Eugenia is by far the best masseuse I've ever had! I’ve struggled with intense knots in my shoulder, and she consistently works her magic to relieve the tension, leaving me feeling amazing! She's incredibly kind and truly skilled at her craft. Every visit is a wonderful experience. I highly recommend her!

I booked a Swedish massage through my ClassPass subscription. I was impressed they had a dry sauna at this location and I was able to relax and use it prior to my service. The place is compact but it’s set up nicely, clean and quiet. The problem I had was with the massage therapist. I could tell she meant well but I have no idea how she’s licensed plus the behavior was unprofessional and completely inappropriate. The first thing happened towards the beginning of the session when I was face down. She kept stopping and going over to the counter, spending some time there quietly, and then coming back to me. She eventually had one hand lightly massaging me and the other hand texting on her phone. She must of been in an important conversation because she stayed like this, standing in the same spot with one hand lightly rubbing my back, for about 5 minutes. It was so awkward and uncomfortable.. When she finally put her phone away (mind you she didn’t realize I realized she was on her phone in the middle of the session) she started massaging me with DEEP pressure and this maintained throughout the session although I told her medium pressure and booked a Swedish massage and physically, as well as verbally, kept telling her it was too hard. She asked at one point if she could stretch my leg while I was face down in which she picked my quad up and stretched it in an natural movement to the point it hurt my knee and I physically and verbally said that didn’t feel good and to stop, which is still hurting post treatment. She asked me at a different point in the service if she could stretch me again and I had to decline, 3 times, before she stopped asking. When it was time to turn over to lay on my back she said “scoot down” and then once I started to flip, the blanket partially exposed me as she was not holding it and I was so embarrassed. The draping during the entire session felt very very VERY uncomfortable. She also commented on how nice my body was while massaging my inner thigh. The massage style was inconsistent (she would massage one side for a long time and then barely give the other side any attention), was not working on the muscles in a way that was therapeutic (just rubbing over them very hard), and she used WAY too many hot towels and practically rubbed my skin raw with them. There were 10 towels used on my feet alone. So anytime she would start to massage me, she would abruptly get up, go over to the counter, grab either a towel or hot stone and come back in a routine pattern. I told the front desk lady that it was terrible and my therapist was texting on her phone who said she apologizes and will tell her manager. This was the most unprofessional and inappropriate session I’ve ever experienced. I’m really disappointed I used a lot of my ClassPass points for a very embarrassing and painful experience, my knees, shoulder and back are in a ton of pain post treatment.

The oasis package is worth the $$. Technicians were attentive and gave great suggestions. Joseph is very good at massages. Thanks for a great experience. I'll definitely be back.

Eugenia and Zora's expertise in their respective fields left me feeling utterly pampered. Eugenia's therapeutic massage was top-notch, and Zora not only assisted me with my dry skin but also educated me about it. The entire experience was nothing short of amazing. The facility itself was pristine, thoughtfully designed, and dedicated to promoting relaxation. Without a doubt, I'll be returning here on my next visit to Las Vegas.

I have experienced hundreds of massages from no fewer than 30 massage therapists in my life, and by far the best to date is Eugenia here! She loves what she does and it shows. I felt at ease right from the beginning, and I walked out on cloud 9. Eugenia has done was others could not in easing my tense muscles!

I’m generally wary of massage places like this but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Lily was incredible & I absolutely love that they offer some time in a sauna before and after the massage. It’s a sweet little spa and I am grateful I found it. I feel amazing! The customer service was also incredible and the girl at the front desk was so sweet and thorough.

Absolutely recommend. I got a deep tissue massage for 80 min and it was relaxing AF. 👍🏽 Christopher at the front desk is an absolute delight. A friendly smile and exceptional customer service. Facilities are clean and calm. Just what you want from a spa. Affordable in comparison to other places. The complementary tea, water, and nuts are a nice touch. Book online 👍🏽 ✅

I never regret my first spa experience with Massage Nirvana and it was with Ms. Eugenia. She made me feel comfortable at the beginning with her courtesy and excellent skills in service. She loves what she’s doing basically It makes her happy when her client is being relieved from all the muscle stiffness. She did work on my upper and lower back, as well as my shoulders. She would use a lot of techniques and she does have a healing hands. My body feels energized and healed. Overall, wonderfull staff and excellent service! We are all hardworking, so we deserve a special treat!

I had five massages here. Out of the three different female massage therapist that worked on me, Eva was the only one that knew what deep tissue means and has great listening skills. Out of the five massages I only had two with her and only had relief with her. Eva is amazing! I had to move to Henderson so I'll miss her but I hope to find an excellent professional like her out in Henderson. If I was only worked on by Eva all five times, I would've given 5 stars. The owner of Massage Nirvana is kind and understanding. It's a great day spa and Eva is their star female masseuse in my opinion.

I have used this facility twice now, I found them on Groupon and took my friend on couple different occasions. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. The only thing my friend voiced a concern about was the pressure during her massage. She would've liked some more pressure since it was a deep tissue massage. We will probably try them again.
