A hidden gem! I couldn't wait to leave a review! Massage Matters makes other "luxury spa" experiences I have had pale in comparison. From the first phone call to ask questions and book a couples' massage to being warmly greeted upon arrival and to every single detail throughout the perfectly appointed space, Massage Matters is absolutely the best! My husband and I booked a 60-minute couples massage for his birthday. Our appointment was on a Friday evening and we felt as though we were walking into the finest luxury resort. Every inch of space is beautifully decorated with candles, soft lighting, comfortable seating, even a faux fireplace to warm a cold winter night. Stasha ushered us into a room where we changed into super comfortable robes and slippers. We were surprised to find rose petals and chocolate truffles on the table. As soon as we were changed, Deidra and Sonia escorted us into the couples' massage room where there was perfect soft lighting, relaxing music and a rose on each of our tables. Before beginning the massages Deidra and Sonia asked questions to determine any specific areas of focus or discomfort and to explain the process. Our 60-minute massages were the most thorough we have each ever had! Deidra and Sonia are true experts in the field. After our massage we were encouraged to take our time and to relax before being guided to our next "station" which was an exquisitely appointed relaxation room set with plates and utensils, stemmed glasses for water and exquisite herbal teas along with a plate of fresh fruit and warm scones. We received warm neck wraps and were covered with soft blankets and told there was no rush - we could stay and relax as long as we liked. After a nice amount of time Deidra came into the room to further explain the therapeutic aspects of our massages and to give instructions for proper hydration and to assure us she would check in with us the next day to see how we felt. I am delighted to have found Massage Matters and can't imagine ever looking elsewhere for massage therapy!

Pardon the long message but if I could give more stars I would, strictly based on customer service! Ms. Deidra, the owner, is truly dedicated to providing superior service from the onset. My review is a bit different in that I have not had the pleasure of indulging in any spa services, however, I purchased a gift certificate for a family member. After purchasing the gift certificate I encountered an issue that needed to be addressed (to no fault of the business). I made a call to the business on Sunday and left a message, fully aware they were closed and wouldn't be able to return my call until the next day. Low and behold...my phone rings about an hour after I left the message and it is Ms. Deidra! After listening to my message, she called me and rectified my issue THEN! Talk about service! I am confident that if the service is this good prior to stepping in the door, the service will be even better then. I am happy I chose Massage Matters for my family to experience a relaxing treat. And let me assure you, I have no prior knowledge of this business because I live out of state and had to google something close to my family member. I can't wait to hear of her experience when she goes! Thanks again Ms. Deidra!

Me and my husband had a very enjoyable, relaxing and soothing experience. This was also my husband first time getting a massage and he was very impressed. We were welcome by Sonia and Deidra who were the massage therapist. Very kind and sweet people! They cater to our needs and made sure that we felt comfortable and relaxed 😌 I love that we were able to relax even more after our massages in a room filled with aroma, comfortable seats and more. Stacia who was the manager made sure that we were taken care of after our massages, We definitely look forward to coming back. Our experience overall was 200/10 !!! The ladies here were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Can I just tell you how thankful I am for booking a massage with Deidra today?! First and foremost, she's incredibly welcoming, warm and friendly. You can tell she's a genuine people person and really cares about providing the care that will help you the most. Let me tell you how rare and priceless that is! I have been trying to recover from a pulled glute muscle that caused painful spasms and made my lower back and hips constantly ache. I initially booked a type of massage that I'd never had before and Deidra got in touch with me the day before my appointment to let me know that based on my answers on her intake form, I may need a different massage approach. I was very appreciative of her reaching out ahead of my appointment, as well as her explaining everything again to me in person. She dropped some great knowledge when we sat and talked prior to me getting on the table. From the moment I stepped into Massage Matters, I felt seen, cared for and respected. The whole experience was Ahhhh-mazing and will definitely be going back again! Thank you, Deidra!

The minute you enter the door you are transformed to another place. It was a WOW factor for me totally unexpected but extremely happy. Three amazing women greet you and welcome which is so refreshing. This is not like a business where you walk up to the receptionist, sign in then take a seat. I actually imagined it to be an office. The Massage therapist takes you to the massage room in which again WOW. They ensured I was completely comfortable before beginning the massage.My therapist was ensured I remained at ease and she was applying the appropriate pressure. I was very much calm and relaxed. After your session you are taken to the relaxation room another WOW. I will stop there as you are in for the most amazing experience and I will let you discover what comes next as there was more. I am definitely referring you make an appointment with Massage Matters because it does.

This place is simply amazing (the other positive reviews are true). I had to see for myself why they have 5 stars. Deidra and her team are professional, knowledgeable, help and just amazing. I had back pains and wanted to get a massage from somewhere, after seeing their reviews, I decided to give them a try. Deidra got on the phone, gave me some advice and even proceeded to text me links to a pillow and some stretches (i hadn't even booked an appointment yet) - AMAZING customer service. That alone made me follow through with an appointment and I was not disappointed. My session was relaxing, the space is clean, inviting, and calming. I will be back and would highly recommend this hidden gem. Stacia is also awesome, great customer service all around.

I love this place. But what makes it special are the sisters Stasia and Dedrie who are so thoughtful and kind. They make the time that you you spend there absolutely enjoyable, warm and welcoming and a place of solace. Solace so you can enjoy your massage AND truly disconnect. You can't get this type of service and interaction anywhere! I would recommend this place to anyone especially if you have struggled to find the right masseuse and had less than stellar service with previous massages in times past, which I have. They restored my faith and my enjoyment in massages. If you need a massage this is the place to come to..

The experience was amazing! From the moment you walk in the door, you're immersed into a zen-like atmosphere. The session was so informative. I love how Deidre takes time with you, to learn what's going on with you, your body, what's bothering you, etc. I also learned so much about the body, my body, stretching exercises, etc. She has 'hands of life.' Afterwards, I was super relaxed, my hands, back and body felt 1000% better. Go see her, you will not be sorry!

This place is absolutely amazing, thorough and professional. From the time you make the appointment until the day after when Diedra calls you to see how you feel. The massage was the best I’ve ever had. Diedra sat and talked to me first and we discussed problem areas. I am in physical therapy for my rotator cuff and still have a locked shoulder. When Diedra was finished with me, I was able to raise my arm about 40% more than when I arrived. I’m just so very impressed. I will definitely be making more “self care” appointments very soon.

This was one of my most relaxing, healing and overall amazing massage experiences. The owners were hospitable and kind. The ambiance was lovely and the environment very welcoming. It is obvious they care about their craft and try their best to create an unforgettable experience. The service was excellent. Ms. Deidra did a thorough in-take that felt more like a meaningful conversation with a caring healthcare professional and I emphasize, health care, because she truly cared about my health and provided customizable therapeutic massage. She shared beneficial recommendations that help alleviate further pain in an area I was experiencing. So grateful. After the massage, and even the recovery period, my body was so relaxed and at ease, even into the next few days.

Today was my first massage with Diedre. She instantly set me at ease with her knowledge of working on my injured shoulder. She's professional, personable and has hands of magic! Hot tea and scones were served after my massage. I look forward to going monthly!
