I had my first massage with Lisa several months ago right before the Covid shutdown. She did such an amazing job that I had planned on scheduling another appointment, but then everything closed down. Once it was safe to go back, Lisa made sure she took the appropriate precautions to keep all areas clean and sanitized. My second experience with her was even better because I didn’t need to tell her where my trouble areas were. Lisa knew exactly what to do that I did not want to get up from the massage table. Lisa is professional and is very knowledgeable about the body and how certain movements can trigger some discomfort. Both times I have walked in with aches and pain and when Lisa is finished- I feel like a new person! I’m looking forward to my next massage.

Lisa at Body Balance Massage is AMAZING! She was able to squeeze me in for my first visit in which my neck, shoulder and back were completely tense! Firmly; but gently she took the tension away. On my most recent visit; I thought it was more neck and shoulders again; but my body told her it was my legs! She’s able to determine what is needed when it’s needed! I highly recommend her!

She was very attentive! She made sure the pressure of her hands, while massaging, was relaxing and asked me to let her know if it was to much! She had a very clean and relaxing environment! Hands down, the best massage I've ever recieved! Casey takes the time to learn about you before therapy instead of a piece of paper you answer questions on! I got aromatherapy and the hot stones and they were wonderful! She worked muscles that needed it terribly but I didn't leave feeling as sore as I would have at other massage places I've tried. I will definitely going back and recommending her to everyone! Thanks Casey!

Casey gave me the most amazing prenatal massage, it was the best massage I've ever had PERIOD! She was fixing pain I didn't even know I had! As long as I live in the Norfolk area I will never see another massage therapist, she has me as a customer for life!

Absolutely amazing... I walked in (without notice or appointment) and Casey was JUST finishing with another client. She greeted me the moment she walked out of one of the massage rooms. She, immediately, excused herself so that she may wash her hands quickly before our interaction. She came over and sat next to me to see what she could do to assist me. I explained that I did not had an appointment but was in need a good massage bc of work stress. She sensed the pain that was I was in and, in a split second, made the decision that she would squeeze me in. She apologized that she only had about 30 min for me as this was more of a break for her. She attended to my every need after asking a few questions. I requested hard and deep tissue massage. It is VERY difficult to find someone that can provide pinpoint pressure and and strength. She waited to see if I preferred to chit chat or quietness... Once she picked up on my preference she provided amazing conversation... all while working out ALL of my aches and pains.... Omg.... WOW!!!! Do not wait.... go there NOW !!!!

The staff is knowledgeable on how to apply therapy well. The owner is a veteran massage therapist who has worked in the industry for decades. She is providing an amazing opportunity for therapists to grow in their practice and provides a peaceful and supportive environment for the therapist to reach their bodyworker goals. My husband and i bother got massages, I got a prenatal he did the Swedish, the male he had and the female I had were both great! The environment was wonderful, very clean and extremely comfortable! Can't beat the price either. Will definitely be returning.

All the therapists here are great! The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming! I love getting the signature massage from each therapist! I also got a honey face massage which was fantastic and my skin feels great! This is definitely my favorite place for a massage. I recommend everyone should come here.
