I had a wonderful moisturizing facial by Logan today. She was very informative and easy to talk to about problem areas and the best way for me to treat them myself. It was very relaxing and just enough massage on my face. The heated hand moisturizer and massage was an added bonus! I will be back and refer her to others.

Terrible Customer Service! I arrived for my appointment and received a text asking me to reply upon arrival. I did so and received a reply that someone would be out to get me soon. When my appointment time arrived and still nobody had come to get me, I started looking around. I saw another door and went in. Scott was checking someone out so I waited. He took nearly 10 minutes to come back into the room to start the massage and then apologized as he said he had to speak to his boss. He said the owner stopped paying rent and they would be kicked out soon. He then offered to give me his number so I could come to his home spa next time. When he ended the massage, I commented that the time went by fast. He didn't respond, just left the room. He then tried to charge me again for the Groupon he scanned when he checked me in, and said he didn't have any cash for change so I could tip him. I commented that he shorted me 15 minutes of a 60-minute massage and he replied "well, we were later". I was not late, he was not even ready for me when I came in the door! I was dumbfounded but thought I should still tip as the massage itself was good. Another gal in the office offered her Venmo and I sent a $15 tip with the note that I was shorted 15 minutes. Looking back, I should have refused to tip. Extremely frustrating and very unprofessional!

Great place for massages. Awful place for customer service/answering phones. Called 10 times over the past few days trying to reschedule another massage but cant get through to anyone.

I had a facial by Logan today she did a fanfastic job! Explaining as she went addressing an issue with dry skin and reccomending how to fix it! She was very thorough and took great care of me very detail oriented! I would highly recommend Logan and will definitely be back! I also had a deep tissue massage by Scott and he used just the right amount of pressure to make it both relaxing and therapeutic! Highly recommend Scott and the hot towels are an added plus! Massage lofts you have my vote with these two employees for sure!

Used a Groupon deal to trial a couple’s massage for this spa. We had Oneliz and Scott as our licensed therapists. We asked for deep tissue and they were excellent! My wife is a Physical Therapist and she highly recommends both therapists. They currently have many great Christmas gift offerings and we purchased and have scheduled our next couples massage! You won’t be disappointed!

Had a couple’s massage with Chaline and Scott. I came in with neck pain and I left feeling amazing. Scott was the best massage therapist I’ve ever had, I can’t say enough about him. Chaline was equally as good and she’s super sweet. You don’t get the same service at a Massage Envy or a Hand and Stone in my opinion. We will definitely be back!

Great experience from booking, to pre-massage reminders, arrival and the massage of course! I bought a gift certificate to return also. Chaline at the front was amazing, so accommodating and understanding. Liz gave an awesome massage, she really knew where I needed attention. I’ve been to Massage Loft many times throughout the years, and honestly I hadn’t posted a review because having tried various people the reviews were pretty much mixed. When Yasmine left I was disappointed because she was great, but I still had certificates to use, therefore I went back. My first experience with Chae was rough, I was very rude to her because I was frustrated that the building door had been locked, and I tried calling repeatedly and no one answered. This wasn’t here fault, but I didn’t know that…When I was finally let in, I let her have it (I was stressed and frustrated, not my best moment). Still she remained professional and gave me the best massage ever, great technique, knows exactly where the pain is, and how to work it out while still maintaining a relaxing massage... When I came back to redeem my remaining certificate, I was hoping I got her again because she was so good, but I couldn’t request her because I didn’t remember her name. On this second visit, my heart was broken about some life situations, and I was looking to pamper myself, she saw it all in my face and was so empathetic and caring. I cannot say enough about Chae, she has a warm, and inviting aura, and her ability to connect with people, makes this place a special one to come to. As long as she’s here, I may always have to come here. She’s great and I highly recommend her. My only reservation in recommending her, is my fear that she’ll get a bunch of clients and I won’t be able to get a regular appointment with her. I will say, after a bad experience it’s hard for me to give people a chance, but she improved my experience of this place.

Me and my lady go atleast once a month for couples massages. Always a great atmosphere.. Always super professional also.We always feel like a million dollars after the massages. I definitely recommend them to everyone. We love the place so much we drive from Port Charlotte to go there.

I would rate them at zero stars if i could. I booked a couples massage for my and my wife. Its our 18th anniversary. I got a call and was told they werent sure if they could accommodate us do to the fact they were renovating do to the hurricane. I was told i would receive a call back. Never did and i have called , messaged , and emailed and nothing from them. Paid a $50 deposit and im all but sure they will charge us the full price despite no contact from them. A complete money grab. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! I will cancel my card and let it go to credit before paying a dime to these robbers !!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! My Girlfriend and I were going to have a Couples Massage. She booked it for 4:00pm on a Tuesday. We arrived to the location, go to the second floor. Both of us see that the door is locked and no one is there and lights are off. We waited over 30 minutes to see if anyone would arrive and no one did. My Girlfriend deserves a REFUND! WE WILL NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN! SCAM

Made an appointment and was charged for a couples massage I did not get. Owner called me two hours before appointment canceling. She said she would call me as soon as she had two therapists available. This was a month ago. Still have not received a phone call and was charged!

Oh my goodness I can't say good enough things about them they were absolutely amazing It was the best massage I had in 15 years My girl put everybody to shame I will be going back on a member now I've already bought a couple of advanced couple massages the prices are phenomenal The women and people there are wonderful don't look any further Thank you all so much looking forward to see you all in a few days

Scheduled a deep pressure massage via ClassPass with Danay and she is amazing. The amount of pressure was great! I had to tell her to ease up on the pressure she was applying. Left stress free with no worry in the world!
