I got a facial with Andrea and a massage with Jared and IT WAS AWESOME!! I recently got out of some military training at Fort Sam Houston and I felt terrible. Andrea made my face look and feel amazing, and Jared made my back feel better than it has in MONTHS!

I called today 11/25 at 5:41 the women who answered acted as if she was disgusted I called. I told her about a mailer I received she said that’s not for the Stoneoak location but I live in Stoneoak then she proceeded to NOT want to help me figure out availability at a different location so I can use what your establishment mailed me. Don’t mail coupons if you don’t want people to use them. Receptionist needs training or a new job.

Do NOT get a membership here. I have been coming here for over a year and was trying to reschedule due to a cold. They proceeded to tell me I’ll be charged $50 in order to reschedule plus the monthly fee of $80, which is ridiculous. Just disappointing because I’ve been going for so long. The masseuses here are great, Ana was fantastic. But the weird financial system that have set up is infuriating and you will end up paying more than what they say monthly. Just don’t get the membership.

GET YOUR FACIAL WITH ANDREA!!!! You won’t regret it!!! She is absolutely theeeee best! I’ve had so many facials done by so many different people and none come close to how amazing Andrea is. Sometimes I think people forget that besides being a facial cleansing experience it’s supposed to be a relaxing spa experience and when I get my facial done with Andrea I feel like I’m at a high end resort spa getting treated. She knows a lot about skin care but also a lot about making it the best most relaxing experience and always making sure you’re comfortable. Every time I leave my skin feels amazing but also my mind and body feels so relaxed and renewed by just a facial. I told my husband the other day if she ever left I will just cry because nothing compares! She goes above and beyond just the basic care of a facial. My monthly visits are my favorite days and each time I wonder why I wait a month to come back I’m just in heaven! :)

Buyer beware. Online pricing at time of booking does not match cold-call non-member price gouging. Booked 90 DT massage for finance at $150, received call 48hrs before that price increased to $230 because of non-membership based pricing. 0 recourse, empathy, or willingness to work the customer, fair enough! Called, cancelled and made a booking down the street ar Lavender Falls Face and Body Spa. Book somewhere else and save yourself the hassle. Its 2024, if they can’t align pricing online at time of booking with what they actually are billing customers for, you should look elsewhere.

John Paul, "JP", is the best massage therapist in San Antonio! I've been getting massages for decades to help with aches and pains from spending too much time in front of a computer. Not only does JP keep me feeling great with this regular maintenance but he helped me regain range of motion I thought I would never get back following a hip injury!

I came here and worked with John. I told him to wanted medium to firm pressure but it was done with a pretty light hand. He never asked if I thought the pressure level was good and didn’t offer me a choice of what scent of lotion I’d like, like my friend who also came received. Her massage went well and the place seemed clean. Pretty much left with very little relief. Very disappointed. Update: received another massage with Victoria and she was very kind and had awesome pressure. I loved my massage with her

I have been a member for almost 10 years . Over the last 6 months , my appointments have either been cancelled or changed at the last minute . Today I I was told it needed to be changed to make it convenient for the massage therapist. It would be cancelled if I could not change . I indicated I might need to cancel my membership. I was told that was fine.

I went there for a 90 minute sports massage and it was fantastic. However, I also booked a facial following my massage, I moved my schedule as they suggested to make sure that it was before my facial and they canceled it halfway my massage. I live 40 minutes away and this was very inconvenient, it was also my birthday , and they didn't even offer anything to make up for that. I will not be going back.

My niece bought me a massage through Groupon for a 60 minute massage with choice of one elevation add on. I went to 3 different Massage Heights and had to pay for two massages because they would not honor my gift certificate to get my massage. The third time I tried to use my gift certificate, they said they would not honor my gift certificate because I had already been a customer with them before. I told them that it doesn’t say anywhere in the fine print about it having to be someone’s first time going to massage heights. She said they couldn’t honor it. So don’t ever get a gift certificate for this place because they don’t honor them. It is just ridiculous!!

Used Massage Heights for a team appreciation event and they were amazing! Very accommodating, good communication, on time; everyone was very. happy with their massages and we hope to be able to do this again. Cannot recommend them enough!

What a rip off! Their membership only includes use of the massage hours if you are active and continue to pay them. I had 5 unused hours and they wouldn't let me use or share them unless i continued to pay for the "membership". I encourage you, if you use them to only pay per session. They aren't even pleasant about it!

If I can give 0 stars, I would. Last month, I only received a 45 min session for the one-hour massage that I paid for. The massage therapist called me in late (about 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment), and finished before the hour was done -- I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Additionally, the customer service I've experienced with them is one of the worst! Today, I came in for my appointment and I was told that I wasn't on their schedule. The retreat director, Julie said that the text confirmation that I showed her was sent to me by mistake. She repeatedly blamed the computer/scheduling system. I called her a few minutes after and inquired about membership cancellation. I ended our phonecall by asking her to leave my membership as is (active), and not cancel it. I confirmed that she understands that my membership is to remain active. A few hours later I discovered that she had cancelled my membership and I lost my unused credits. I had to call her back again to reinstate my membership. I do not recommend this location and will urge my friends and family to stay away for this location.
