Received a gift card for Zero gravity. My husband and I loved every part of the experience! The privacy was ideal. The chairs are like magic hands all over you. The extensive hours are convenient too. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommend

I had this horrible pain in my neck, I booked my appt (Atlanta, Ga) and an hour later and a very relaxing massage, I felt like a noodle. I also got a great nap in with the calming atmosphere. Love it!

I saw an ad online for Zero Gravity Massage in Ft. Wayne, IN online and thought it sounded great and wanted to check it out. First of all, I have to say the massage chair itself was more then I expected! The chair alone I would give a 4 out of 5. When I received my confirmation after reserving my time, I received the address and GPS took me there without a problem. This is not a great area of town and it is not in a highly visible area which made me very uneasy. If it would have been dark, I would not have went through with it! The instructions stated to call when I got there. There were no signs or any indication of the business. I called and got a message saying to text them and they would call back. They called back quickly but since there was no indication of Zero Gravity, I had to ask where to enter and the person I was talking to had obviously never been there because they did not know. Eventually, she was able to assist me in getting in and guided me up the stairs to a “suite”. She let me in and then locked the door behind me. She explained everything very well and I was able to get into the chair, make the proper adjustments and begin my massage. I am not a person to be scared for my own safety but this truly made me question my safety! I could not recommend this to anyone in its current location and operating style. I think more research should have went into the location and suggest that this would be a great addition to a current business.

I went in over the weekend I called prior sounded like the owner he was very welcoming since he was in norcal to just come in someone would take of me. I arrived and right away the girl says in like a rude voice "I'm going to be a while I'm on the phone helping someone" well I didn't drive clear across town for nothing so I waited and waited and I'm thinking dude that's 10 minutes in I could have been getting a massage all I could hear is her walking someone through a massage session remotely I was almost ready to cut my losses and bounce but I overhead that she was getting off the phone soon then she came to assist me. The massage was ok it was missing a lot of parts of the body chest compression was excellent but everything else was average and the girl on the phone walking people through was annoying couldn't even relax, as a business owner the idea is good but some things need fixing.

My muscles were sore from travelling and my husband and I wanted a massage chair session so bad. The girl who helped us navigate the chair was super friendly and helpful. Love the headphones (with music) that were given to us because it helped is zone out immediately and it was very relaxing. The only downside is the chair does not accurately massage your arms properly. I felt like my arm kept falling out of place and the chair did not pinpoint that area well. Otherwise, everything else felt good and I came out of the place a lot more relaxed and recharged.

Not worth it. It was okay but the equipment didnt work as good as it should. Heat wasnt great, one chair the air bags were way too tight on the legs and the other chair the right foot massage didnt work well. For the money just get a real massage.

So I actually feel bad writing this negative review because the girl that works there was an absolute sweetheart and was so kind and helpful that she deserves 5 stars for great customer service, so instead of 1 star, I upped it to 2 just because of her. But that being said, this review is about the massage and these massage chairs. I was there just a few days ago and I'm still sore from the intense and painful massage I experienced. I originally wanted a two hour massage but I only lasted 10 minutes in the first chair. It was so intense and painful I'm still sore a few days later. I told the girl working there that it hurt, so she tried to lower the intensity but I couldn't feel a difference, so she offered to switch me to a different model massage chair that was more high end. It was much better but still uncomfortable and I was able to withstand a full hour, but I decided not to continue for the second hour. I read so many great reviews that I was ready for a great massage but wound up disappointed with the experience. So the massage itself gets 1 star but the girl that helped me that day deserves 5 stars and a raise!

This was the best experience ever. I had some doubts before going, but then I read some of the reviews. I purchased this as a gift for my best friends birthday and we both loved it. I like how you can adjust and taylor the massage to your needs. We will be coming back again. We left feeling so relaxed.

Well, all I can say is we had a wonderful experience. We visited the Fort Lauderdale location. It was my best friend’s birthday and I bought the experience as a gift. Little did I know, it was a gift for me too. When I paid I received instructions via phone. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name and the lady’s name was Bri. I’m sorry if I messed up your names. They were beyond helpful. Giving us instructions and reassuring us of everything. When I tell you, we were amazed at the chairs. OMG!!! I was a little nervous at first but once I understood the process, it was on. The chair felt so good. My sis went to sleep. Snoring and all. This alone made it worth the experience. When we were done she told her husband she cheated on him with a 800 lb man. He was massaging her shoulders, back, butt, and feet. We were rolling. I’d say, it may not be for everyone one. A little half way thru the massage, I disabled the air bags because the pressure on my legs were a little much. I also increased the intensity after that. Try it…what’s the worst that can happen? You don’t like it. Thanks for making our experience FABULOUS!!!

