Miaah at this location does WONDERS for you and your skin!! I can’t compare her facials to anyone I’ve ever had before. If you want a majestic face massage, along with clean and nurturing skin care and advice I definitely recommend her!!!

Tina is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and really listened to what I needed. The whole experience was 10/10, and I felt so much better afterward. You can tell she genuinely cares and knows what she’s doing.

Hola! I had to pop in and share how amazing Amy is at Southpark Meadows. Not only is she a talented esthetician and gives the most relaxing facials, but she also is genuinely kind, thoughtful, and a joy to be around. I got a 90 minute massage from Groupon. The receptionist didn't let me fill out my own paperwork, the masseuse didn't really massage, just pressed into points. It felt like someone who had the theory explained to them, but didn't understand the technique. I said I had 2 problem areas but most of the time was spent on the lesser of the problem areas, and the other was BARELY even worked on. I also didn't even receive the elevation I paid for, or the full 90 minutes (it was about 15 minutes shorter). The staff were also VERY pushy about signing up for a monthly membership, which I made clear from the beginning I did not want. When I was leaving the masseuse even told me how they would work on the second problem area that was neglected on my next visit. I walked out feeling worse than when I walked in. I rarely get massages, I only treat myself every couple years, I was so incredibly disappointed.

I’ve been going to massage heights for years now, and Tina is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She is super sweet, educational about what the massage is and aftercare, and I just love her energy! I highly recommend her.

I’ve been visiting this location for some time and always see Amy for facials and Quinn for massages. They are both fantastic and consistently make me feel welcome and relaxed. I highly recommend them! The front desk staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My experience from start to finish exceeds my expectations. Thank you, Amy and Quinn—you both are the best!

SCAM. DO NOT EVER GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFO BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE UNAUTHORIZED SERVICES, WHEN U GO, HOPEFULLY YOU WONT SO U CAN AVOID A NIGHTMARE, BUT IF U DO…JUST APPLE PAY OR SWIPE. My first visit they told me there would be a service dog in the room with me, obviously I didn’t care thinking it was a trained dog. It continued to lick me and owner/therapist continued to have to tell him to stop and sit and was laughing. Not relaxing at all especially for the money you pay to get services there. I reported this to manager Vanessa who stated to come in again and they will provide me with a different therapist. I went in for the second time, went well. At the end I wanted to leave the therapist a tip of 25 dollars, they asked if I wanted to use the card on file and I said yes. 4 hours later I checked my acct and they charged me 159 for the message that was supposed to replace the first nightmare massage. I called all weekend to ask for a manager, they continued to state there was not one in the building. Finally 2 days later I called and got a hold of manger who proceeded to tell me they can’t refund my money and sorry for the miscommunication. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE AND IF U DO BE CAUTIOUS. Managers that are there and did not help at all, offer no solutions were Jackie and Vanessa. AND FROM THE REVIEWS IT LOOKS LIKE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY HAVE SCAMMED WITH PEOPLES CARDS. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALL MANAGERS.

Service was amazing. The entire stuff was welcoming and informative. My husband and I visited for our anniversary, and everyone pitched in and told us about restaurants in the area and the places to visit to listen to Jazz. The message was well needed, and my husband and I were relaxed for several days. They even recommended services for future visits that would help.

Do not go to any location. They push hard for memberships and if they have your card number, might sign you up for one whether you want it or not. Worst customer service experience in my all my years. Trust me, you will have a more relaxing experience literally anywhere else. You will have more fun in an airport layover after a cancelled flight at 4 am on Christmas.

If you want a cookie cutter massage this is the place for you. Why is it so hard for people to give you what you pay/ask for? All I wanted was a deep tissue neck shoulder and face massage. What I got was 55 minutes of full body very mediocre massage and 5 minutes of face and head massage with almost no pressure. I hate spending $120 a pop just to find out your massage sucks. Someone please tell me where I can find a massage that will rock my soul or at leaset someone who will actually give me what I pay/ ask for. The 2 stars was because my masseuse was really nice.

They have a great staff that work hard to help make things right if something goes wrong. They make solutions and do not hide or tuck tail when something goes a little wrong. I see them every month for a massage and it’s a wonderful experience each time. I saw a skin specialist once with them and we got some things ordered wrong but they fixed this issue and my skin is much better now.

myla these people call me their store. first. He gave me the wrong address. I was lost for more than an hour. When I arrived at the place I gave the diagnosis and the solution and the girl who assists you at the door was very rude. She told me that she had to leave because they were missing. 40 minutes until closing. I think they should be a little more professional in communication and hire more educated people for customer service. Bad service, I tried to contact Myla and she never answered me. and I left her my number and she never called me back I should be more professional.
