I was referred to Massage strong by my friends Mary Nell Sparks and Rusty Wright as the best option in Lexington for deep tissue massage and was deeply impressed by the professionality and skill of my therapist, Hannah. We were able to work out a ton of tension caused by a pinched nerve and I left feeling like a new person after only an hour of therapy. I will certainly be coming back again soon, thanks for the help!

The atmosphere is great and all, decor is nice, but at the end of the day the most important aspect of any massage studio is the massage therapist— and it's all Ty, all day long. She is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had (I've tried MANY!). Her intuition is incredible—she has an amazing ability to find problem areas I didn’t even know existed, working with a depth and precision that’s truly unmatched. No one can massage as deep as Ty! She also knows exactly how long to spend on each spot, never overdoing it but always getting to the heart of the issue. It’s like she’s in tune with my body on a level I'm not even on! After every massage from her I feel completely transformed— seriously, I could do hard drugs for a week, come see Ty and she'd set me right. The massage leaves my body feeling both like it's been worked hard and wrung out like a loose wash rag, and like I drank a bottle of wine, had amazing sex then fell into a deep nap in warm spring sunshine. She sets the bar so high I'd need a ladder to look for anyone better. 12/10 would recommend.

Collin was great, came in cause I pulled a muscle in my lower back. Got the deep tissue massage and came out feeling so much better. I was in pain when I came in and he helped alleviate it.

I’ve not had a massage in about 6 years! I was dealing with a lot of facial buildup from shoulder replacement and back surgery within the last 3 years and dealing with osteoarthritis buildup in back and shoulder. RJ, in an hour, took most all that pain right away with the massage! Walked out of there, feeling like I had just released, a whole lot of goo and still this morning! I’m feeling great and definitely recommend this business and RJ! As soon as I can afford another one, will be back!

I have had countless hours of massage therapy over the years, Massage Strong was a gem to find! Collin was so easy to communicate and connect with about my issues. I felt very understood on my tension and stress points. His deep tissue skills and knowledge helped release months and months of pain I had been ignoring. Collin’s ability to read cues and guide me through the process allowed my shoulders and hips to finally destress while being extremely comfortable in the environment. I will absolutely be back for more work and recommend investing the time for anyone on the fence about deep tissue - it really works! Thank you to Collin and Tatum for the caring follow-up text the next day, the reminder to hydrate and be gentle was so kind. (And needed) Thank you!

Hannah is the best! I lasted 10 minutes before I was asleep and then woke up and felt fully refreshed and ready to go Rock Climbing for a few days. I wish they had a location in Dallas Texas for me to go to.

Best by far place if needing a massage. Rather for relaxation or deep tissue they are suburb at listening to your needs and getting the job done.
