Better than expected! Adriana did an A M A Z I N G job!! I am definitely returning. Bc it was our 1st time we got the intro customized head spa package with the scalp deluxe combo add on. Also, for scalp sensitivity I thought it was for the product but it's for the hair brushing lol just an FYI 🙃

It was a very relaxing and Amiy was great. My hair was not fully dry but I also have thick curly hair so I can understand why it didn't dry completely. I would definitely come back!

I had a great Facial with Ises.. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and walked me through the hydrofacial. The receptionist was also very nice. I will be returning.

Aimy gave me the best massage I've had in years! I lost my awareness of place and time and thought she was stopping early, but 90 minutes of bliss had, indeed, passed. She read my tension, worked what needed to be worked with a precision and patience that has been hard to find since we moved here.

Honestly if I could give this place a zero I would. The facial itself was horrible. I do not think these people are certified to do facials. If so, that should not be doing them. I required extractions on my intake form and a deep cleanse which was nothing what I asked. I do not think she read or cared for the intake form. She basically washed my face the same way I do at home. She spent more time massaging my back when I came for a facial. I spent $120 for something I never asked for. To add, they tried to sell me products instead of truly caring for my skin. I am expecting management to either call me or email me as I will leave a BBB review to expect a refund.

My spouse and I received a head spa treatment by Anthony and Angelique. It was a very relaxing experience. They were both very kind and professional. Angelique has a warm and nurturing spirit. We would go again if there was a way to leave with dry hair. Perhaps a deal could be made with the barber next door. I was also offered a complimentary aromatherapy add on for a scheduling mishap on their end, but at the time of our service there was no mention of it by the receptionist whom I’d spoken with over the phone to book the appointments.

I have skin problems on my scalp due to autoimmune issues and I was hoping the head spa would help soothe those issues and almost immediately it felt better. My scalp also looked SO much better (not as red, flakey, or anything). Not to mention just the calming effect of the scalp care and massage. I definitely want to do it again. Plus the team was so great. Like every person was so kind and caring. I have anxiety and they made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. Aimy was so kind about my issues too and didn’t make it awkward at all which was a blessing because I’m so self conscious due to my autoimmune issues. They are *chefs kiss* at Massage Kingdom.

I received a head spa treatment as a gift for Christmas and oh man! It was so relaxing. I can definitely see this as a treat to myself every few months. Adriana was my massage therapist and she was amazing.

I’ve been going to Massage Kingdom for 3 months now and they are fantastic. I’ve had facials and massages and have been pleased every time. Front desk staff are always inviting and helpful when asking questions. All the therapists I’ve seen whether it’s a massage or facial are very good at what they do.

Most amazing massage. Anthony was an amazing and skilled therapist. I had areas of concern for tightness as well as areas I wanted avoid, for the first time in any massage this was completely understood and followed. I added on an aromatherapy scalp massage and it was so tranquil and the perfect addition to the experience. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

They didn't do the full 60 min They called to let us know they were running late to come at 8:15 We arrived at 8:05 We had to fill out some paperwork then we got to the room at 8:23 Then they start asking us questions about the massage Then they started at 8:30 to be done at 9:17 I asked on the paperwork I filled out for firm massage with additional fees I just got a soft massage Then they did not wipe off from my feets and arms For the price we paid That was a ripoff I got way better service for less than price Never again

My wife and I had a 60-minute signature head spa introduction at Kingdom Spa today. We were excited because we had a positive experience at Hera Head Spa. We arrived 15 minutes early, as requested. We filled out the forms and waited to be called in. Our appointment was scheduled for 6 PM, but they called us in at 6:15 PM without any notice from the receptionist. The spa session was neither great nor terrible, depending on one’s personal preferences. However, it ended abruptly at 7 PM, which was only 40 minutes of hands-on work. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she simply stated that they had done the full-time treatment and that it was only supposed to be 50 minutes, including the 5-minute before and after the session. This seemed unusual to me, as I had never encountered such a short session before. The lack of service from the receptionist who was working at the front desk significantly impacted the overall experience.
