I hadn't had a massage for some time but I threw my back out and had already done acupuncture twice and am seeing a chiropractor but after three weeks I was still in pain with limited movement. I schedule an appointment not knowing anyone personally here and was scheduled with Val. Val listened to my concerns and did exactly what was needed, working all the points of issue. Afterwards he discussed everything that was wrong, explaining in detail the muscles, what he found, what was needed and what/how he worked them all. I never had someone discuss a massage therapy in such detail. I'm definitely going back. Also, the facility is clean and relaxing, everyone there was very professional.

My husband went here and he was so disappointed. They weren’t ready for him when he came in and then didn’t make up for the time they made him wait. Also the AC wasn’t working and it was 90+ degrees outside. The therapist also was really unprofessional as if she was being forced to give him a massage. They didn’t apologize or compensate his experience in any way. Update: So thank you for sharing that story with me but my husband definitely did not get any champagne! He also came by himself, was on time and was made to wait 15 minutes. I don’t know how you mixed him up with this group of men that you are referring to. I am assuming they were brown or of some south asian decent so may have got them mixed up. I don’t think all Asians look alike though. My husband’s appointment was about 3-4 weeks ago so it is ALSO good to note that you STILL haven’t not fixed your AC! In conclusion, if you want a sweaty massage with poor customer service, zero accountability, defensive assumptions and no confidentiality…this is the place for you.

The massage was truly amazing, my massage therapist Lisa knew where and what areas were problematic simply by feeling the muscles that were taught and restricted. One of the best deep tissues I've ever had! Friendly staffs and cozy atmosphere. This place will be my go to spot for massages. Highly recommended!
