Don't do the membership. Its just one more place scheming for money. I had an appointment for Monday....got sick Sunday...called to tell them. I had just become a member the month before. I would have driven there when I felt better to leave a tip for my massage therapist. However they would charge you a full credit or $40.00 for a missed appointment. I wasn't a no show ..I wasn't going to leave the therapist high and dry. I should have just gone in sick. That's the message.

I was a monthly member here. When I decided to not renew, they refused to honor any of my credits from previous months. I was told "as long as your membership is inactive due to non-payment, no credits are available." If you have already charged me in prior months, and I have stored up credits- I should be able to use them.

I have been going twice a month for several months now and could not be happier with the staff and overall experience, however the reason for the review is to highlight the outstanding massages I receive from Chantal. I have a rare autoimmune condition that affects my nerves and the best I ever feel in terms of mobility and circulation is when I leave my massage treatment from Chantal. She has a true gift and has been a real blessing.

The therapist was good however when I went for my introductory rate they offered me a promotion and then when I went to use it they told me that's not one of their promotions. When I asked to speak to the person who offered it of course they are no longer there so they will not honor it.

Highly Disappointed, would not recommend if you are someone who regularly goes to get massages. I have paid up to $200 in a single hour session in NYC & I came out feeling like a brand new person. Zero tension in my muscles, calm, relaxed & in full zen. However the service that I received today on my birthday from Allen was by far one of the worst massage services I’ve ever received. Within 15 minutes I asked if there was anything else he was going to do as he kept doing the same exact up & down motion. No technique or anything it just felt like he was petting me, zero effort when I asked for medium pressure.It was as if he was using one hand and had the other hand on his cell phone & was preoccupied. After another 15 minutes I got up to leave as the petting did not stop to which I have NEVER done that before but I could not stand it any longer. Also I still had to pay for the awful services. Terrible

I requested to freeze my membership and was assured over the phone it would be paused until I decided to unfreeze. However, today I received a poorly written message informing me that my membership had been unfrozen after just 2 months, and I would lose my 10 credits if I didn't continue the account. This lack of communication and abrupt change felt like a waste of money, compounded by the unprofessional use of excessive capitalization in the message. I won't be returning or recommending this establishment due to the disappointing customer service experience.

Had a wonderful first experience here. Angie and Celeste at the front desk were super kind and welcoming! My hour long massage with Allen was wonderful. He was super professional and attentive to what I needed and I left feeling much better. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely love this place! I go to relax and get a little bit of self care in, and they deliver every single time. The front desk is welcoming and the Massage Therapist always give perfect massage and experience! I definitely recommend.

Do not sign up for a membership here. After many attempts at a cancellation due to moving, they continue to charge my card for several months. They continue to tell me that they have cancelled my account, but are still charging me. Please do not get trapped.

I had a really bad experience with the Massage Heights in Charlotte, as they are all individually owned and the other locations do not assist each other. They directed me to the corporate office that was less than helpful. Be very careful about joining as a member of Massage Heights as they will take advantage of you, if possible.

I had recently visited for a massage and that was amazing, the front desk staff is absolutely rude and disrespectful. I called in regards to canceling my membership due to attending school and not much spare time to visit. I had spoken to three different staff members on different days and they all explained that Sherri would be in contact to assist me. She never contacted me on all three times that they collected my “name and number”. Still no call back from Sherri and I now have been charged since it has carried over into the next month. Last I spoke with Clariese and she said some really rude things. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I just had a wonderful massage experience. From the very beginning, Angie was very helpful with getting me and my friend in for last minute appointments with Bailey for my birthday. Honestly, it was one of the highlights of my birthday. I type all day for work and she really knew which muscles to target to leave me feeling relaxed. I HIGHLY recommend Bailey and this location!

I was a member here a decade ago when I lived in town. I came back a month ago for a massage and it was ok. This time they booked me over the phone the same way I had before and never told me the new rate of $230 for 90 min massage which is crazy until after it was over. I called the next day to see if it was a mistake and a rude woman said the prices went up and that I must have been focusing on intro rates. I explained I was just there a month ago and no new prices were given to me & they knew I don’t live in the area and would be a non member. After she hung up on me I checked the website and the only way you would ever see this pricing is if you clicked the book online option which obviously I called to book by phone. I tipped 25% because I’m always generous and after I said that and they ran my card they said that was $300. I arrived 30 min early for the massage so anyone could’ve told me about the new prices at any time but they didn’t. They also had a sign saying free foot scrub with purchase of 90 min massage which I didn’t get and never saw until checked out. This place has a lot to learn about customer service and how to price things in line with competitors. I haven’t paid $300 even at 5 star resorts for a much nicer place and better Maasage. Just ridiculous.

I would not recommend Massage Heights Stonecrest. I made a 1:30 appointment and had both text and email confirmation of the time. Apparently their web system changed my appointment to 1:00. I was never called or told about the time change. I was reminded multiple times that I was “late” and the front desk was not helpful to correct this error on their end. My massage was cut short and they did not give a partial refund for time lost. This was not relaxing and stressful. This was a prenatal massage. I asked that the focus be my back. I hardly received an upper or lower back massage. I would not spend my time or money here again.

I’ve been coming here on and off for over 10 years. I’ve had a membership for the past year & 1/2. I have had many massages from different therapists here and my favorite by far is Alvin. I wanted to cancel my membership and get something a little closer to my home. However, he does his job so well, I will not be cancelling now! Thanks, Alvin!

Had to cancel an appointment for a medical emergency rushing my daughter to doctor and they insist on charging for her cancelled appointment. She got hit in the eye. Tell me how was she supposed to attend her appointment. Money hungry business.

The best massage therapists in ballantyne charlotte! Reasonably priced and so accommodating! Front desk is amazing. They have a great team! Been here for over a year and I am so greatful to massage heights for all they do. The entire atmosphere is relaxing and caters to my needs. I love the body work they do. The facial massage and foot scrubs are my favorite. Definitely book a 90minute!

The gift card bonuses are restricted and not refundable. I was sold something that was not what was told to us. Essentially the bonuses are to get new customers to join and expire, they cannot be used as true "gift cards". Called to see what solution would be available, but was told "gift cards are non-refundable". I learned the hard way, but don't make the same mistake.

The quality of the massage was highly professional. This review is for their administration. Will not be coming back. I would leave a note to be careful of time and to get there early. They can take up to 10 minutes for their consultation which means that a massage is 10 minutes shorter than advertised. They seem to offer a no refund policy. So if you are late or take a while with the consultation that will be included in your time. I recommend asking for a rebooking in that case as they do not seem to be proactive with supporting you. The management is also aggressive. I asked for a discount because I got a 15 minute massage as they were closing. It was an understandable situation due to my naiveness but they chose to capitalise on this which was incredibly frustrating. Furthermore instead of communicating that they offer no refunds or to rebook they consistently implied that I was dishonest and that there was nothing I could do about it. I thought this was unprofessional as I had called to just inquire about my situation and was left violated as a dishonest person. Though to be fair I guess this is standard for the massage industry. I hope that this can be better communicated in the future.

Well ladies and gentleman, I had a great experience today with my massage therapist Alvin. He was so professional, made me feel comfortable, and I could feel him flushing the toxins out of my muscles. The toxins didn’t stand a chance. This was my second time with Alvin. The reason I joined the membership was because when Alvin gave me my first massage, I noticed that over time, I was feeling better and better. I had more energy and was more productive at work. My HSA includes massages, and I think they must know something about the health benefits of massage.
