This was the best post surgical support I could have asked for. The level of knowledge and care taken to my recover process made the biggest impact on my comfort level and saved me from a lot of unnecessary suffering. Tracey is an absolute pleasure to work with. I love that we can choose either meditation music or jazz (or nothing!) at each appointment, and I always leave my sessions feeling both relaxed and refreshed. Great service at a very reasonable price.

So glad I found Tracey when I came back to NC from my TT/Lipo 360/BBL surgery. She's helped me so much with my post op massages to reduce all the fluid my body was retaining. She's so knowledgeable with post op after care that I will HIGHLY recommend her to all my friends in NC that will be having surgery to look for Tracey for all their massages

Massages are great. But the payment policy could use some work. I never received notice to schedule my appointment nor a reminder to make an appointment. I was only contacting when my payment was unsuccessful. I have not been in her books for the past couple of months and was not contacted. It didn’t make sense to me why she couldn’t accommodate my request to redeem my appointment due to "lack of communication" which was her reason. She mentioned a monthly invoice that is sent out every month and is not required to accommodate my request. She had no issues reaching out about a missed payment but never considered reaching out to make an appointment. It just amazed me how quick she reached out when my card stopped working.

Tracey took me in such short notice 1week post op , I had been going to another massage therapist that was causing me more harm than good . Tracey was very helpful and gentle and very informative about what I was experiencing she also is very knowledgeable in telling me what products to use what foods to eat and just overall your total after care . I’m so thankful that I found her to help me through this journey because my first experience with someone else was so traumatizing. 10/10! First time meeting Tracey, first of all she is extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She told me what I needed to hear and rescued me 3 weeks post lipo360&bbl. Pleaseeeee if you have a procedure, find an expert. Better yet, come to Tracey so you can maximize your results and get your moneys worth. I was swollen, still with lots of fluids and not using the correct garments. She educated me so much. I said I was only getting one massage but I lied. Because if you spent all that money on surgery you must go to a post bbl expert masseuse.

I went to get a wood therapy massage yesterday with Tracey at Massage Life Studios and I must say it was great! Tracey is a very dedicated masseur with many years of experience and I was very happy to have found someone in Charlotte that new about the wood therapy technique and that performs it so well. I’m definitely going to be back! Ladies, this is the BEST technique for breaking down fat, reshaping your body, improving skin tone and elasticity and many more! I highly recommended it.

Muy mala esperencia compre un paquete de 6 masajes fui a 3 ih nunca me iso nada más que ponerme una maquina que solo me asia ir al baño no me ayudo en absolutamente nada Yano fui al 4 masaje por que solo perdí mi tiempo mi dinero ih manejando una hora y media como quien dise me robó no la recomiendo para nada 👎🏼en los masajes linfáticos fui con otra persona y con ella al primer masaje mire mucha diferencia

The process to schedule my appointment was easy. I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Tracey and it was amazing! She asked me about my focus areas and provided me with relief in my pain points. 10/10, highly recommend!

would not use this place because the Owner is not friendly and not open minded. I had a sales rep make mistakes and she took it out on our company. We tried to work it out with her and as of today she won't even talk to CEO & Now me the owner for 25 years. Being a business person you would think she understands it's not our fault but she won't listen and rude. Hung up on me a few times and posted bad reviews and sent us to BBB which we had to explain what happened. Again she won't work with us she just wants to argue! Find another company!
