I was in town for some errands and decided today was the day for my soul to reconnect with my physical self. It was my first time at this location, and wow—Andy, Andy, Andy is amazing. Through his hands, I truly felt seen. My focus was my back, and I’ve never had anyone work on it the way he did. I almost felt silly for only booking an hour. The level of detail and care he put in was incredible. One hour just isn’t enough, so I’ve already scheduled a two-hour session next month! See ANDY and book longer sessions than 60, you won't regret it. I didn't. Thanks ML!!

I got a couple massage with my boyfriend and the place is really nice, peaceful, the smell is amazing. Andy gave me a great massage, I felt so happy and relaxed during and after. The attention of all staff is so kind. I would really recommend this place.

It wasn’t a full hour session. Most workers speak Spanish (language barrier) Milagros skipped my entire front side, and despite putting down on the application my preferences, like wanting it firm, I didn’t get the tensity level as I asked. I have spent more than half the price we paid elsewhere, for great massages, and the water pressure bed didn’t really do much for me and my friend. We originally had an appointment at 5pm, and it got pushed over to 6:30. Our grievances wasn’t addressed properly. The workers are very lovely, but I wished they were more receptive to our needs for high prices.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Massage Luxe downtown Miami. They were dishonest about their policies, relying on unwritten internal rules instead of honoring clear contractual terms. Despite cancelling my subscription before it renewed, I was still charged and just previously to this was forced to pay additional fees to access over 15 hours of services I had already earned. As someone who travels frequently, I find this practice exploitative. To make matters worse, staff taunted me over text about their policies, refused to provide their names, and declined to share corporate contact information. Their dismissive and unprofessional attitude reflects a complete lack of integrity in customer service. I cannot recommend this business to anyone looking for honest and respectful treatment.

I have the monthly membership, I come see Davis I originally would come in for Swedish massage which he is super amazing at! one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten, very thorough. Once I got pregnant I thought I wouldn’t be able to come anymore but thankfully he also offers pre natal massages and it’s been great especially during the end of my pregnancy with all the pains! it’s helped so much, definitely recommend :)

I was going to book a massage and other services from this place since it’s close to my place. However, after going through the responses of the owner, I am staying 10 miles away from this place. Lazro was amazing, the perfect amount of pressure for what I requested. He was able to feel out specific areas I was tense in and work on that area. Also, Echo at the front desk is the most personable and welcoming person, every business needs one of her. Can’t wait to schedule my next appointment.
