Every massage I’ve received here has been amazing and soooo relaxing! I love the bogo sales that occur occasionally as well.

Therapists are all very professional, but be aware that the "spa" smells like MOLD due to the water leak they had over a year ago when they first opened and still have not fixed. I've requested the Franchisee's name, or maybe this is for the Health Department...regardless, I'll use my messages in my account and go elsewhere.

Go with Alejandra and you'll be set. Unfortunately I had tried multiple of their therapists,3 of them male, prior without any successful deep tissue work but she did a great job. She also was the closest to getting a true 50 minutes of service. Something that has been very frustrating there in the past, usually late and ending over 10 minutes prior to the hour. Overall hadn't been super pleased with my membership due to the above reasons but if I'd have found her sooner I could have been!

The girl at the front desk was amazing! I came in as a walk-in to hopefully relieve my body after boxing and she was really helpful without me needing to make an appointment. Will definitely be my go-to after boxing now for sure. Thank you Jenay!!! :))

Massage LuXe is the best massage and spa that I have been to in San Antonio. The staff is friendly. The facility is clean, quiet and calming. They have a nice and relaxing waiting room away from the lobby. The massage beds are luxuriously soft and comfortable. Be sure to check out the HydroMassage chair, it is an amazing end to the hour!!! I recommend trying this.place for yourself

Enjoyed my massage by Clarilie. She was thorough and I didn’t want it to end. She employed multiple techniques which I welcomed. I would highly recommend her. The facility is very nice and looks much bigger inside. The ladies at the desk were also very nice. There was even a surprise visit by the cutest French bulldog.

I had a Swedish massage by Claire. I let her know what my issues were and felt as though she focused on those pains thoroughly. I was very happy with the massage and felt very relaxed afterward.

I had a wonderful massage by Nataliya this afternoon. Her pressure was absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. Nataliya was able to massage my arms, which usually causes me intense pain, and I didn't come away feeling bruised at all. I didn't feel like I had to make conversation and the silence was not at all awkward. This is the first massage in nearly 20 years where I truly felt relaxed and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet and friendly. All in all, I am very pleased with my experience here and look forward to continuing my monthly membership.

I’ve seen Clare for my massages and Roxanne for my seaweed hydrating facial. Both service providers are AMAZING! Front desk is also very nice and welcoming. Thank you all for giving me the relaxation that I need. :)

This place has such a warm, relaxing vibe all around. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted promptly with smiles and inviting energy. I only waited about a minute in a pretty dope (but small) waiting area. Alejandra picked me up right away and made sure I was comfortable with everything. She was very sweet and lighthearted, but gave one of the best deep tissue massages I've had in ages. Which all made sense when she explained how she was a physical therapist for 12 years. Definitely going back again for her and the lovely atmosphere. I never review any place I go to, so the fact I'm giving this 5 stars should say a lot. Go book a massage, you'll love it.
