My upper top body as well as face did not get massaged as I am used to. Also for some reason I could not seem to get comfortable when lying face down. It seemed my throat was pressing against the headrest no matter how I shifted, and was uncontrollably when the masseuse was pressing down on my back although the massage itself felt good. Other than that the massage overall went well, there was just some uncomfortableness that didn’t allow me to fully enjoy the massage as I would have wanted to.
