I hurt my left shoulder blade two weeks from my workout and I thought it will go away but few days after, it became worse. I went to for a massage from another place to relieve the pressure but to no avail, I didn’t get any improvement. Took some pain medications and pain patch but I didn’t feel any better. I was desperately looking for a massage and Im glad that Massage MDB accommodated last minute and it was life changing. I felt so much relief after my 90 minute session and my therapist Prajna made sure to listen to my concerns and addressed it. My pain has significantly decreased and my range of motion has improved. It was worth the money I paid and I highly recommend this place.

Wow, I'm so glad I found this place. I was downtown for a business meeting and was and had some time before it began. I called their front desk, and they were able to get me in right away. I was a little stressed that day, so getting a massage really helped thing go a lot better. The therapist was really good, they listened to me well and did a great deep tissue massage. It's an upscale therapeutic massage clinic and they have some cool gift items as well. Quality of the massage and facility were better than any other place I've been in downtown Seattle.

I was visiting from NY and scheduled an appointment last minute. I'm so glad I did! I had a massage with Phil and from the beginning I knew he was top notch and was sensitive to all my knots and tensions. I felt like a new person after my 60 minute session. I highly recommend him and this group to anyone!

Thrilled to get a last-minute appointment with Jessica, and I’m so glad I did! She worked the knots out of my legs so well, and with a delightful disposition. The studio is on the 7th floor of the Medical Dental Building (thus MDB). The owner, Monty, was there and super attentive. I’d go back to visit them the next time I’m in town.

After a hang-up with booking, my appointment, I was met with top-tier hospitality. The owner was incredibly kind. Phil, the therapist, was spectacular. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and spectacular work. He sent me with after care and maintenance techniques to help keep me feeling my best. Being from out of town, this is now a mandatory stop in Seattle! 10/10 recommend!

I was visiting Seattle from Portland for 4 days and 3 nights when on my third day my sciatica started to go nuts. I normally take a hot bath every night to sooth my tight muscles and keep it from cramping. Unfortunately the hotel I'm staying at didn't have a hot tub and my room didn't have a tub in it. Luckily on the 2nd night I was able to move to a room with a tub but the damage was done and I could hardly walk. Not ideal condition for a convention! I called Massage MDB and they were able to squeeze me in right away. My masseuse was amazing and used a few new techniques I hadn't had before. WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE AN HOUR MAKES! I left there feeling better and it only improved as the day went on. It was a little pricey $175 for an hour but you get what you paid for and thank God for that! I would definitely recommend as they are not only efficient at their craft but have amazing customer service.

After a long day of travel & 60 hr. work wk I needed a massage. Booked through the mind body app & scheduling was a breeze. Got lucky & found Ulises. He is truly gifted and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Walked in as a tightly wound ball of stress & walked out floating on air. Thank you!!!!

Only in town for a few days, booked on a whim with Alexander and my husband with Ulises after reading the reviews. A little nervous about pricing considering I wasn't sure if I would have a great massage. Called and luckily able to both get in the next day. Anyways, believe the reviews- Alexander was great! I kept thinking, "can he move to my city because this is the best massage I've ever had (and I go monthly)"- he is worth every penny and then some. I would go to him monthly if I lived in Seattle. When I got done, my husband told me (about Ulises)- "That was probably the best massage I've ever had". Suffice to say, one of the best parts of our trip.

Unfortunately I was unable to make it to my massage, but Monty the owner was wonderful and understanding of this. He was also able to guide me to a therapist who can fulfill my massage needs- Alexander for next time I am in town. His staff is exceptionally polite, and I cant wait to be back in Seattle to get a massage here!!! Def a great business, and wonderful staff!!

Wonderful place. Had a great massage with Alexander, who was super knowledgeable and helped with some really bad knotting, and helped me understand the muscle workings better to avoid aggravating it on my own. Kendall at the front is also very nice and friendly! :) I may also have just gotten lucky, but they had openings same-day when nowhere else in town did, which was surprising and super clutch! Been to a few massage places in town and this will be my new go-to for sure.

Excellent service, excellent location, and super convenient. I really like that they take COVID precautions and my massage therapist was really professional. I joined their monthly massage program so will be going back all the time. This place was better than the Nordstrom Spa and WAC spa, so check it out.

I just took my girlfriend here while we were on a vacation in Seattle. The scheduling was quick and easy and the staff was amazing, both the front desk workers and masseuses. I had Alexander and his deep tissue was amazing as well as fun to talk with. I know my girlfriend had a good time from the moment she came out of the room. Jennifer did an amazing job with my girlfriend that she couldn’t stop talking about all the way back to our hotel. Would recommend if you get a lot of massages friendly and skilled staff.

The massage was amazing and within walking distance for downtowners. But $227 plus gratuity for 90 minutes is too high. If you can afford it, go for it.

This place is awesome, and it located right in the heart of downtown Seattle. I found them on Yelp, and I was not disappointed at all. I've had two massages now, with different therapists, and each one was amazing. They know that people have a lot of choices downtown so the owner Monty told me they go to great lengths to make sure they have the best therapists around. I would highly recommend going here.

I had one of my best massage with teraphist called Erik. He was a great professional, released all my muscle pain and teached me some great tips for avoiding such a pain in the future. Very good quality for the booking process and payment too! Top quality and great value for money.