(Atlanta) Awful. For starters, my husband bought a Groupon. He tried to book for Valentine's Day, where he said they had a ton of openings. The Groupon had no restrictions, but the person on the chat said "no, because we can make way more money from someone else paying than letting you have the appointment." Really? Why not just say we couldnt use it because of the holiday & let that be it? I was so mad, I went into this thing angry but I was determined to give it a chance. Got to a sketchy office building, where we were remotely allowed into what was basically a copier room, with 2 chairs, a non-working TV, and a fake fireplace. There is no attendant. No candles, no aromatherapy, and it was freezing in the room. You have to clean the chairs yourself. You sit with a pre-programmed Thai massage. The heat of the chair wasn't enough to take away the chill of the room. And, the left arm didn't function properly on my chair. The whole purpose of a massage is for the relaxation and pain/stress relief. This experience gave us neither. I worked in the spa industry for several years. It's about the experience as a whole, and this was seriously lacking. If you want to test drive a Vegas chair or love massage chairs, then you'll probably like this, but it's no romantic getaway.

I shared an intimate experience with my hubsand on his birthday March 2022. Since kids grandkids hell just life. This was the first time in years my hubsand and I had quite alone time with enjoying the experience with conversation . Not talking about kids grand kids, bills just freaken life. It's a great way to reconnect with ur hubsand/wife even if it is for 1 hour. We loved it.

I usually hang out at Town square, at least once a week. The " park" in the middle of restaurants is a perfect spot to have my iced tea (Coffee bean) and cater to my plane obsession * inserts love struck emoji* It gives you the perfect view of planes flying by (FYI) Anywhooooo, on my way back to my car, I saw the sign for massage , and I was like hmmm why not! And I must say fricking GENIUS idea , to have a massage spot before or after shopping, eating, movies or just chilling... Very cozy relaxing environment. Friendly staff that greets you as soon as you enter. You have the option of using headphones to listen to meditation music or a TV with the sound of water (high quality head phones) I had my massage with and without the headphones on both of my visits there. You also have the option of going to a private room for your massages too.. That would be perfect for couples! The massage chairs are very comfortable. They also stretch you too. Before you start, the staff member will ask you how Intense your preferences are. With the private massage, you'll be controlling it yourself. Tip: If you share your number with them, you'll receive a discount on your next massage, if you return within two weeks.. As always" I'll be back" In my Arnold Schwarzenegger voice 😌

I wanted a massage however my spouse does not like someone else touching him so the perfect alternative was found at Massage Vegas. I was concerned with size requirements but have no fear. He is 6'4" and I'm 6'1". I will say slight discomfort as we had to bend our knees but not to bad. We were provided the couples room which was accommodated with 2 massage chairs, options to watch TV or listen to Google music. The room was dimmed with a lavender lighting. The massage was amazing. I will say I wish there was an option to extend the massage near the ankle and head area because it felt amazing. (Eye roll good). We enjoyed a 1hr massage. This location also accommodates parties for all ages and any theme including strippers we were told. They also have karaoke option and you can bring in your own food and drinks.

My fiance and I were out for date night and decided that we wanted to extend our evening out so we called & was booked for an appointment within the coming hour! The staff was super speedy in response and booking was quick and easy! Upon arrival, the owner talked us through getting started. We were able to customize our music selection for the evening which was a major plus! The gravity chairs were relaxing & enjoyable. Worth the money

The owners are incredible!! Such wonderful hospitality and the chair are phenomenal!! My friend and I are pregnant and they offered a relaxing massage safe for pregnancy and we felt amazing after! Such a relaxing experience with music and the ambiance was so calming! Definitely recommend!!!

This is entirely disappointing. We bought a couples zero gravity massage. The expectation was my boyfriend and I would be in a private space sit in some chairs, recline, relax and enjoy. THE ENTIRE OPPOSITE OCCURED!! This place is in the lobby of a hotel, there was a woman there who seated us in our chairs that were in a space with 10 other chairs, there was very loud music on immediately. After sitting in our chairs, the woman gets far too close and starts pounding on the screen of the chairs. My boyfriends massage starts and the seat has not extended AT ALL, he is 6’5’’, his knees were in his chest while he’s basically laying on his back exposing his discomfort and she just keeps pounding on the tablet and being very loud, this lasted 20 minutes. After I suggests he try a different chair and got the same if not worse result I said I wanted to leave. We call the number and politely explain that we had a terrible time along with the issues we had with the chair, he then gets an attitude with us and tells us we should have done what we were told and called him to ask him OVER THE PHONE how to set up the chair to help him fit properly but we didn’t and that’s why we had a bad time... really weird to have an employee there and still need us to call you. And if there is a height limit, which on the site and every ad we saw there is not one, they should probably provide that disclaimer. Would not recommend, instead go to the mall, spend five bucks and live your best life, so not worth the money.
