Customer service was terrible. They were supposed to call me back and never did. Doesn't surprise me since they didn't answer my calls on the way there. The call dropped when I did get someone and they didn't call back. I was late because I didn't know the area and there was no help or follow up. They tried to get me to do the massage anyway with 30 minutes left instead of rescheduling. Money and time wasted. I would not advise going here.

I got a massage from Melanie, and it was by far the best massage I’ve gotten and I have tried various massage shops. Definitely worth getting a massage from Melanie!

6 months ago I was experiencing horrible pain in my neck and shoulder area. I decided that a massage could help— and boy, did it. Leon (Luz) was incredibly effective. He honestly cured all of the tension I was feeling after two sessions. I’ve been going back monthly ever since, and truly believe each massage is better than the last. Leon is magic and probably the best masseuse in the city.

I’ve been getting a monthly massage here for a while now and I have to say: the atmosphere when I walk in is always friendly and welcoming! So far, I’ve loved all of the front desk staff, and I’ve enjoyed my time with every massage therapist I’ve been with. Summer, especially, is super attentive and careful with my boundaries and sensitivities while still helping me to relax my prolonged tense muscles. She is always spot on and can pinpoint just what bit of muscle needs to be worked on to provide relief. I have yet to walk out of this place feeling dissatisfied with any service. If money were no object, I would be spending so much more time here for sure. I say come out and treat yourself! You deserve a rest day every once in a while.

Melanie is the only massage therapist I’ve had since returning to this location and she’s been nothing short of amazing! She can give an amazing deep tissue massage or a lighter Swedish massage and make you leave feeling lighter and happier. Thank you Melanie!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Juniper is amazing. I left feeling totally relaxed and have found I have more energy since my massage. I will definitely be coming back.

Always a phenomenal experience at Massage Heights!! I get massages and dynamic cupping done regularly by Gabii, and I’m amazed at her ability to relieve my knots & muscle tension. Would highly recommend Massage Heights to anyone - for relaxation, pain/stress relief, or buying someone a gift card. Everybody loves a massage!

Gabi is the best! She is thoughtful, consistent, and always makes me feel relaxed. She always gives helpful suggestions at the end of my session. I get massages and cupping done from her, and can’t recommend it enough!

Garene is the definition of a healer. Her energy and her hands are absolutely magic. I would explain her technique as a balance of reflexology and muscle therapy. The way she understands the body matched with her strength is incredible. Could not recommend her more!!!

Great experience as always. Had a 90min massage with Gabii and it was great. It’s always relaxing and she for sure knows what she’s doing. Would totally recommend her to anyone and I will for sure continue going back to the Mueller location.

I have been getting massages with cupping done by Gabii to help with a neck injury and it has been delightful! She’s really nice and always knows just the right amount of pressure. Also have to mention Aldo who does incredible deep tissue work! You can’t go wrong with either of them!

I have to say that I absolutely love Melanie. She seems to know exactly what you need each time you see her. I come out feeling so much better than when I came in. I love her so much that I joined the membership! All kinds of peers with that!!!

I live here in Mueller and I’ve been a member of massage Heights since nearly the moment they opened. There are several reasons why I’ve kept my membership for so long: the staff up at the front has always been incredibly nice regardless of turnover. Management has also been flexible and understanding especially through COVID and beyond; they are very accommodating when it comes to the massages; they offer a wide range of massage options depending on the therapist whom all have specialties. Lately, I’ve had the pleasure to have Gabbi as my massage therapist. I cannot say enough good things about Gabbi, as she is super knowledgeable, super flexible, has great massage techniques, and is super personable. She’s a total pro, and as much as I’d love for people to know about her, my selfish self would want her to continue to be available so I can keep enjoying her skills as a massage therapist without needing to book appointments weeks in advance. Being facetious of course, but honestly Gabbi is extremely good at her job and I would highly recommend her to anyone having muscle pain or discomfort. She’ll fix you right up!

I recently had a phenomenal deep tissue massage with Aldo, and it was an experience beyond expectations. He was incredibly attentive, making sure every knot was worked out, leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Aldo’s kindness, professionalism, and skill made the experience exceptional, and I’m already planning to book with him again next month. My boyfriend also had an amazing massage with Rachel, who was equally professional and skilled, leaving him relaxed and satisfied. The front desk team, Anna and Jamie, were incredibly helpful in setting up our membership and provided outstanding customer service. They were warm, professional, and made the whole process seamless. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish!

I’ve been going to this location for over two years and have had great experiences. Due to a cervical/thoracic spinal injury I sustained over eight years ago, I deal with chronic pain and am extremely selective about who touches my back. One of my first few experiences was with a therapist named Lexy, who specialized in sports massage. After our first session, I was able to partially feel my right arm for the first time in eight years. She also referred me to a chiropractor (Al Richard), whom I’ve been seeing weekly for the past year. A few months ago, I started seeing Gabii, and she has been a godsend. We typically do deep tissue massage combined with cupping, which alleviates nerve pinching in my right arm. What I appreciate most about her is her holistic approach and attention to detail. She also teaches me how to stretch and care for my body between sessions. This location has some incredibly talented and detail-oriented therapists. Try em out.

This was my first time visiting Massage Heights and I was blown away by the attentiveness of all of the staff. I had a massage with Gabii and she listened to all of my needs and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I would definitely recommend.

Few places offer true deep tissue massages. During our 60 minute session, Adam was very thorough and consistently checked on my pain/pressure threshold. I saw immediate results and would recommend Adam any day of the week.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always a wonderful experience. Jamie and her team are awesome. I slept wrong and had severe back pain, Jamie scheduled me with Melanie, and my back already feels soooo much better. Love this place.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst massages I have ever had, I don’t think you could even call what I had a massage. I left feeling anxious and a bit overwhelmed. I do not recommend this place at all.
