It's been a good run with massage Passyunk, but when my regular masseuse left... Who I followed here from another spa... I tried to stop my recurring monthly billing. When I called I was asked to wait until Friday to cancel, while they figured some things out. It never dawned on me but, Friday was my next billing cycle. So, shame on me, duped. Really underhanded. But I won't be duped again

I had a prenatal massage with Jasmine. It was soooo lovely. No fluff, just relaxation. Jasmine was great. I was positioned on my sides for the massage and the last 10 min were on my back. It’s not fancy, but it’s super clean and cozy!

I am very sad to say I will not returning. My masseuse came to the salon exactly at the time of my appointment which forced her to rush to prepare the room, starting 10 minutes late but still ending at the planned time. This meant that I had 10 minutes less in the booked time. While my masseuse was very kind, the quality of the salon was not what I expected. I have received better quality service and better massages in other parts of the city. If you are looking for a spa quality massage, this is not your spot. I had high hopes and unfortunately was very disappointed.

I love getting the hot stone massage. The staff always provide a clean and relaxing environment, you can select your own music on the Alexa speaker. I usually book with Drew and Matthew who are both delightful! I always feel so relaxed after a massage.

Easy booking, immaculately clean facility, AMAZING massage from Kylie. I love how they let you choose your oil scent and music. Also love the chocolate truffle and water you're given after your massage, on a little tray. I'll be back!

Horrible service. We are members and called for an appointment. The receptionist had left the building at 11:30 and they were open. She said she would call me back when she returned in 15 minutes. That never happened. I called back twice and it went to voice mail. Finally got an appointment at 1 p.m. but the therapist was half an hour late. Then she hovered at the end to make sure I gave her a tip. Very poor service.

Jasmine was amazing! By far the best massage I have ever gotten. I am a cosmetologist, so back problems are very common for us. Jasmine made my back and my whole body feel amazing. I will definitely be returning to see Jasmine again, thank you for such a wonderful service!!!

I've been a member for a couple of years and love Massage Passyunk. Unlike other membership-based places, your credits carry over and don't expire. All the locations are immaculately clean, simply and beautifully designed, and you can choose from a wide variety of oils and music styles each time. The staff are always kind and professional and I love the convenience of booking on their website - as well as the flexibility of multiple locations. I also have to give a shout out to Ted, who I got a massage from yesterday. Not only was it one of the best I have ever received, but he was so incredibly friendly, calm, kind, and pleasant. He took the time to explain everything and also checked often to make sure I was comfortable, that the pressure was good, etc.

Love that you can pick your own oils, lighting, and music which helps you custom the experience that YOU want. My therapist was also very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
