I wondered what the difference was between a master masuse and other masus was and i personslly experienced the difference.. Joseph definitely is a master. He addresses problem areas of discomfort and really works those areas and stretches and massages them in more advanced and ways. He drmonstrates and knows anatomy and muscles sre sll intertwined throughout the body And explains it to whereit is essily understood. A great experience!!

One of the best spas in San Diego definitely! The facilities are pristine, calm, and higher end than most spas. I felt this location was better than the other Massage Heights locations I’ve been to. I received this as a gift and I was so happy to see they accept Spa Finder gift cards, not all Massage Heights locations do. As well, everyone I met was warm and welcoming. I had my massage with Whitney who I highly suggest. She has the hands of an angel!

I had such a great experience at Massage Heights Rancho Peñasquitos. Lisa B. gave me a facial, and she was so warm and easy to talk to. She was incredibly professional, and my skin looked amazing afterward—such a difference! She recommended some Skin Authority products, and I’m already loving them. I also got a massage with Marlen, and wow—she’s incredible. It was super deep and therapeutic, and you can tell she’s a true healer. I felt so much better after. I’d definitely recommend this place for both facials and massages. The whole experience was wonderful!

Good place. Very clean. Great therapists like Ghiselle. Great front desk staff and Natalie remembers everyone. Brook also has Ashley and Erin who are wonderful people on the Massage Heights team.

I had a deep tissue massage with the therapist Chi. Sheesh, she is incredibly strong! She was really able to get deep in there and fix me up. Super impressed! I was able to move in ways I didn't know were possible after I walked out of that room 😂 10/10, I definitely recommend this place, Chi especially! Facility is super clean too, which is a big plus in my book.

I had the most amazing massage with therapist Whitney! I came in with no specific pressure or technique and asked her to give me what she felt comfortable performing. I had to keep myself from falling asleep so I could experience the therapeutic and relaxing service she was providing. With a clean retreat, friendly front desk, and great massage therapist, I will 100% be back for more!

This is one of the best massage facility, very clean, soothing and relaxing. Very friendly staff. Master therapist Joseph was just amazing. Also every master therapist I have visited (Samaji and Mera) have been exceptional !! Thank you guys !!

I received a massage from the massage therapist Lisa C and a facial from the esthetician Lisa B and both were incredible!! I had chronic back pain for months leading up to my appointment, and walked out feeling like I had a new body. As for the facial, my skin has never felt more hydrated than after Lisa B did her magic -- the hubby said I was glowing ;). Both Lisas were incredibly professional and friendly. The front desk was very kind and accommodating. I was a little nervous going into my first massage, but they made me feel super comfortable and ready and I ended up signing up for a membership as soon as I walked out of my session!!

Very disappointed at Massage Heights Rancho Peñasquitos and the receptionist attitude was unacceptable. Months ago I had a scheduled couple massage booked way in advance. The idea of booking an “appointment” in ADVANCE is to make sure you’re booked for the right service and correct time, and you use time productively. We are busy individuals. I received a last minute call from massage heights saying there’s a conflict of schedule. I talked to the manager and asked how could this be prevented in the future. It was properly addressed at the time. Again tonight, right there while we were waiting we were told our “couple massage” appointment had a problem! Really? It was found out last night. And they just saw it “now”…. Doesn’t make sense, does it? Why didn’t they call me earlier as there was plenty of time to correct it? They asked the other couple if they wanted two separate rooms or reschedule. They said no and then asked us. Why not look who booked in advance? Even then, why book many people at one time? Very frustrating and unacceptable. Seems like it is not very organized. The receptionist was rude. I don’t recommend this place. The reason why I’m sticking with them for a while is because I have many accrued unused hours from my monthly membership. Go find somewhere else for better service.

I agree with all the negative experience here! Been a victim of having an appointment be rescheduled last minute with a different therapist as well! Even when I had requested a specific person . However, the receptionist on the phone ignored my request since I got another therapist who wasn’t skilled at all, and put excessive force on my body and now I have terrible pain all over. Not once did she checkin on me to ask if the pressure is tolerable. My friends come here and all have had bad experience. I have received many massages before without any problems! this was by far the worst. Overheard front desks always pressuring for big tips! That’s very unprofessional and rude. They don’t care about being hospitalble and focusing on customer service. THEY JUST WANT YOUR DAMN MONEy. Owner is soooo rude! Awful experience! BEWARE RUN AWAY!!!! I went home in tears after being in so much pain

My husband surprised me for my birthday but my Massage Therapist felt like they had no experience. Flipping muscles painfully, hitting bones, long fingernail scratching me. Super awkward at times, particularly when trying to lift sheets like wrapping me up in them. Pulled my hair and just felt sloppy all around. On top of that, they knew it was a gift and still told me the price which was outrageous (Double what other places charge) because I didn’t want to sign up for a membership. Will never go here again. Horrible.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Massage Heights. During my visit for a facial last Saturday, I was wrongly accused by the staff of attempting to steal a large portion of eye cream. The accusation was baseless and handled in a manner that left me feeling disrespected and humiliated. Furthermore, the management did not support me and instead chose to stand by their staff without properly investigating the matter. This response was not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning as it reflects poorly on the customer service and management ethics. I had expected a relaxing experience and professional service from a reputed massage place like Massage Heights, but this incident has led me to reconsider my patronage. I hope my feedback encourages Massage Heights to reevaluate their customer interaction protocols and ensure that no other client has to undergo a similar experience.

I have the membership but I think I’m going to cancel. It’s difficult to book an appointment because they don’t enough massage therapist. If there’s a specific therapist you like, probably she works only twice a week and she’s booked! Also some of the therapist seem not to enjoy their work as they could be rude. Not the place that used to be before .

Every aspect was perfect and just what I needed for relaxation and therapy. The front desk was great both in welcoming me in and checking me out. My therapist, Joseph, has always been consistently perfect for me needs, making me feel comfortable despite my individual quarks. He listens and is attentive and know many advanced techniques and is also very spiritually minded. So grateful!!

Valentina is amazing! My SIL surprised me with a massage after a very rough cross country flight the day before. As a Mom of 2 little girls my back is always sore! An hour with Valentina and I felt 100 times better than I did when I walked in. Highly recommend her!
