We've had a membership for three years and this past year we had them canceled on us multiple times . They have even called and canceled the day off.. we are busy parents and have to make arrangements for our kids .. we are canceling our membership it's been 4 months of them canceling on us now and we have hours we can't use..

I received a one hour deep tissue massage this morning from Neivis. She was VERY GOOD. I scheduled another massage from her next week. My back had so much pain behind the shoulder blades and neck and it feels much better! She is healing. Luxe is also running a holiday special, one hour massage and/ or facial. Two services for the price of one!

Updated 6/1/24 This place has gone thru some changes. Staff wise a good deal of the better therapists have left. I have been thru my share of them over the last 6 years because of that. Music is a joke. Used to be spa music, now it's a variety of different things from steal drums to whiny sounds, and who the hell can enjoy a massage to Muppet music?

I had a lot of big knots and muscle stress built up. And I have to say William did a fantastic job during my 90 min. Massage. When I come back down I will definitely come back here and try and get William to work on me again. Highly recommend him as well.

Masseuse was great. However when I used my $100.00 gift certificate stating good for a 90 minute massage was told it wouldn’t cover the standard 60 min massage. I’m confused as to why. I use to be a member but never again.

I walk out 10lbs less of worry every time I see her. Not only are her hands a blessing but she’s very knowledgeable and you can tell this is a passion for her. 100% recommend Linda

I can’t say enough great things about Linda’s intelligence and performance on the (2) massages I received. She found the issues with my body, fixed them and informed me how to heal my body. Helpful side note: arrive extra early to fill out forms on iPad (which I had trouble with and delayed my enjoyable experience)

I had a deep tissue massage with a scalp treatment add on. I was serviced by Nelvis, this was definitely the BEST massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had quite a few over the last few years by different people and never returned to the same person due to not loving the experience, but I will for sure book with her again! She was punctual with my appointment timing, very kind and listened to what my problems areas were, used the perfect pressure every where, and made sure I was comfortable the entire service.

Used a Groupon someone had gifted me and went here with low expectations. Not only was the massage NOT relaxing, it was rushed and brutal. I normally prefer deep tissue, but this was different. Elbow hard pressure in sensitive connective tissue areas where I knew were not right. I asked for less pressure to no avail because she didn't understand any english apparently. The next few days I hurt more than before I went in! The receptionists didn't seem to really care that I was there, and after a few days I could barely move my neck without pain. I luckily, found an opening with my usual masseuse who was shocked when I told her what happened and fixed me right up. Painful lesson learned.

A great massage every time. The front desk staff are always very friendly and professional and the person who does my massage, Kenia, is truly amazing and a "miracle worker". On the day of my 1st massage, I went in all hunched over due to the pain I had in my back. After the massage, I was no longer hunched over. My wife and I have become repeated customer and will continue to be.

They cancelled my subscription without notice. I was only told after I booked a visit that I would have to renew my subscription and pay more. I tried to reason with the manager who told me that she would reach out to HR to resolve the issue. It’s now over 6 months and there was no communication. Everyone ai go for a visit and the assistant manager is there I get an attitude just because I defended that they did not advise me that my account was closed. I really don’t feel welcome there and don’t even trust them with my health. It’s unfortunate that the other locations are far away. I really want to close the account but has to figure out how to use up the visits that I have paid for.

I've been a regular customer for a while, but the difference he has made in just the past month and a half has been remarkable. As someone who works out intensely and lifts heavy, I often experience a lot of tension and knots in my lower back, hips, and neck. Kyle's expertise in relieving those knots has been a game-changer. I've noticed a significant reduction in pain and increased flexibility throughout my entire body, especially in my hips, which has greatly improved my workouts. What impressed me the most is that he seems to intuitively know exactly where I need the most relief, without me having to direct him.
