Horrible place to get a massage at, got a full body massage for $65, only got half my massage, almost no leg massage, I was in more pain after the massage and after that and telling him it was not a full body massage, he never used lotion or oil for anything at all, he said full body is no feet/leg massage, forced me to give him $10 tip! No where did it say anything about the tip. 0 stars if I could leave 0, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

04/03/2024 I was in this place yesterday. I would give a 9 out of 10 but in the end when it's time to pay they require a tip per person and in my opinion the tip is not an obligation for me. They rudely asked for a tip and then spoke to each other in their language which is considered a lack of education and that is why I do not recommend that you go to this place because they force you to leave a tip.

Two friends of mine got massages, same exact massage paid the exact amount, but one got half as many things done to her than the other when she went to complain they said no refined and they wouldn’t give her, her full massage. You also have to tip it’s mandatory and she tipped a 10 before she found out that she was given half of what her friend got since they were in separate rooms .

This review is based on today's experience. I've had more positive ones in the past, but I will not come back here again. The massages used to be fine when Danny and Irene worked there, who knew what they were doing. Since then, the experiences that I have had have been HORRIBLE. Ironically, I got the same guy as the one I did last time and should have tried requesting someone else. He is a bald gentleman and was on his Bluetooth phone the entire time. I came in because I had neck pain, and upon leaving, there was no change whatsoever.. I did 30 min chair, 15 foot. I wasted my time and money; $50. They do charge a $1 service fee if you use a credit card. The pressure was too hard for me even after I told him, and he pushed so hard on my back against the chair head rest that I thought I would suffocate. I wished I stopped at that point. He massaged on my spine and shoulder blades; that hurt! I don't think you are supposed to massage directly over the bone! NEVER AGAIN. If you go, I recommend you avoid him (sorry I don't know his name) at all costs! I recommend just going somewhere else.

I came here with my husband thinking we both would have good experience. But I had a horrible experience with the woman. She gave a bad massage. It was a painful experience . I woke up the next day with pain on my back. They do not know how to give a body massage. No hot towel service or rock or oil used, things you can expect during a full body massage elsewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR BODY MASSAGE !!

Tengo 2 años dándome un masaje cada semana durante este tiempo , en realidad siempre les dejo 10 dolares de propina y el día de hoy lunes 24 del 2023 alas 5:52pm , lleve a mi esposa para que le dieran un masaje de media hora en sus pies y yo una hora y se enojó por que le di 10 dolares , lo siento por ellos apartir de ahora perdieron un cliente habitual por mugrosos 10 dolares de propina que no son obligatorios .

Excelente el masaje y buen servicio muy amables el paquete que yo tomé era de 55 dls cuando pagué le di 60 dls bueno deje 5 dls de propina pero me dijo que no que la propina era de “10 DLS”. Cosa que eso no es obligación pero te obligan a dar propina solo por eso que no regresaré nunca tal vez muchos dirán que es poca la propina que deje pero la verdad a mi me cuentas mucho trabajo el gáñeme mi dinero y no creo que 5 dls sea malo

They give a bad massage. Force you to tip. Ended up with more pain after, full body massage is a rip off. No hot towel service or rock or oil used, things you can expect during a full body massage elsewhere. If you're looking for a massage, look further than this place.. this isn't worth the money.

They have very good massage service. I come here at least one time a week. I feel very rejuvenated after the full body massage. This place is very clean and the masseurs are professional and nice. I highly recommend this place!

Whether you work from home or stand up on your feet all day, you know how important a good massage is. They did a really good full body massage that I feel so natural walking with my back straight without effort after slouching at home the whole pandemic. They didn’t demand tip from me like a few of the older comments back 2 years ago say but their quality definitely deserves a great tip. Will come back again every time whether I choose to take the hr long trip down here

Danny has the best technique. He has really strong hands and delivers excellent service. I've been going to him for 6 months and he's always been consistent with his service. It's affordable as well.

It was 20 minutes until closing and they couldn't take us in, I explained and kind of pleaded that my husband NEEDED a massage and that we'd still pay for a 30 minute but they still said no. There were those massage chairs right outside their shop and I needed change, so I walked back in to ask if they had change and their desk is further in so I barely pass their doors and the guy waves for me to go away, there's still 15 minutes before closing so I go to the desk to ask for ones and the two workers were counting cash right in front of me, looked at me and said no. I saw the pile of ones and asked again thinking maybe they didn't hear or see that I only need ones for a 5. Nope they just looked at me and kept counting. RUDE! Customer service sucks!!

They make you leave a Tip minimum of $5 and the massage isn't that good. Not recommended. Tips are voluntary. No where in the store or when you go in do they say that a $5 "tip" will be added to the final price. Whole body 30min = $28 + $5 "tip"

I like coming here for their 15 minutes chair neck massage which is only $12. They apply some good pressure and you get up from your chair all relaxed and feel good again. Just walk in and give it a try.

Very dussapointing. Me and my husband went in today hoping to get a fantastic massage . We came out very dussapointing my husband didn't get his back cracked the guy who massaged him didn't have the strength to get the spot where it was hurting him. My massage wasn't as bad but it was suppose to be a full body massage and all I got was my shoulders and neck super disappointed wouldn't recommend this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just left out of there in more pain then I did coming out. The man was hurting me the whole time. I told him to just massage my feet and he’s continuously putting his elbow in my tail bone. Then they have a mandatory 5 dollar tip policy which is stated no where in the store. Overall, it was horrible I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
