Always a great experience! Every massage therapist is very talented, but Tracy is by far the most exceptional! I always leave feeling very relaxed and refreshed. Very affordable for the quality service you receive. As far as facials go: Adwoa is crazy great! So knowledgeable, easygoing, gave me some great tips for my skincare. Definitely found my “person” for skincare.

I might experience at massage Heights, at the Ward Parkway location was exceptional. My service provider VioLisa, what’s masterful. VioLisa was able to identify problem areas during the session and then able to provide the appropriate techniques to alleviate the problem. I had a 90 minute session with VioLisa and never felt that she rushed through the experience. I am very much looking forward to my next massage with VioLisa.

Grace was amazing. My therapist called in sick when I had an appointment & Grace worked with me to find a new appointment that fit my schedule and offered me compensation for having to reschedule. She was so sweet and apologetic about having to cancel. I’ve had a few issues in the past with this location and customer service. I had even considered switching to another massage service. But will definitely be staying with Massage Heights now.

Went for the first time yesterday and MacKenzie did a great job with the massage. She focused on my trouble areas, made sure I was comfortable, and gave me some tips on stretches I can do to help in the future. Also the two women at the front desk (unfortunately did not catch their names) were very welcoming and answered my questions. Overall was a really great experience!

Jenni, was great. She was attentive to the pressure she was applying while giving me my massage, being as it was the first time she had worked with me. She mentioned areas where I was tight and suggested me to get them massaged next visit.

Donell was good. Has good hands and he’s knowledgeable. I came in for a 90 min massage and I didn’t realize it at the time I was so relaxed but during that time I had asked for both legs and feet to be done. He only worked on one leg the right one not the left leg or foot. After the massage he left the room then came back in with clean linen. He then left again and left the door open while I was getting dressed. After telling me to be sure to drink some water he didn’t bring any in with him for me.

Worst massage. Very disappointed in my massage this evening. I upgraded to hot stone massage and only 4 stones were used on my back, that’s it. I have had numerous hot stone massages, and typically they are used on your back, shoulders, hands, legs, and feet. My masseuse was very nice, but seemed very inexperienced. She kept doing the same things over and over again, for example she kept holding my head. She totally skipped over my arms as well. I was looking forward to a nice relaxing night post thanksgiving and extremely disappointed with my overpriced massage.
