Best place ever. Definitely worth the membership! Everyone is very sweet and helpful. Appointments are available outside of the 9-5 work day which is important for people that have full time jobs and it’s wonderful they have such a wide availability in timings

If I could give zero stars for the way I was treated yesterday I would. I filled out the forms in advance then drove all the way there for a massage that was pre paid christmas gift. To be told that they will not serve me because I'm pregnant, but then offer to smear chemicals on my face instead. That is disgraceful. Then the "manager" spoke to me like I was a child saying she won't refund my husband because it was prepaid... so now we are out the money of a massage, pregnancy hormones spiraling and left more tense ans stressed than when I walk in 20 minutes before. This place does not care about people, they only want to take poor people's money.

So far, I don't think I've had a bad massage here. I think it's more so personal preference. I've definitely had ones that didn't use as much pressure as I like, but they weren't bad. Everyone I've had has been very kind. Most recently, I did have a bit of a scheduling issue because my masseuse wasn't feeling well, but they were able to get me scheduled for the following day and were kind enough to comp my add-on for the issue. It all worked out in the end because they scheduled me with Je'rvae instead, and she was by far the best masseuse I've had there so far. The pressure was perfect, she was great at focusing on my problem areas, and is all around a lovely person. Would definitely recommend!

Jordan was phenomenally amazing ! My husband surprised me for my birthday and Jordan made my birthday feel special with great customer service ! Cassidy at these front desk was truly sweet and genuine ! I love both of thier personalities and will be back for sure!

Did a couple's massage. My gawd, this was amazing. The staff, environment, music, temperature, cleanliness, and price. I came out feeling like a million bucks and didn’t even care if my fake eyelashes were still on. Highly recommend.

The front desk staff were kind and welcoming which I appreciated, I did not have an appointment scheduled and I was surprised with how quickly I was able to be assisted, I came for a Brazilian and it was my first time, I did not know what to expect but I will say Emma made me feel super comfortable during my experience, she’s knowledgeable, communicative and gentle with her service. Will definitely return and recommend for further services!

Skip the 60-minute massage and go for the 90. I signed up for the 90-minute massage membership and don't regret it. It pays for itself after 1 visit. The people at the front desk have always been polite, and Alysia ( my go-to massage therapist) is amazing! I leave there feeling brand new everytime.

This place is amazing! EVERY employee front and back are knowledgeable of what they are providing and treat each client with such care! One of the employees saw someone fall off a lime scooter in front of the downtown location and invited them for a band-aid. They genuinely show a care for clients not just seek money from you. Hands down best in Indy! Best in Indiana for that matter!

Front desk rude and unprofessional the only reason why I’m giving them a 5 star is because of Piara she is a wonderful esthetician! She knows her stuff and every product she recommends me does well for my skin . If you’re new and coming here book with Piara .

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I can’t say enough great things about Tamara who was massage therapist and Piara who gave me a facial. They were both amazing and I can tell that I was in great hands of professional people who made sure that my spa day was one of a kind! I felt like royalty from the moment I walked through the door! They incorrectly schedule my appointment and I wanted to cancel my membership. One front desk girl didn't know how to end membership, the other admin girl barely helped and spoke to me without eye contact. First front desk girl had to call the owner to figure out how to cancel my membership - which I couldn't. She kept calling me "sweetie" which was unprofessional and unappreciated. Will be cancelling and not returning. Management should check review as front desk client facing positions seems to be very unprofessional and rude across customers.

This is my first time here and I talked to Haley and Essence over the phone booking multiple massages for multiple people. I'm not a regular at treating myself but they made it all so easy for me to be booking 5 massages in one go. I'll be back!
