Every therapist that I’ve ever seen has been great - they each have their own unique approach to massage therapy. It’s wonderful to have the different options depending on what you need. My favorite therapist is Miss Jasmine - her kind spirit shines and she has a wonderfully integrated approach that provides both relaxation and pain relief. Absolutely love her! And I am so glad to be a member at Massage Heights - best self-investment I’ve made.

Massage Heights TPC Parkway does a Gr8 job and Mr Eric is a knowledgeable effect and patient practitioner who has provided me excellent entailed and related muscle relaxation thru his “following the path” of connected muscle tightness leading to effective fluid muscle restoration.

I have been rebooked twice this weekend by Tori. I love getting my monthly massage, and often I do it twice a month, but I won’t go to this massage heights again and book Tori. Especially when they call me an hour before my massage to cancel…twice.

Booked an appt online for 60-min massage at 4pm (08/30)… called in to change the name on the appt; they accepted the name change and call ended. Got a call back 5-mins later and was informed that I need to buy a 90-min massage and it has to be 3:30 PM, because apparently the online booking system doesn’t always tell the accurate OPEN slots—which would be OK and acceptable if I hadn’t called and spoke to someone on the phone who also confirmed that 60-min at 4PM was available and booked it for me. If I could leave a 0 star, I would… this is exactly why EVERYONE should avoid these establishments; bunch of deceptive practices! ***UPDATE*** I understand the issue with the 4-5p slot, but it wasn’t communicated when I spoke to a person at this location—the appt was confirmed with a live person on the phone, not just online, but even then, when I was TOLD to move it to 3:30 PM, I wasn’t given a 60-min option, only a 90-min option—what’s the explanation for that?

Mandy was amazing!! I had a deep tissue massage and added cupping to it! I can’t express how great that felt! I highly recommend it! Even without the added cupping her skills are impeccable!! The cupping marks are light. But oh so worth it!!

OMG!!! Kirke is SPECTACULAR at what he does!! I was very skeptical at having a man as my therapist because I thought the pressure used may be too much for me but… I’m SOOO grateful I opted to give him a chance! Kirke asked all the right questions and knew exactly what areas to work for the relief I needed due to recent long runs. I loved it so much I am now a member!! Thank you, Kirke!!!!

I had the best massage with Alexandra. She did such a fantastic job finding the areas that needed attention. I didn’t leave without signing up for the membership, as I had no intention of doing so, but it was a must after my massage. The reception staff was amiable and welcoming. Overall, it was a good experience, and I can't wait to visit again.

Terrible appointment system. Called to make an appointment and they ask for your card to have it in their system for any “ cancellations” even though I was paying with a gift card I have which they could take the cancellation fee from there and take it out of the balance, but no they still want your card info. And NO this is not every massage place because I immediately called other places and they do not have this protocol. Mind you this is a same-day appointment. Avery on the phone was using some of their terms over the phone that of course customers are not aware of what they meant and I had to keep asking what was this and what was that and what she meant. No explanation whatsoever. Now that I remember, this is not the first time I called this place and experience over the phone was not the best. I guess I will be losing my money and my gift card because I will not be going to this place. I will give someone else my business.

the massage was very needed the therapist are always amazing, but, i come often and im treated the same everytime. When i walk into the store im greeted with very bad customer service, im confronted by a rude lady, the manager there at tpc by the name niky. She rolls her eyes multiple times talking to me and always has a bad attitude. She makes disgusted faces at me and other customers treating us as like shes entitled to work there. Not only that, but after my massage i went to use the restroom and i saw one of the front desk ladys with pink hair, the managers daughter- i forgot her name but it starts with a K, sleeping in one the massage therapist rooms.. thats very unsanitary and unprofessional of an employee to be allowed to sleep on the job let alone where customers come to get seen and trust its a clean sanitary room. i hope they switched the covers out after she was done laying on it.
