I had an incredible experience at this massage place! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a kind and caring staff member who radiated healing energy. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted—my friend chose a gentle Swedish massage, while I went for a deep tissue massage. My therapist was amazing, constantly checking in to ensure the pressure was perfect and targeting my sore spots with expertise. By the end, my body felt so much better—she truly understood how everything is connected. The restroom was spotless and relaxing, and the surprise of two adorable therapy dogs in the lobby made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a thorough and rejuvenating massage! I will most definitely be back!

Oh heck yes. Haven't had a massage since March, so I was desperate for strong hands. Found this spa, booked an appointment for 60 minutes. The therapist has strong hands with the pressure I like.

One of the best massage I've ever had. Right when I walked in the lady at front was very nice and asked how much pressure I wanted and if there were any specific areas I'd like to focus on.

Called and they honored the Groupon price. Ladies were great during the massage. Definitely was worth the price, nice clean service. You pay before the service which felt a little odd but the ladies did make a comment about our tip not being enough. So be prepared to either tip more then 15% or you will get some type of attitude.

The Ashiatsu massage was too heavy/hard due to her body weight (and I like deep massage). I handed the massage therapist a $20 tip despite a lack luster massage. Her comment to me was, "This not enough." I hope the extra $5 I gave her ($25 total) was worth this review. That will be my first and last visit.

I will not go back to that place!!! They forced me and my girlfriend to tip!!! She was demanding a tip from both of us!! We already payed for the service. There are so many massage places here in austin. Do not choose this one they will try and force a tip from you!

Walked in with my friend and the ladies at the desk told us to pay upfront, which is different that i'm used to with reflexology places. They told us they dont take card (even though they do), so we gave the lady cash and then she tried to keep the change and just laughed when we kept asking for our change. Massage was a solid deep tissue massage. They dont really know how to give a massage, they just walk on your back and elbow you without technique. At the end, as we were leaving, I asked for change so I could tip them, and then the ladies tried refusing to give us change... again... Ultimately we had to negoitiate for a settlement to get some of my change. Ultimately tiped more then intended following the negotiation. I feel bad giving 3 stars but thats even generous.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! BUT STOP PRESSURING PEOPLE TO LEAVE A TIP! Look At the reviews and see how many people complain about it. You pressure as well to pay in cash but have a Card machine. The rules change each time to pay first or pay when you leave. Remember tips are optional and when given, not to rudely ask for more. Rude!! I’ve gone many times and take other people and they are always shocked at how rude about the tip. Especially asking for a tip when paying first.

Just got my second body massage from Lily. She is fantastic! I've had lots of massage all over Austin and I swear these were the best. As others have said, don't expect a "spa experience" - no chilled cucumber water, etc. - but if what you want is really good, skilled massage, this place can't be beat. Good prices and walk-in or same-day appointments have been easy for me. The language thing is a thing, but communication isn't really a problem. Except for something really complex, it's pretty easy to get your point across. (And someone did use Google translate when I was trying to change a foot massage gift certificate to a back massage.) My only problem is that the foot massages are done with you lying on a low table. Which is fine, but my back issues won't allow me to soak my feet in the tub on the floor from that position, which is how they do it. Would be better if foot massages could be done from a recliner or reclining position.

Been here a few times already with my husband for their couples massage and we always leave so relaxed. It’s a bit of a drive for us but we always make the drive! Here we are 10 minutes after our massage saying how limber we feel. 😆😍👌💯 Very clean, respectful, and nice!

Favorite massage spot so far. I can’t count the number of times I’ve been there. It is relaxing and helps with my body ache. They follow instructions and make you feel comfortable. I recommend it.

I'm glad I took a chance on this place before my flight. I did a foot and chair massage, 1 hour for $60. Michael was awesome and gave strong pressure. I tipped him handsomely for making my stress go away at that moment. Exactly what I needed. This will be my new massage place before and after my flights. Thank you for making me feel good, guys.

Not a clean place. Everything is very cheap, mattresses looks like they have bed bugs and they won’t accept a Groupon offer on the weekends. Massage is okay and didn’t do the hot stone or aroma therapy as advertised.

They tried to charge us upon leaving even tho I redeemed a Groupon when we arrived. My main issue is that the massage was painful. I wanted a relaxing massage, not a deep-tissue. I told the masseuse twice and the other woman seemed to translate for me however the pressure never let up. It takes a lot for me to speak up but it honestly hurt. It’s been 3 days and I have several bruises. Honestly they seemed friendly but I wouldn’t go back.
