Outrageously underpriced for such a thorough and relaxing massage! Tip WAY over as it’s still under market value even at that (bring cash or use their ATM). Not frilly but my back has felt amazing ever since I got this massage yesterday!!

The massage itself was one of the best I've had, just the right amount of pressure, skillful techniques, and attention to detail. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommend to anyone in need of relaxation or relief. Five stars!

this was my first professional massage ever, and it was an excellent experience all around. i will say, the only struggle was paying through card, so i did have to use their atm and withdraw cash to pay, rather than use my card which i intended to do originally. besides the payment disruption, it was a really great experience - the masseuse was extremely professional, kind and friendly. this being my first massage, i have nothing to compare it to, but i'd say right off the bat i'd highly recommend it!

I had an excellent experience. They charge so far below the market average and it was a great massage! I paid in cash and tipped a little more than average, but it was well worth it, especially because even with a 50% tip, it's still cheaper than anywhere else in the city. The ladies at the front desk and the woman doing my massage were all very kind.

good quality massage, Always professional and get my sore back what it needs, even walk on my back if I need. very cheap prices comparatively! They charge way below market price but expect a tip. It all evens out in the end and you'll still pay below what you would pay at baseline anywhere else. I always bring cash. Well worth it & I try to go at least once a month. highly recommend

$46 for 60 minutes of someone trying to gently knead out tense areas of the body using considerable effort is a great deal, and the therapists here are skilled and earnest. If in your world, that level of care and effort doesn't earn a tip of $14 or $20, you probably should just stick with 30 minutes of massage elsewhere. They have low prices to get people in the door. Legitimate. You're receiving what everyone else charges $60-80 for before the tip. Even a reasonably generous tip just gets it halfway to the prices elsewhere. This is a legitimate business with easy online booking, low prices and it's women who work hard to try to get others to feel better. To slam them online over $10 plus or minus reflects on you and not them.

I recently had a massage at Massage Ultra Brookline MA. It was quite disappointing. The massage felt rushed and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I could hear someone getting a massage on the other side of the curtain. Not a relaxing experience at all. I wouldn't recommend it.

Not sure what’s going on with all these negative comments. I’ve been going there for years in Brookline and Cambridge locations, and absolutely love their massages! Dark rooms with relaxing music, different kind of massages, heated beds ❤️ The hour of massage is $45.99 and if you decide to leave 20% for tips it’s only $10. The same quality of massage in Boston cost $100 in hour + tips. Also, pay with cash to avoid credit card hassle.

Today I had a massage, I liked it, everything was perfect, the customer service was terrible. Tipping is not mandatory anywhere, and all clients have the right to leave as much as they see fit and as much as a tip as the client can leave. I left less than 20%, to which they asked me to add a tip with an angry face, I refused and they told me “You won’t come here anymore and we won’t give you a massage!” Guys, come down from heaven, respect the people who come to you for a public service (which, by the way, you cannot refuse to provide by law)

I called to schedule an appointment, and the lady told me she had an availability for 6pm 03/30/2024. When I arrived, I waited, but she took a customer (white woman) who had an appointment at 6:15 before me (Black woman). When the worker returned I politely reminded her that my appointment was at 6pm. She seemed unsure and said she would check with the manager. After waiting for 32 minutes with no response, I decided to leave. It was clear I was being discriminated against, because I am a black woman and she did not want to serve me, but that is okay I won’t ever support businesses with racist practices. I’d rather take my money somewhere I’ll be welcomed and better served.

I’d rather take my money somewhere I’ll be welcomed and better served.” These Asian women hate to see a black person doing well, so what they do decide not to provide you service, but that’s okay. Karma is real their location will not last long. I had my massage in Newton and had a pleasant experience. There are so many amazing spas in Cambridge & Downtown Boston I recommend everyone to look into.

While the massage was good The payment system is extremely chaotic.They dont have a card machine and the link they sent me to complete the payment didn't accept my Master or Visa credit card. They weren't able to regenerate a new link even.They had no other alternatives and I had to go and get cash to make this payment.I spent about an hour and a half trying to figure it out and customer service wasn't of much help either.

I come to this place frequently, all therapists are very skillful and always give me full 60min. Today I had Gayle and she was very strong, gave me great effective massage from head to toe. So far at this place nothing goes wrong. Other more expensive places in Boston has less value and this is the top of business on budget and quality of massage. Make sure you let therapists how you want and they are capable on your needs. Experienced skill on all. Enjoy your massag, guys !

I had a very unpleasant experience here similar to many of the other reviews. The massage was okay, the place did not smell great, and they will hassle you for more tip money. I don’t recommend going here, but if you do make sure you bring exact cash for how much you’d like to tip and be ready to be hassled for more. I left in a worse mood than when I came in.

I read these reviews before I went, so I knew that I should be mindful about tipping appropriately. To be honest, for a 1 hour massage at their price, I tipped 45% ($20) and I still paid less than industry standard. They do a great job and were very nice to me. My masseuse used the perfect amount of pressure and it was overall very pleasant. I will definitely be back for this price. Only weird part (why I took off 1 star) is that the point of sale system if you pay with card is that they send a text to your phone with a link and you have to stand there and enter in your card information. If you decide to pay with a debit, they will repeatedly encourage you to just use the ATM machine. You absolutely don’t have to do that, there’s a fee for it. Just do the text payment. You can either tip this way I believe, or with cash. I’d do cash. Overall, good experience and good massage.

I sent my partner as a birthday gift. The person who did the massage service was excellent. BUT, the receptionist was a bit nasty. I tried to pay she told me to wait. then when my partner was done she called me to come and get her after her 2hr massage and the receptionist basically told my partner she had to pay and leave that she couldn't wait for me to return to pick her up and pay for services.

This location (Brookline) offers a 1 hour massage last appointment 8:15. which does not make sense because supposedly they close at 9pm. We got there a couple like 5 minutes late and asked if they would still take us in the ladies said yes, but the whole time they were going on about how they had to leave because they lived far away. Although the massage was good this added stress to the whole experience because I felt they could have easily let us reschedule if they were no longer available to take us rather than making comments the whole time. After the massage we went to pay, the "recommended" amount of tip is 14 dollars we gave each lady 15 Dollars and when the massage lady saw this she grabbed the money slammed it on the counter said something in her language and stormed off furious. I was trying to figure out if I didn't pay her correctly and when I asked the other lady in the front desk she would not even give us the time of day. I understand these ladies work hard all day but like them we all work hard for our money as well. Not only is 15 dollars tip well over 20% but they have a sign saying tip is completely voluntary. These ladies need to be more humble and appreciative.
