Great experience! The massage therapist asked about preferences at the beginning of the session. We both established our expectations and I got exactly what I wanted. I wanted to relax and just listen to the soothing sounds from the speakers, no talking unless it was feedback from the massage. I WILL be going back.

Upon arrival, the staff did an outstanding job of insuring that I received the ultimate experience and I did! My massage therapist, Angelique was extremely skilled at the art of massage and has helped to reduce my overall tension and pain! Kudos to Massage Heights and Angelique!

Jan ’25 - Kicked off my year with a massage from Savannah and she was AMAZING! I had so many knots and pains that she helped alleviate during my 1.5 hour massage. She also made me feel welcomed and calm. ____________ Sep ‘24 - Simmy, Travis, and Maddy were so kind after a long day for me. They’re the reason I will continue to come back to this location. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and warm welcome. Thank you Simmy for saving my leg and back today <3 ——— Aug ‘24 - Gotta give a big shout out to Cherie. After a few weeks of having some major pain on my Achilles, she was able to help me feel better. Thank you for being so kind and welcoming. I love coming to this location because everyone is always so attentive and they do a really great job of making sure you have all of the information that you need and that you make your appointment. I also appreciate the flexibility of being able to schedule my own appointment online or via the app. Due to my recent experience, I decided to become a member and I’m looking forward to more self-care!

My massage therapist is the BEST. 💯💥🥳Nicole has done my massage three times now and I look forward to my next session. Wow! What a terrific person. Professional, Proficient and overall "damn" great 😬 👍🏾. 🥰🥰🥰. I had a facial on 17 January with Marissa and she did a fantastic job 👏🏽 🙌🏾. I have not had a facial in years and the pampering felt so relaxing. I will add facials to my self care schedule. 🥰

Nicole did a great job with my massage but the spa was very noisy and it made it difficult to relax. The front desk staff need to understand that they can be heard in the rooms near the door and their voice carry. They need to be mindful that people are spending good money to be able to get a massage and relax and they need to ensure the atmosphere allows that. Keep the chit chats and giggles to breakroom or spaces that don't impact the experience for customers. Therapist are very different with their approaches to the massage, some therapists avoid feet or scalp despite being told that I enjoy it during the initial overview.

I went for a massage and a facial. When I walked in I was greeted with the most friendliness people. I felt very welcomed . Once I went to the back for my massage I was welcomed by Cherie. She was very knowledgeable and I loved the massage . She focused on the spots I need led and did an awesome job. Then I did my facial. I can’t remember her name but she told me everything I needed for my face and she made my facial so relaxing and so great. I would recommend go back

The massage therapist I had was great and did a great job. My only complaint was the length of the massage. I bought a ONE hour massage and my massage was less than an hour. My appointment time was at 9 AM. I got there 10 minutes early and got called back right at 9:00. She brought me to the room and ask me a few questions. I then got ready and laid on the bed. At the earliest (and this is being generous), my massage started at 9:05. When my massage was done, I looked at my phone and it was 9:54…so I did not receive what I paid for. I won’t be returning for this reason. Massage aren’t cheap, so at minimum should get the full length of what I paid for.
