We got a couples massage, nice clean room with 2 beds. The therapists were nice and focused on areas we asked them to. The only reason I knocked off a ⭐️ is because it was a pretty conservative massage - they stopped half way up the legs and didn’t touch the glutes at all even from over the covers.

Husband scheduled a prenatal massage for me and not only did they not put with with someone who specializes in that, we were not informed that if we needed to reschedule we would be charged HALF the price of the appointment AND have to pay full price for the new appointment. If you are going to offer prenatal massages y’all need to understand that things can come up for pregnant women in their third trimester. They said there was nothing they could do about the 50% so now they are screwing us out of $50 when this was already a budget stretch for us. But we can’t afford to make the new appointment with them. People on the phone need to be better trained and if you work at a place that’s supposed to be relaxing, maybe hire people who aren’t rude and unkind. Now I am not going to be able to get this done for my birthday. Awful

Scheduled a prenatal massage for my wife here and had to reschedule due to her feeling sick as can be expected with pregnancy. The first time I called to reschedule I was evidently talking to an untrained new person who did not inform me of the reschedule policy and therefore did not charge me the fee for 50 percent that I supposedly was supposed to pay. This untrained person then rescheduled me later in the week. I then received a phone call later in the week that informed me this person was untrained and that I was rescheduled with a massage therapist who was not certified for prenatal massages. They had to reschedule me a second time so that the person my wife would be getting a massage from was actually qualified for prenatal massages. The day of my now third scheduled massage, I had to push it back due to my pregnant wife being sick again. Which is a normal pregnancy occurrence. When I called I was informed that once again the untrained person at the front desk failed to inform me of more policy stuff! Even though I am doing the same thing as last call due to their untrained admin I am now paying for 50 percent cost for no massage. Their expectation is that I would pay for the full cost of massage plus 50 percent rescheduling fee. My recommendation is this: if you are pregnant or your wife/ significant other is. You want to book somewhere that understands pregnancy and how to run a business. Hopefully you don’t have pregnancy symptoms and need to reschedule because they will charge you a fee and hopefully you get someone on the phone who understands their own policies. Making a client pay extra money for your lack of training of your employees is not how business should be conducted. Especially expectant parents who according to the admin on the phone “can afford to pay just 50 percent for rescheduling as it’s not that much”

Add the location in your confirmation text and I'll bump up the rating. Booking through a franchise site could use some improvement, but even the cedar park location specifies it within their message.

The girl, my masseuse pulled my neck in the most uncomfortable fashion, I told her multiple times that I was uncomfortable and she responded with “well What do you want me to do then?” I told the manager at the front and he simply told me that she has been working for six years and she is good at what she does, leaving my neck in pain disregard and disregard her rudeness and attitude as well as a pain that she had left in my neck. I was uncomfortable and she seemed annoyed with the situation. I wasn’t even able to drive after, he said the best he can do for me is allow me to sit before I drive. Never will I go back.

Very miffed, paid for a 30min message, and started 7min late. Didn’t bother me, but I figured the therapist would add the 7min to the end of the session. which she didn’t. So I paid the cost of 30min for 23min. Very upsetting that they would be so inconsiderate with my time in this way.

Massage Heights has been a great value to my life. Their facility is nice and clean. I would highly recommend the massages from Rachel, if you are considering an appointment at this location.

I loved my massage. She was great at her service, But it was not for 60 minutes. My massage time was 1-2. I got there at 12.55. She called me at 1 n I was out at the front desk at 1.50. I paid for 60 mins but got 50 mins service.

I usually go to Christine and have been spoiled, but she wasn’t available and I was scheduled with Rachel. She was amazing! Pressure and technique were perfect and my problem areas feel so much better. I’ll never go anywhere other than the Parmer location of Massage Heights!

The old guy that works there is so rude. Why would I want my girlfriend to get massaged around some weird old dude. He stares out the window like a creep. What is he there for? It made my girlfriend really uncomfortable. He stared at all the women entering the business. Watching them get out of their cars. The guy is gross. We are never going back there.

This place is a fraud, they lie to you just to get you in the door, don't believe a word what they say! You ask for deep pressure and they give you the lady who owns the place and she barely uses her hands let alone elbows or anything to increase the pressure! I specifically asked for someone who uses elbows and they lied!!!Don't wasted your money on membership!

Went in last minute with Tim. I told him to massage my back and he did a ritual for 15 minutes. Didnt start massaging until like 20 min in. I will never ever go to Massage heights again. The entire massage was done without effort.

Booked here because it was the soonest appointment available. It was a waste of time and money in more than one way driving from south Austin. I booked a 60 minute massage (deep tissue) and cupping with Karen. She said that she would work her way into the deep tissue but that never happened. She used two cups for what seemed like 5 minutes. Poor experience. Fast forward some time and I notice that I’m short on some credits (hour sessions) since I don’t go in on a regular. After some research by my home location turns out that I was charged for a 90 minute session by the Palmer location and they refuse to refund my credit. Pretty much stating they have me on the books for a 90 and I must have forgotten. I believe the manager that told me this was Paira. This has happened at the South Park location before but thankfully their staff took the time to do some research and credit me back. I’ve decided to discontinue my membership with Massage Heights due to their flawed system and will be taking my business elsewhere. I’m sorry South Park.

I had a wonderful experience at this location with Tina. I booked online without any issues. The lady who got my checked in made sure I didn't have any questions. A selection of essential oils is available for your session. Tina was quick to identify my needs and made recommendations afterwards. Massage Heights even sent me a follow up text the next day to make sure I was staying hydrated!

I just finished a 90 minute massage with Christine. Truly one of the best ever! On top of that, while I was checking out, another lady commented on JR that he was the best and still another lady commented that her massage was phenomenal! Everyone there from Tara at the front desk, to the owner were to the other therapist are awesome. I highly recommend this location above others.
