I can be very picky when it comes to massages, I like a firm firm pressure and often therapists just do not exert much and I’m left feeling unsatisfied. That did not occur here. Deiler my therapist was excellent. He did not only apply the perfect amount of pressure for my pickiness, but beforehand I told him about the bulging discs in my low back and was so considerate when I flipped onto my back, raising the top part of the table up without needing me to ask so I wasn’t uncomfortable flat on my back. I am so pleased with my experience, I will absolutely be back soon.

I booked one hour massage and only had 45 minutes of service. It started 5 minutes late and ended 10 minutes earlier. I was told, it’s the policy that they need 10 minutes to tidy up for next customer. It’s not fair. They have been lying on tips as well. My husband tipped 20% but they charge him 40% tip. The massage technique is just so so. Please find other options if you want to have massage in Naples.

My husband and I had a short trip to Naples and found this gem. We had a couples massage with aromatherapy and hot stones with massage therapists Deiler and Kirenia. From the moment we came in until the moment we left we were treated fabulously and had a wonderful experience. The massages were amazing and so was the service from all of the staff. If we are ever back in Naples we hope to return. We highly recommend!

I purchased a massage for my fiance as a Valentine's day present. Thinking this would be a nice way to relieve stress, she scheduled an appointment via phone and received confirmation texts ( which in any other business means the appointment is actually confirmed). When she arrived after a busy day of work, she was met by an utterly confused, and otherwise useless staff member, who despite being shown call log and confirmation texts, informed her that there was no record of her appointment and she had to re-schedule. Needless to say, after that experience, we are opting to refund money and schedule a session at a legitimate practice. Having read the reviews, I am suprised this place is still operating in Naples. Afterall, there are many other spas that are within walking distance, and have much better feedback.

First time to this particular Massage Heights, usually go to Gulf Coast Town Center, but my wife and I had a great experience. I had Beatrice and she did a great job focusing on my needs. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

I usually go to another Massage Heights location, so this was my first time here and it was one of the worst massages ever. My husband booked me one for Mother's Day and I was so excited to relax. The first weird part was I received a call from the front desk a few hours before my reservation and he asked me to come in early because the massage therapist had an emergency. In the same message, it went silent, there was some laughter among them, and then I was told to "please disregard" and he hung up. After calling to confirm all was okay, I was greeted by the massage therapist and she told me she really needed all the money she could get. While this comment seemed a little odd to hear just before she started the massage, I thought maybe she was just sharing why she was working on Mother's Day after she told me about her daughter. I wished her a Happy Mother's Day and she seemed offended that I didn't ask about her son as well (how would I have known?) Fast forward to the massage and she was super quick in everything - her movements her so fast that I felt anxious and unrelaxed for the duration. Normally massages have some slower strokes, but it really felt like she was speeding through it. It also felt like her nails were long and I was getting scratched with many movements. When she got to the top of my neck, she kept squeezing and pinching hard - there was nothing about the movements that were soothing. When it came time for my feet, she so quickly removed the pillow that was there that my legs hit the table (normally this movement is swifter). At one point, she also lifted the sheet up so high while I was facing up, that my legs basically went all the way up and crashed down on the table. It was extremely odd. When I faced up, she lifted the table all the way up as quickly as possible and without warning, which made me nauseous due to the speed after laying on my front for so long. When it was over, she released the table so it fell backwards again without warning or catching it so it would lower slowly, so my head fell back hard with it. There were several parts of the massage where she also didn't have enough oil and was rubbing my skin so hard and there was no barrier, so it started to burn a bit. She also ended the massage 10 minutes early. It was truly one of the most bizarre, unrelaxing, anxiety-inducing massages I've ever experienced. I asked for the manager on my way out as I wanted to pass along some feedback and I was told no one would be available until Wednesday afternoon (today is Sunday) which also seems weird that there wouldn't be any management to speak with until several business days from now. I would take your business elsewhere, honestly.

I absolutely loved my massage with Luz! I had booked a 90 minute massage, and she was very kind and worked out all of the tension in my neck. I would highly recommend booking with Luz if you are in the Naples area.

