My Wife and I had an excellent experience at Massage U. We got the foot and back combo which was perfect for my tired feet and back. I got the gentleman as my masseuse and he was fantastic with great pressure and technique. My wife added the hot stone treatment with her massage and loved it. Overall great experience

It was not good! I called ten minutes before to verify the price and when I got there she tried to charge me more. When I did go in for the massage it was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Not going back and I’d advise you stay away.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Got a gift voucher for a 45 min massage, first time I called, they said they had availability, then after I mentioned the voucher said “Sorry, we don’t take vouchers on weekends”. Ok, fair enough, I’ll come another time. Second time, I call to come in [place is open till 11pm], they agree to see me at 9.30pm, I come in 9.36pm and the lady tells me “It’s $10 extra after 9.30pm”. She didn’t mention anything when I called 15 mins prior to book the appointment that there is a surcharge and it was only 6mins past 9.30pm!!! If you have a rule and someone calls you close to the time - let them know. I haven’t been there before to know this and will not come back. Terrible, just terrible customer service. Also, if you want to treat a customer badly just because they have a voucher instead of paying cash - don’t sell the vouchers!