I booked 1 hour massage for my husband. Because of his business we were 10 minutes late. I called ahead to let them know that we will be little bit late. The girl , Redgie, who answered the phone and works as receptionist were very dismissive and rude. She said that we are not going to be able to get full hour massage but we still have to pay full price and in a case we did not know, we have to pay fee for cancellation if we decide to do so. She did not try to accommodate us in any way and she behaved like she wants to finish conversation as soon as possible without trying to give any resemblance of good customer service . We decide to come anyway because his back are in bad condition. When this girl saw us, she said that we have to fill out application before my husband gets his massage and that would also take time from his hour. We decide it to pay cancellation fee and leave. I never experienced business in Naples,who doesn’t want new clients, specially ones that are potential returning ones. Or, the problem is in people this business choose to represent them. I hope this helps future clients. My advice is, look for some other place to get your massage.

I come to Massage Heights every week to see Inae'e and she is absolutely amazing! I had back pain every day for about 6 months, and after doing physical therapy and seeing her once a week for about a month, I am completely pain free. I still see her because I am a chronic computer sloucher and am constantly straining my neck and shoulders, but I come out of every session feeling like a new woman. Highly recommend, I will be sad to leave this place when I move in a few months.

I give one star because instead of getting relaxed I actually got even more stressed. I have been working a lot lately and my wife has decided to surprise me with a massage for my bday. When she told me where she is taking me I was really exited . Because of my business I was late 10 min. I thought it’s ok I’m just going to call them and let them know . My wife called the place and the receptionist told her that because of the lateness I will not get full hour massage but I have to pay full price. Ok I thought I really need a massage so let do it even if it’s not the full hour. I got there and the same receptionist told me that I have to sign the non disclosure agreement first ! otherwise can’t have a massage even thou I would lose extra 10 minutes. I was furious. I couldn’t reschedule or cancel so basically I decided to pay the 30 dollars cancellation fee and be done with them. I would not recommend this place if you are working person or mom who has take care of her Kids or anyone who has a life basically.

Received a call that appointment ahead of me canceled requesting I come early. Arrived and was informed that therapist had sore arms and couldn’t perform the scheduled 2 hour massage and would do a one hour. When escorted back I greeted therapist who grunted. When I asked how are you as a manner of courtesy I was told, “ not good, last customer wasn’t happy with massage because of his sore arms”. Asked if I should reschedule and was told up to me but massage wouldn’t be good. Really ? I left and will never return ! Never experienced such a display of unprofessionalism!!!! The following day management telephoned with their apologies and offered a massage at no charge. Impressed with their immediate follow up and offer.

Sadly I cannot recommend this place at all, they are very unreliable. I booked a massage as a gift during our vacation (which I let them know) and they rescheduled our massage couple days before our appointment due to unavailability. So far so good, this was very inconvenient but things happen and we rescheduled for a day later. I told them that I cannot reschedule again after that because that would be the end of our vacation. 1 1/2 hours before the appointment they tried to reschedule with me again but it was our last full day of vacation. Neither could they offer another location nor the next day. This was super disappointing and the lady on the phone was not understanding at all. Really bad service. If I would have canceled the massage this last minute I would have to pay a cancellation fee, I did not get any compensation maybe they should think about that.

Cut time short and no free elevation as advertised. Paid for an hour and got 40 minutes. No water after massage. Overall a nice place, but poor customer care. Won't go back. Massage was just OK.

I booked a massage for my self and a friend on October 26, 2020. We arrived at 1:50 for a 2:00 appointment. Around 2:20 the masseuses came for us at 2:20. We just assumed they were running behind. Maxwell stopped at 2:50. I was shocked! I told her I had waited for 30 minutes for my turn. It was to be an hour massage. She bluntly said she had another appointment at 3:00 and left the room. The person at the desk (very young) had forgotten to tell Maxwell I was there. She was busy on her computer (she said) and started crying. Maxwell the masseuse is equally irresponsible for not coming out to check if I was there. She was mad at the desk clerk for not coming to get her. Either way, I was furious! I felt worse than before I got there. In hind site I should have refused to pay. I like to get a massage once or twice a month NEVER going back!

I got an hour and a half massage with cupping from Beatrice on Sunday!! Let me tell you that was the best massage I have ever experienced in my whole life! I used to work for a massage place years ago so I got massages frequently! She is a total gem, and so egger to please. You can tell she has a lot of experience and knows what she is doing! Thank you so much Beatrice. Can’t wait to schedule another appointment with you!
